From what you described, the main quest "Submissive Lola" started.  That's good.  But, if the renaming topic repeats when you talk to the follower again, the Strong Hand did not stop when it was supposed to.  That's bad.

 

After "Now pay attention, Lola.", the follower should say, "Let's talk about your servitude." and (since it's your first enslavement by this mod in your game) go on to explain expectations ("You will obey my orders...").

 

Can you verify that Strong Hand is still active in your quest log?

 

Did your conversation get interrupted by another NPC?  Some mods that have NPCs ask you for sex and be very persistent.

 

Are you using a translated version of the mod?  Sometimes a glitch gets introduced (just a possibility).

True, the main quest starts, but "The Strong Hand" does not stop, can confirm. No, I'm using English version of the mod provided on this mod page with English version of the game (Skyrim AE, latest Steam version), and no NPC is interrupting the conversation. Not getting any interrupting mod events too. Anyway this mishap happens even if I try to initiate dialogue again and again.

I'd like to figure out what caused the problem, but this is such an unusual one, that might not be possible.   I don't favor just putting a band-aid on a problem, but in this case, let's do that.

 

Reload and start your enslavement talk.  When you get the point where you say you like or dislike the new name, give the follower a few seconds to talk (a script has to run in the background), then use the console to manually stop Strong Hand with "StopQuest vkjStrongHand".  Do this before the follower says to pay attention.  You should also see the notification that the Submissive Lola quest has started at this time.  Opening the console stops time, so no need to rush. 

 

Let me know if you still have trouble.

Hi,

 

Great mod.  I've been using your mod for a long time now, kudos it is well done 👍.  I wonder if there is any plan to give the option to use simple player prostitution?  The master/mistress could become a pimp even outside inns?  This would make the accent a little more on prostitution and the risk with it.

It would depend a lot on how easy it is for a mod to detect when a client is serviced and how much gold the player character received, and the author's willingness to provide an LE-compatible version that I can work with.

 

As you probably know, SLTR has good integration with all flavors of Radiant Prostitution, which works pretty well and supports all versions of Skyrim.

Thanks, but strangely, very strangely, I still do. Which is perplexing. I guess I will try SubLola with minimum mods, just the requirements, and then after it (hopefully) works (it should), will start trying to find the culprit mod myself. Somehow after I change a few setting in SubLola's MCM and make a save and then try to load those saves, I am stuck on black screen. Something is probably very wrong with my mod setup. I'll get back to you with the results tomorrow.

 

Skyrim modding is such an arcane thing (and I'm not meaning it in a fantasy meaning of the word), I once had a problem where I'd start a new game and PC would get instantly pummeled, like getting into bleedout. What was the fix? Just disabling all mods in MO2 and slowly enabling them. The absolute same mod list worked fine after this. (or maybe that was the "fix" for another problem and this one had a culprit, but that's not the point, I am certain I had resolves some problem by just enabling all the same mods anyways).

Okay, something of a longshot, but I made a change to the script that runs at that point that maaaybe could avoid a timing problem.  I'll attach it here if you want to try it.  Use it replace the old version in Data\Scripts.  It's a safe change.  I'm going to include it in the next update in case it helps.

You'd mentioned that you'd used the mod years ago.  Be sure that no old scripts are lying around in your Data folder (almost all of them start with vkj).

It's worth trying with a new game.  Use an alternate start to speed things up, fast travel or console yourself to a potential follower, then try submitting.

Hello, my English isn't very good, I hope you can understand me. I want to say that when the powerful and strong people in Skyrim see such a mighty Dragonborn serving as someone's slave, they should feel puzzled. Here's a scenario I envisioned: When the Dragonborn speaks with Balgruuf, there's a dialogue where Balgruuf expresses confusion, and the Dragonborn explains the reasons for becoming a slave. Then the Dragonborn's owner comes over and demands the Dragonborn to perform blowjob before Balgruuf

With the various alternate start mods that are available, the player character might not be Dragonborn and might not be powerful.  Even for a Dragonborn character, the Submissive Lola book has existed for a long time, so people will understand that sometimes a person will become a voluntary slave.  Your example as a Dragonborn slave might make this tradition even more acceptable.  A jarl will understand your situation.  Also, I have to be careful with sexual interactions with specific NPCs.  Jarl Balgruuf might not want a blowjob if the player character is a man.

I seem to be getting a fairly common CTD when followers consume their given combat potions for Submissive Lola. It's not every time, but it's common enough that a CTD is almost guaranteed in any fight where they may consume more than one. Does anyone know what could be causing this? I use EFF as well if that matters but still only have one follower while using it.

Request to have ebonite variant added to the choice of devices. Right now, only cuffs have it for some reason and nothing else.

 

I made a set of white ebonite collar, corset and gloves, which my character ears all the time. I actually did make them by hand with all the hassle it involved with obtaining materials. Yet the choice of devices for events like pony girl or fashion slave is limited to leather only. I don't like plain leather and would like to have a matching set when she's being paraded through Solitude in a hobble skirt and thigh-high boots.

 

Any particular reason why only cuffs have ebonite variant?

That part of the process is actually really simple.  You can duplicate most of it out of combat as a test.  You'll need the reference ID of the potion to use (it will start with FF it's a crafted potion).  Have the follower wait at the distance you usually have in combat.  Target the follower in the console and enter "EquipItem xxxxxxxx", where xxx is the potion ID.

 

However, it might not be the potion use itself, but an interaction with combat scripts, which tend to have high load depending on the number of combatants.  If you're using combat overhaul mods, possibly that's what is crashing if they don't handle follower potion use.  You might try turning off as many combat mod features as you can to see if that makes a difference.

Thanks, I'll give that a try! The only combat mods I use are the usual setup for Attack MCO-DXP but I'm not sure how intense those are on the game, and I also use WARZONES on the lowest enemy density so maybe that could be it too.

Because I dislike latex in my Skyrim (calling it "ebonite" doesn't make it any better), so I tend not to think about it.  Perhaps MrEsturk felt the same way when he set up the initial fashion lists.

I will add these for the fashion and pony devices.  They'll have to be at the end of the list so as not to mess up people's existing settings.

And I only use these. Leather is dull. Ebonite is shiny. I like shiny.

And, as long as we're giving preferences how about some red? I'm okay with leather but I like my redheads in red leather (or ebonite).

I think red is already available for leather items except collars, which can be pre-equipped.  Was it collars that you were thinking of?  If so, I suppose I can add that too.

It was collars. And yes, I do pre-equip them when I ask Benor to enslave me BUT when I am enslaved via Simple Slavery it is a different matter. TYIA.

Okay, the existing leather collar choices will offer black, red, and white, as well as ebonite.  The collar list now has 25 choices, counting custom and random.

It works for me on a new game with this script! Thank you very much.

 

No. I am using Mod Organizer 2 and every SubLola version is separate and only the newest is activated, also nothing is overwriting it, so probably wasn't the problem.

Good news!  Thank you for the feedback.  That script change was minor, I'm not sure how much it helps, but it will be included in the next mod version.

I haven't found a solid cause or fix for my potion CTDs, but I did get an idea where the headpat could also be used after completing any of the walk tasks if the PC stays within the optional required distance the entire time.

The mod is built around having one owner and one playmate.

Just a small bug I've found this update, during the LolaDomSex event, the owner get stuck in a loop, repeating the same event again and again
