Leeyds4LLTS Posted December 27, 2023 Posted December 27, 2023 HexBolt8, Thank you for your information. I tested a chest at Pinemoon Cave and HasRefType BossContainer came back with 1.00 response. If that is supposed to Identify it as a Boss Chest it still did not resolve my Tomb Raider Quest. What do you think?

Antiope_Apollonia Posted December 28, 2023 Posted December 28, 2023 (edited) Apropos of this discussion, by the way: On 12/16/2023 at 3:24 AM, Antiope_Apollonia said: The way the event currently works just railroads you to an outcome you have no control over. Being railroaded seldom feels great in RPGs. I move to enter the following into the record: ? ? In other news, I'm still messing about with my mod list post-update and haven't started another proper playthrough yet, so I've been mucking about along dialogue paths I don't usually get much use out of, and I've unearthed another typo. In the initial "A Strong Hand" quest dialogue, initiated by the PC with non-expectant follower behaviour: "I'd like to talk to you about something unusual." → "I need a strong hand to guide me." → "I'd rather not let myself into this." Not totally sure what this is supposed to say, but I'm pretty sure "let" isn't it? Probably "get"? In which case, maybe it could use an "on second thought" or something to make it clearer? Also, I've been having some trouble with the MCM failing to initialise recently. It's a problem I've only had since updating from 2.0.64 to 2.1.2, but I don't have my copy of 2.0.64 anymore to test whether I have the same issues on the older version, and a lot of potential confounding variables have been introduced into my load order along the way. Most obviously, I've updated everything for 1.6.1130 compatibility, but I've also introduced some other changes along the way, although it's mostly minor cosmetic stuff that shouldn't reasonably be able to cause problems of this sort. Anyway, it's not an every time issue, but each time I want to start a new save, it can take me several tries to get the SLTR MCM to initialise. None of my other mods are giving me similar issues currently. I've had similar issues in the past with And You Get a Slave, but that was resolved by making AYGAS an "early loader" in my load order, and I haven't had any trouble with it this time around. I've tried the same solution with SLTR this time, but it hasn't seemed to change anything. Any ideas? EDIT: I've just noticed that you left 2.0.64 up on the downloads page, which is uncharacteristic for you. So I guess some experimentation is in order. Does this decision reflect any known issues? You checked your log for dropped stacks and your save for suspended stacks?

