Thanks - I am seeing the same thing with that combination...  Interestingly if you add the armbinder the harness "appears" too!

 

I am using the same code loop for all the items - may be some armbinder weirdness going on - I will take a look

 

 

Perhaps it equips the Armbinder first and then the Harness bugs out because you can't equip stuff with the Armbinder on:) Devious Captures equips DD stuff too, that would be a good place to stare at scripts and figure out what could be wrong.

Pretty excellent mod, definitely a huge improvement over the default prison system which honestly didn't really punish the player..( well neither does this one really punish the player but it certainly makes it more entertaining! )

 

The only thing that kind of bothered me is in Whiterun ( haven't checked the systems on other towns yet ), when led down to those stocks/pillory things, you kind of just stand there rather than visibly be in the stock. Although once the punishment comes along, the stocks finally do show up as an NPC does their thing with. Not usre if glitch or just infinished feature yet.

That's definitely a glitch, Whiterun's pillory works fine for me.

 

 

I don't know if it's been mentioned before, but I think the returning of the player's possessions should take place inside the jail for the towns that exist that in the world cells, Falkreath, Morthal, and Dawnstar. Random beasties getting too close to town or rampaging dragons seem to wreak havoc on the Jailer's AI packages.

I just installed recently and have tested most of the cities/towns.  Works great with just a few glitchy moments.  Sometimes, it seems the first time captured, there is no punishment.  Everything else works, time acceleration and such.  I get released as expected and then the next time I commit a crime the entire punishment sequence works as intended.  I have quite a few mods running at the moment so I'm sure it has more to do with my set-up rather than the mod itself.

 

With Dangerous Nights I sometimes get attacked by a guard but then afterward he just hangs out in the cell.

 

With Lover's Victim and Populated Prisons I had thought there may have been an attack from the prisoner you share a cell with in Falkreath but he just says, "shame on you" quite a bit.

 

Like I said, those are just additional mods and I understand why they may not work well as they are developed separately.

 

One request I would like to make, and if it exists already I apologize for not finding it myself, the long walks starting with the arrest, to the pillory and the release get a bit wonky with navigation.  I know there is a "move forward" option in the MCM menu and that works great, is there or could you create a hotkey for that function so I don't have to dive into the MCM menu?

I don't know if it has been reported yet or not, but I had a problem with the bounty hunters. I had a bounty of 1000 gold and waited for one. Je came, then I chose "Never!". He defeated me, and I got caught. Unortunatly, I have two problems :

- I don't see anything, everything's black, but it seems my PC walking.

-When a guard sees my PC, even if I'm with the bounty hunter or if my PC is going into a jail, the guards act as if I wasn't caught.

 

I tried to surrender when I saw the bounty hunter. I followed him, but I still have the guard problem.

When the guards come to whip my PC, my PC just stands whenhe's whipped. It happenned since I updated the zaz animation framework, but the animations work well.

 

EDIT : same problem with the pillory. Exactly like this, but in Riften :

I have a bug, where i am not forced to follow guards when getting arrested, simply nothing happens, i can walk free after talking to them.


The force option does not work either.

Version 1.2 is uploaded (still in post #2864)

 

Should fix the armbinder not being added back and the Harness not equipping. Turns out the harness also counts as a collar and so was being blocked by the xpo prison collar.

 

The armbinder re-equip looks ugly because of the "no hands" effect - I will have a play with that and see if I can improve the look by changing the sequence of equip events.

from what ive read I have the same problem, i get into the prison but i stand there behind the guard and this other npc. nothing is said to me and i cant move. the only control i can use is the esc button ive tried all others and they dont work. ive tried taking off all my equipment and i get the same problem.

I have not read all the posts, so do not know if I've got this idea. would be nice to see the NPC's being arrested too. watch them being tortured and dragged to prison because of a crime committed.

Not sure if anyone mentions this, but It seems this mod may have some sort of conflict with the Markarth prison. Idk if it's my game, but when I activate the silver mine, it prompts me to sleep, then keeps me in the prison.

Am I waiting for a jailer at that point or?

Similar problem here, I'm led to the cell and I can't move, I'm guessing the script doesn't give back control. I was able to pick up the tomato soup right in front of me, so I can interact with the environment, just not move.

 

Edit: I found a workaround, I used the masturbate spell from another mod and after completion control was given back. Maybe that'll work for you

I have found that if you save your game and quit, then open skyrim again, you usually will get controls back. Make a new save just in case

Hi... Sorry for bothering you but i can't have this mod working....

 

everything's OK until my PC get's into her cell (get arrested, cuffed, uncuffed, stripped, etc.) then appens one of two things...

 

1) the jailer takes her to the yard to that wooden thing (don't know the name in english) to which i suppose she sould be tied... but she isn't. she just stands nearby. the jailer goes and comes back several times until finaly he brings her back in her cell.

 

2) someone (usually the jailer but once was a guard) comes into the cell, says "now you'll pay for your crimes" then nothing happens. my PC and the jailer stand there looking to one another for ever... i can't move (as if an animation is in progres, but it isn't) i can move the camera around but nothing else... i tried waiting for several minutes but nothing happened and the only way i found to get out of the situation was closing the game (or loading saved on)

 

is there anything i had to do to enable the animations either in this mod or in those it depends on ?  (besides installing them)

Remember when you installed the FNIS mod? The second paragraph of the description for that mod says:

 

Note: You will have to run a generator tool GenerateFNISforUsers.exe (part of FNIS Behavior) every time you have installed or de-installed FNIS, or an FNIS based mod. Or when new Skyrim versions have changed behavior files.

i have another mod taken from this site (SexLab MatchMaker) and there anymations work correctly.

 

 

 

I have the exact same problem with ZAZ Animation Pack 5.51 and 5.5.

 

Everything works correctly with 5.4 though, so  simply install 5.4 as a fix for now.

Ok, I guess I should have added that you need to see the mods you installed listed when FNIS runs and make sure it completes cleanly, if it inidicates and error occurred then it's the same as if you didn't run it.
