Just to clarify, you only have to do that if your language setting for Skyrim is other than the 10 supported languages in this mod's translations folder.  All of those, except for Spanish, are just copies of the English version with a different file name.  If your mod manager isn't deploying your language file for some reason, you might try dropping into the Data\Interface\Translations folder (just remember to update it when a new mod version changes the language files).  My knowledge of the game's language handling doesn't run deep, so unfortunately, I can't help much with this kind of problem.

How to reverse the positions in a SexLab animation

 

Most sex animations follow a standard for "giving" and "receiving" positions.  SLTR places the owner in the position that would typically be more dominant, depending on the type of animation.  However, lesbian (and some bondage ones) don't follow a convention, so you might have a lesbian face sitting animation with the slave on top.  (It's conceivable that the owner finds this enjoyable, but the one on top looks dominant.)  You can just press the hotkey to switch positions, but you have to do that every time.

 

Since I recently had to redo switching some animation positions, I'll post one way to do it.  Just remember that when you update that animation pack, if it has a newer json file, you'll have to redo your work (keeping notes on which ones you changed can help.)

 

Find the file for the animation in Data\SLAnims\json.  Create a backup copy in case you make a mistake.  Edit it with a text editor (Notepad works).  Locate the animation in the file.  You need to switch the two actors blocks, as in this example.  (Be very careful to keep the braces and commas the same.  In this example, I did not select the curly braces because it's easy to forget and end up with no comma after the first block, breaking the formatting, so just select what's inside the curly braces.)

Afterwards, you do not need to run FNIS, but you do have to update SexLab.  SexLab MCM -> Rebuild & Clean -> Reset Animation registry -> exit MCM and wait for the notifications to end.  You can test the result by pressing N while targeting a partner, then selecting the animation in SexLab's MCM's Animation Editor.

That happens when SexLab reports that you don't have any animations with the "Feeding" tag.  It's SexLab making that determination.  You will need to investigate why SexLab doesn't find the ones that you've installed.

 

For vampire feeding, this mod asks SexLab for all 2-actor animations that have the "Feeding" tag.  No other conditions.  The tag must be exactly "Feeding" ("Feed" or "VampiricFeeding" are not matches).  If SexLab doesn't find any, SLTR will use oral sex instead.  You'll get a pop-up warning the first time this happens, but SLTR won't spam you with warnings after that.

Who is "she"?  There are two female characters, Lola and her mistress.  If it's the mistress, then it looks like something in your game is overriding combat animations and failing (T-pose).  When one mod interferes with another one, reinstalling won't help in that situation.  You might try a new game with a minimal mod set and test the whipping.  If that works, you can add back mods until you find the one that causes trouble.

One small bug I've noticed is that the rape a master can force on a Lola with high enough arousal isn't correctly tagged for Sexlab (it's still considered consensual), despite the fact that the master literally demands your body, and when you select "no" they tell you that they weren't asking and initiate the animation anyway.

I'm very glad that it's not tagged as rape, because those two animations suck and are always off for a FF relation. And you said yes - although it might be a while ago, you willingly put the collar on.

By now, there are way more than two rape animations. Billy's alone has a bunch, including several FF ones. If one limits himself to the animations included with SL, well everyone has their kink I guess.

By design, this mod does not initiate any rape sex, so what you're seeing is intended.  There's a lot of content in this mod (and other adult mods on this site) that is completely appropriate by present-day standards, but this is an enslavement mod set in a fantasy world with medieval technology.  The PC consented to be a slave (or was bought as a slave), and slaves have to follow orders.  Although Lola might not have wanted the sex, she doesn't resist when the owner forces the matter, whereas with rape mods the presumption is that the victim actively resists.  Again, 21st-century Earth standards don't apply.

Billyy has great animations.  Highly recommended.  Billyy also has some true 3-actor lesbian "FFF" animations (which this mod will try to use for 3-female scenes), great for players who prefer a female PC and a mistress who engage in 3-ways with other gals.  Billyy also has a non-sex animation that I want to use in SLTR, for players who have it installed.  Anyone who hasn't tried Billyy's work yet really should do so, and please remember to endorse his mod pack if you like it.