The step from 2.0.x to 2.1.x coincides with the requirement to use DD 5. I left the last DD 4 compatible version up for anyone who really doesn't want to update DD or who have been waiting to finish a playthrough before updating (this was stated in the change notes for 2.1.0). 2 hours ago, kingsglaive said: It is best to start a new game after updating from 2.064 to 2.12. There's no real reason for that, other than an abundance of caution. The only known restriction is that the none of the 3 quests listed in red text in the change notes for 2.1.0 should be running when a player updates from 2.0.64. 3 hours ago, Antiope_Apollonia said: I've been having some trouble with the MCM failing to initialise recently. It's a problem I've only had since updating from 2.0.64 to 2.1.2.... As a test, I loaded an old save from 2022, and SLTR's MCM works. You do need DD 5, though I doubt that this is your problem, and back when I tested the transition, SLTR's 2.1.x MCM worked with DD 4 (though by design it will display a prominent warning). Check the change notes for 2.1.0 to be sure that none of the 3 listed quests are running. It looks like the MCM only has a hard dependence on finding DD's main script, so DD (and its MCM) have to be working. MCM tends to load mods in blocks, so if SLTR got skipped in the current pass, there can be a delay before MCM finds it (a potential problem for new games but not existing ones where this mod's MCM has already been found). You might just need to save and reload once or twice. Beyond that, there's the common advice to try "setstage SKI_ConfigManagerInstance 1" in the console and wait a minute or so. If you're still stuck, enable papyrus logging and search for "SLTR", "Lola", or "vkjMCM" in the log. 3 hours ago, Antiope_Apollonia said: "I'd rather not let myself into this." Hex Bolt Posted December 28, 2023 Author Posted December 28, 2023 With regard to MCM problems when starting a new game: It's commonly recommended to save and reload at least once. There's a lot of initialization that has to occur, with some mods depending on other mods having already started up and initialized. I take it slow and easy with a new game, and I've never had a problem. A solid start is the foundation of a game. For me, it's worth a bit of time to be certain that everything is right. This might be more than many players would like to do, but this is my process: Spoiler It can be expecting a lot to try to start a new game with all desired mods enabled, especially when pushing the mod limit, and even more so with script-heavy mods. Saving and restarting can help, but I suggest starting in stages. Activate the minimum set of mods necessary to start the game and create a character (I use Skyrim Unbound Reborn for alternate start). This should be a very small set, though it does include Skyrim DLC. Configure, save, and exit. Activate non-LL (LoversLab) framework mods that other mods might depend on. Configure, save, and exit. Activate all other non-LL mods. Configure, save, and exit. Activate SexLab. Configure, save, and exit. Activate SexLab core mods, such as Aroused and Devious Devices. Configure, save, and exit. Activate all other LL mods, and be sure to enable and register desired animations. If there are many dependencies, this could be split into smaller steps. Configure, save, and exit. Mods that are not yet needed (homes, followers, etc.) stay off until it's time to add them to the game. A side benefit of gradually adding mods is that if there's a conflict or a problematic mod, that shows up early and in a relatively small mod set, so it's easier to identify a problem. 1
Anunya Posted December 28, 2023 Posted December 28, 2023 That's a good tip - thanks for sharing your process. I'll give that a go next time I start a new game.
kingsglaive Posted December 29, 2023 Posted December 29, 2023 (edited) I have two ideas, but I don’t know if it’s suitable. Every town in Skyrim has a plot, but Windhelm seems to have no exclusive plot. Windhelm's racial discrimination is serious. When the owner is not a Nord and lola is a Nord, the owner will be angry and punish lola because of the discrimination from other Nords in Windhelm city. For example, he would whip Lola hard and then tie Lola's hands for 6 hours. Because lola is also a Nord, the owner will think that lola is also discriminating against him in her heart. If the master is Nord and lola is not, the master will humiliate lola and laugh at her because she was born to be Nord's sex slave. The other one is about Equip Piercings, which adds the interaction between master and lola. Master:dialogue1:You've been a good little submissive, Lola. I've got a nice present for you. Bring that gorgeous naked body of yours over here. dialogue2:You've been a good little submissive, Lola. I've got a nice present for you. Strip and come here. lola:[Nervous] All right... what is it, Master? Master:You'll see. Now hold still, this might hurt a little bit.... lola:*Gasps* You pierced my... what are these things!? Master:nice jewelry for my lovely little slave! As an added bonus, the gems can be made to vibrate. hey'll keep you primed and ready for what a sex slave does best. Master:Okay, enough of the nonsense, now let me "decorate" your clitoris and the other nipple. Be obedient and it will be over soon. Jeweled Piercings (Nipples) (Common Soulgem)Equip scene 1 lola:*Gasps*My other one also...wait a minute...shouldn't next be...!?*blush* Master:You guessed it right, lola, your little head full of sex is still as smart as ever. Just imagine being pierced in such a sensitive place, you should be very aroused now, right lola? Jeweled Piercings (Clitoral) (Common Soulgem)Equip dialogue1 lola:So exciting! Thank you,Master. Master:I knew you would. You're a good little slut. I want to see your reaction when I activate them on you. But let's wait until it's a surprise, hmm? lola:Thank you, lola, I look forward to the next surprise *happy* Master:You are such an obedient little slave. Seeing that you are so obedient, I will reward you a little. (The master turned on the slight vibration. You were frightened by the sudden vibration, and your expression was momentarily surprised. The master nodded with satisfaction) dialogue2 lola:These things worry me a little, Master. Master:It scares you, but it excites you too, doesn't it? Locked on your most sensitive places, never knowing when they'll do things to you. The piercings help me control you. I know that you long to be controlled. Don't worry your little head, my pet. I'll give you a nice surprise soon. scene 2 lola:*Gasps* oh!No!... stop it... !*screams* Master:You're a little nervous, lola. Let me plug that naughty mouth for you so you can be quiet! Black Leather Gag (Ball) (Simple)Equip Master:OK, now let's complete the rest of the "decoration". Jeweled Piercings (Clitoral) (Common Soulgem)Equip lola:*Gasps*Mmmph! Master:It's done, now let me untie your gag. Do you like this gift, lola? You must like this to be pierced in such a sensitive place, right? lola:I don't like them, Master! They're degrading. Master:You can be so ungrateful, you know that? All right then, you don't have to wear them - if you can figure out how to remove them. Watching you struggle with them should at least be entertaining. (Your Master turns on the vibration in you) Edited December 29, 2023 by kingsglaive

