You may be right. I probably have a mod that fixes it. I'll try to figure out which it is.

It is only 1 of the demo endings. You meet the sphere escort if you fail the puzzle, but have you tried what happens if you do it right faster? And then some start scenarios that lead to demo end before even starting the dwemer puzzle.

Oof, trying to figure out what you did right, not fun.

On my SE install I've got something like two dozen SKSE plugins just for fixing bugs & glitches, wouldn't even know where to start looking ...

I just figured through testing that it is a vanilla bug and I think it may be fixed by Clothing and Clutter Fixes, but I think that, only because it has "clothing" in the name. ?
I'll check as soon as I can, anyway, thank you for the interest. ?

You could always employ my patented method of randomly clicking on shit and being eternally surprised that:

 

nothing explodes / breaks / bursts into flames / melts / makes a weird squeaking sound and stops.

 

until it works.

Well I did a full reinstall of all my mods and a fresh playthrough along with downloading the newer version of the mod and my earlier issues with the sphere were fixed.

 

Out of curiosity, it there a list anywhere of all the possible endings? I've found most of them, but with the amount of detail here I'm certain I have missed a few.

[LE] I am quite a bit underwhelmed, as I expected a much more developed experience and at this stage the mod is merely a demo. A very promising one, granted, but a demo nonetheless.

There are few mispellings here and there, but overall the dialogue isn't bad, although the conversations are rather linear, and they are ending quite abruptly, without a possibility to go back. This is something I believe should be adressed in the future.

As many before me, I too experienced some bugs, like the sphere saying "come" and not doing anything. But I went for the ooze scenario and everything worked smoothly. I don't know if the ooze is supposed to be equipped or not, but I only got a message "ooze gained" and nothing has changed, so there's that. I'm using CBBE and all outfits seemed fine.

At this moment this is one of the most promising mods on LL, but it seems it will require a lot of time to be properly developed. The potential is huge, so is the talent behind it, but I have a feeling the wait for the full experience will be a long one, which is a shame because I for one would like to dive into the story right away.

Anyway, great job humans and racoons. I sincerely hope the next time I see Rubber Facility in the updates section it will be finished product, because my hopes are high as a kite.

Having some problems with the LE version. Started a new game went riverwood talked to some npc yet whenever i select the dialogue they will give me their lines but no note nor does the quest start. I had it working on the previous version checked the questID to force start it however that sadly did not work. Any suggestions on what to try?

this is the first time in a long time i squealed over a mod and stalked a thread to look for update posts, heck not since captured dreams, so many creators burn out from the massive work load and wants of the community so i try to keep quiet and not hound you'se that are actually doing the work but please please please if you decide you're not going to continue it at some point, please post your unfinished stuff so that some one else might try to bring it to life as you all did with this, this was a dead intro mod for ages, and you all brought it back to life in an amazing way, granted my dopey butt needed to watch the video to figure out the puzzle but that's on me, not you all......

sorry got distracted with the thought of what could a team like you all have done with captured dreams? you took a simple intro and made this reimagining, the idea of what you could do with more almost finished mods boogles me

so thank you!

Chill, i did it and that's why i was asking for the id bcs it still doesn't work. My game is probably broken so i was want only check some quests before cleaning the mod mess.

They are quite clear on the mod page that it is a demo.  Your tone is unappreciated.  This stuff is not easy, nor is it quick.  They have not been working on it for very long and I am sure they have other things to do in their daily lives.

SE and LE are exactly the same content-wise :P.  They even left all the vanilla bugs in there for us!