 

A note on animations that SLTR uses for rough sex.  The mod has been using animations tagged "aggressive", because those offer a wide variety.  However, I had already changed this for the next release to use the "rough" tag instead.  While recently reviewing animations, I realized that almost all of the rapey animations (particularly ones with punching, strangling, or head stomping) are "aggressive", so this mod will exclude those with that tag and use "rough" instead (animations with both tags will get excluded too).  Since Lola is not resisting, "rough" animations better fit the scenes.  At that time, players might wish to retag any aggressive animations that they think are still appropriate for SLTR.  This change will be documented in the next update's change notes.

You are aware you are intentionally creating incompatibilities there, yes? If I retag an animation for SLTR by removing the aggressive tag, it will not be found by other mods that are looking for that tag anymore. So now I will have to decided if I want to use an animation with this or that mod, which is not an ideal situation IMHO.

Naturally, a player does have to decide how an animation will be treated by mods according to its tags.  But what I said was, "players might wish to retag any aggressive animations that they think are still appropriate for SLTR."

 

If you want violent assault animations in SLTR, you might be out of luck if the defeat/rape mods that you use only filter for aggressive animations rather than including both rough and aggressive ones.

 

My point was that players are free to decide that some animations that come tagged as Aggressive are not violent, and therefore should be retagged as Rough so that SLTR (as of the next update) will use them.  Rough animations are typically vigorous, energetic, and forceful, but without brutalizing a participant with punching, stomping, or pinning to the ground.  Defeat/rape mods are free to use both Aggressive and Rough animations if they wish, but this mod will be more selective.

 

To put the change in perspective, SLTR originally used Rough rather than Aggressive.  At some point, I decided that switching to the Aggressive tag would add variety, because I had the mistaken belief that many or most Aggressive animations were also tagged as Rough.  In fact, I don't see any example of that in my own installation, though possibly other mod packs do use both tags for some animations.  So, I made a poor choice.  The upcoming change just returns to the original use, with the added restriction of excluding all Aggressive animations so that they never accidentally get pulled in.

Hello Hex, I've read the description of this mod, and it seems very great!

This is my very first mod ever, but for some reason I can't start the quest properly. I've found the book under Haelga's bed, but I don't have a choice to ask most of the followers about the quest. For some followers, right before becoming followers, have an option talking about the price of becoming my follower, and I can negotiate the price by being their slave instead (and the quest is starting). I get to the point of discussing with them that I'm interested, and the "close your eyes and put a collar on" option is up, but when i choose this, nothing happens, but after some sec (or when I try to move or exit the dialouge to search in my inventory) the quest fails, as if I've changed my mind, and they automatically became my followers instead. And there is not an option to talk about them again, while they are being my followers. Could you please help me starting the quest succesfully?

This dialog about the price is for hirelings (mercenaries), rather than more typical followers who join you freely.

That can occur if you haven't installed all required mods.  You should have ZAP (Zaz Animation Pack) and Devious Devices 5.2.  This mod's main page has links to those mods, if you need them.

Thank you, I've managed to change something with the mods, and now I get the collar and the name, but then nothing happens, the usual follower's dialogues are the only options. The quest is marked as completed, I agree to the name, but that's it. Should I still be changing the mods, or is something else the problem?

You still have a problem.  The follower should have a new topic, "Master?" or "Mistress?".  If you're not seeing it, the main quest might not have started (you can check that, because you should have a new quest, Submissive Lola).  Usually, that occurs when ZAP is not installed.  There could be other causes, but this is not a common problem, so it's probably related to installation.

It will work okay with Devious Followers, if you don't mind the difference in the follower's tone, or if you have two dominant followers, one your owner and the other your devious follower.  PetProject won't work as well.  SLTR has a lot of sex.  PetProject's chastity will limit your options.  Also, if PetProject immobilizes your character, you'll have difficulty meeting your daily service goals for SLTR unless you turn the settings way down.  SLTR assumes that you're free to act and available for sex.

Hello, finally I've managed to correct the previous problems with installing all the mods, and now the quests and dialogues are doing great. However something is still wrong for me, and I can't figure out how to solve this. During sex scenes, the characters are transparent, so the bodies are invisible. How could I solve this?