Sometimes positively, others negatively, but generally, and if the game lasts long enough, both come to an understanding of the other's value.

The instant vibration of the owner can actually be deleted, but I thought it would be more interesting to add this. Also, my English is not good, so some sentences may be strange. kabxo Posted December 29, 2023 Posted December 29, 2023 (edited) hi, i was having problems with serana doesn't recognized as a follower, there was no option in her dialogue and couldn't activate her through MCM. I read one of @HexBolt8's comment that serana is not in CurrentFollowerFaction (i think this is because she has her own factions called DLC1SeranaCrimeFaction and DLC1SeranaFaction) so here is how to add her: Note: i only tested this after completing dawnguard dlc, i have SDA running, and i don't know adding her in the CurrentFollowerFaction causes any bugs/problems with gameplay/mods. 1. get serana as a follower AFTER completing dawndguard dlc. 2. open console while aiming serana 3. click on her while console is open. this should bring her id to screen 4. type this: addtofaction 0005C84E 1 (0005c84e is the id of CurrentFollowerFaction, so she must be following you (i think)). 5. after the steps above read the book to start the quest. Now there should be an option in her dialoge. this solution didn't work when the quest was already active for me. if any problem occur in your gameplay after adding her to CurrentFollowerFaction you can undo this by changing "1" at the end of step 4 to "0". Hopefully this was helpful. Edited December 29, 2023 by kabxo

Then the master is discriminated against and becomes angry. Then the master will punish lola who is a Nords to vent his anger. Or if the owner is a Nord and lola is not a Nord, the owner will verbally humiliate lola. (Perhaps it can be set when they first entered the city, after the two Nords humiliated Dark Elf, the master immediately humiliated lola) This theory is based on the corresponding Race between the master and lola, and will only happen in Windhelm. In addition, I think it doesn’t matter whether this idea is added or not. In fact, I am looking forward to the 2.13 update. Edited December 30, 2023 by kingsglaive

kingsglaive Posted January 1, 2024 Posted January 1, 2024 (edited) Suggestions about (Trophy Slave) I think the (Trophy Slave) task, the dialogue where the master asks Lola to go to the slave market is too monotonous and not exciting. I think this plot can be added before this task After the master and Lola arrived in Rift Valley City, the master told Lola that he wanted to take Lola to an exciting place and give Lola an unexpected surprise. Of course, in order to maintain the mystery, the master would cover Lola's eyes with a blindfold, and Lola was taken to the Riften slave market by the master without being able to see or know. Then the master told the purpose of the slave market, and then picked up the beginning of the task (Trophy Slave) and teased Lola. Was it a surprise? After explaining the purpose of coming to the slave market, you can also add that the master will scare Lola and really sell her if she doesn't behave well (of course, this is the master's lie to Lola).
