Nothing happens after the tentacles =( No breast growth, no eggs. I dont have the active effect, and the chaurus still attack me.

I have all recommended mods installed.

What's wrong?(

 

Have you checked MCM and configured how this mod works?

Another thing that happened.  The eggs from the civilians hatched and the baby charus were killed by the guards and remaining civilians, but wifes eggs hatched and remained unharmed.  Also, leaving the zone seems to end the infection and pregnancy of anyone traveling with you.

 

Breast size may be reset if you travel but if they are listed in MCM the effect is still ongoing. The next update in 60 seconds scale everything back.

Yes, i think so. Everything was actually active in MCM - all options. I don't know what's wrong with it, but after the character get's up the chaurus starts attacking again and no active effect on my character.

Hate to be annoying but mine standard estrus isnt working at all, ive installed the mods and generated the FNIS needed, i can configure estrus in mcm but for some reason the animations arent working, sounds start playing as scripted but no animations play. my mod list goes like this.

It might be just me scrolling to fast, but I can't seem to find your "Estrus Chaurus ESP"

Because you need that for the mod too work.

And put Estrus below FNiSSpells.ESP, just to be sure.
Doesn't look like an BOSS loadorder to me anyway.
So maybe running BOSS and sorting in unknown plugins manually (like Estrus Chaurus right after Estrus) would be a good start.

Since you're using Skyrim Director's Cut, i guess you're playing the german version like i do. From this fact alone, i can tell, your loadorder is messed up, as the DC patch is loaded way to late.
Try BOSS, seriously. And for the sake of less problems, use Wrye Bash to build a Bashed Patch.

 

Edit: And why are you loading the HiRes Texture Pack DLC ESPs? if you installed Skyrim Director's Cut correctly, you don't need those as it supports it's optional merged version, that replaces some english hd textures with german ones as well. Everyone talks about Flusswald, but all signs and maps read Riverwood? Very immersion breaking.

Tried the v1.5. The mod is definitely not my cup of tea, but it's very well made.

 

IMO, the tentacle attacks should only trigger while the player is in a dark and damp dungeon, with knee deep water like Darkwater Crossing perhaps. In such places, the attack will give you that "there's something in the water!" feeling and make things much scarier, like, you are fighting not only against the chaurus but you're being attacked by some unknown type of chaurus hidden in the water, a more appropriate place for a creature with tentacles. :)

There's loads of potential in the tentacle idea, for people that love facts like "Girls are weakest against tentacles".
Maybe someone will come up with a tentacle trap, like the ones for Oblivion (based on Estrus as well, if i'm right).
Or someone uses this idea in Hermora's realm (or w/e this deadra is called). He loves to have tentacles. Very cannon.

 

Hermora + Estrus tentacles sounds actually like a very good idea for being captured in SD2. ^^

Didn't try anything other then this yet, to test the mod:
- search for an uncrowded space and holster your weapons,

- open console,

- enter "help chaurus", scroll up in this list until you find "Chaurus" (i used one from all the way up the list),

- enter player.placeatme "xxxxxxxx" (replace the x with the id, shown on the help list, next to the disired chaurus entry),

- close console and see what happens;

 

Didn't visit a place with chaurus yet, to test if this works proprly. But i guess it will, as long as the spawned chaurus works and multiple spit attacks don't screw up the script.

Their growth rate is really variable.

It can take weeks in game time for them to reach maturity. Some seem to just pop from the egg fully grown. No idea.

 

 

Growth rate depends on who gets the food first and how much of it. They will seek out food once a day and not all at the same time.

 

 

Still having problems getting the baby churus growing no matter how much cooked beef dead animal I drop infront of them. Is their any way that instead of having the baby chaurus have the eggs change into the crysilid that the chaurus hunters use before they hatch and instead or them have a adult charus emerge instaed just a suggestion as people seem to be having problems getting the little ones to grow. Other than that the mod works great keep up the good work.

Wow this mod really grew into something cool while I wasn't looking! Leaves me with a lot of questions and some reports.

 

- There is an item called zzEstrusCastOff2ULS in my inventory that I apparently wear (invisible armor?) after the tencacle scene is done, not sure why.

 

- The pregnancy seems to just disappear if you use ingame wait mechanic for too long.

 

- Is it possible to move the eggs spawning location more towards the character's vagina without breaking anything? The eggs seem to appear out of thin air a few inches behind my character (using CBBE bodyslided to more realistic proportions).

 

- It would be fantastic to get text messages that tell you what is your character's state, as well as a warning that the egg laying is imminent. "You can feel something moving inside your belly now that the Chaurus is done with you". "Something is growing inside of you". "Your water broke. You can feel your belly muscles contracting" stuff like that. It could aid the player to know to bring their character to a place that would be comfortable for them to lay their eggs.

 

- A line of dialogue '...' appears when talking to every NPC. Is this a side effect of Estrus? Can it be disabled?

 

- Is there a way to change the voice files? Hearing "Yamete" over and over is sort of not lore friendly more than usual. XD

 

- Also, does anyone know of a way to remove the tentacle over the clitoris? Sort of messing with the view. :s

 

- Is there a way to install Estrus without the shouts being added to my character? I fear adding shouts might break something down the line.

I'm having the same problem.  I've got so much food laying around, it looks like the Wednesday Buffet at Merv Griffens Resort and Casino.

FYI. Haven't checked in the CK but just by looking at the scripts, unless I'm not mistaken, chaurus hatchlings grow %10 in height each time the script is called and once they reach the size/scale of 1.0 they stop growing. They have slightly more (+10) HP than a regular chaurus and probably a little faster (speedmult is 150 for a fully grown one) and only when they reach half of their normal size they begin to spit.

 

What would make the mod even more nastier is the addition of giving birth to live chaurus. Perhaps coming from the mouth of an infected NPC? I wouldn't expect a "bursts out of your chest" type of thing though. :D

That armor is probably a part of Estrus and nothing to do with this mod. It gives you a sort of "creampie" effect after the attack.

Doubt it, as Estrus doesn't include the sources of its scripts, but you can probably remove them from your character.

Can more than one character be pregnant at the same time? If one of my followers get pregged and my PC later is attacked my PC gets pregnant and the follower is no longer pregnant. This doesnt seem right. I'm using UFO... could that somehow be the reason?
