That's the conflict.  I know that a "patch" sounds harmless, but there are different kinds.  Patches that add new files or merge content are usually fine.  Then there are the replacer patches, like this one, which are dangerous.  Depending on where you got this patch, the one I found on LoversLab dates back to 2018, and it replaces the main script in Devious Devices.  You can imagine the problems arising from swapping in a five year-old script.  (This kind of patch also appears to be a violation of the stated permissions of Devious Devices:  "You can NOT bundle/re-distribute any parts of this mod with your own (e.g. include patched versions of DD's files in your mod) as future updates to DD might break your and other mods if you do.")

 

I recommend removing this patch.  It very likely will break your DD 5.2 installation, and it makes your DD installation obsolete for other mods that need version 5.2.

Hex,,i have to repeat that your mod destroys Defeat.  You manipulate the bleedout mode and that makes the pc crawling at the floor and no defeat starting ever.  i know this for sure, because there was a message from your mod just before bleedout should start. it was so short, i dont remember the text, but it was from you.  thatz was the evidence for me.

i will never play without defeat because of the creature sex. i dont see any other mod that enables that.

You might want to install the Notification Log - and additionally verify your assumptions with a papyrus log.

Sadly no. Always the same. "missing file..." The strange thing is when I edit the, lets say "tell me what..." in MCM and export. That change will show up in the json file but I cannot import it. I am officially stumped.

Only thing that comes to mind - and it's a wild guess - if you're using MO/MO2. I've read that they have a weird way to store files, so that looking for them in the normal Data folder would fail.

Or, another equally silly guess, that you've used C:\Programme as installation folder, which has wonky permissions.

I've been using Sexlab Pheromones for random creature sex. Drinking potions or getting hit has a chance to add a creature's pheromones to your character, which randomly spawns the creature if you're in the right environment and then they chase after your character, if they catch you a scene plays then they despawn.

I'd recommend it because it even supports rarer types of creatures like dragons, no defeat required. The only issue I've had lately with it is that it doesn't handle the "multiple creature spawns" option well, but that's mostly likely something in my build because its only started being a problem recently.

That is totally SLTR unrelated ?

You didn't gave much information so I can only guess:

> you played around with a PC/NPC idle replacer and messed up by adding DD idles to folders they shouldn't be in.

> the NPC actually wear DDs but you didn't install DD correctly so they don't show up ingame.

> you installed a mod/patch that adds DDs to all kinds of NPC but it's for another DD version or Skyrim version

No, I don't think so.  It's not unusual for users of Defeat to experience odd problems, many of which never get resolved.  I try to be very careful not to break other mods.  That's why this mod has zero overwrites of functions from other mods, even though doing that that would have made some things much easier for this mod.  The closest that this mod does to affecting PC bleedout is that it temporarily sets the PC to essential before applying damage for zapping and whipping, then it sets the essential state back to its original value immediately afterwards.

That's remarkably unhelpful.  As @CaptainJ03 suggested, a log of the message (Notification Log is very useful) would tell us what you saw but don't remember.

Do you have version 3.3 or later of PapyrusUtil (not asking about JContainers this time)?  This is the part that writes and reads the json files.  If so, is anything overwriting part of it?  (For the SE version, I see a big red notice that "This mod should overwrite ANY mod it conflicts with.")

Maybe same problem as this : 

With some versions of PapyrusUtil the json files do not work (ie SS Buyers don't show up, Hair change does not work, and import settings doesn't work).

You're missing the translation file, or you're using an older, outdated file.   The files are in Skyrim\Data\Interface\translations, named submissivelola_est_XXXXXX.txt.

 

It looks like you're using the Spanish version, so your file is submissivelola_est_SPANISH.txt.  Since you have some but not all of the translations visible, my guess is that you installed an old Spanish translation that lacks the newer labels.  If so, remove that patched version of submissivelola_est_SPANISH.txt.  The file that comes with the mod has all the labels, and it's mostly in Spanish (it's based on a translated version that someone provided, and I've been trying to keep it updated by using an online translator).

How can I correct it? I tried to open the txt file, and modify what was wrong. I was only able to correct the following:
I changed
"$SLTR_Daily_Goals Requisitos diarios"
For this
"$SLTR_Daily_Goals    Requisitos diarios" -----> (I replaced the spacing (space button) with a TAB (TAB button))
and it worked! Now that title reads well in the MCM... however I don't know what's wrong with these:

Yes, that was a mistake in the file.  The character after the label should be a tab, not a space.  I will fix that.

From what I can see, the lines in the translations file have a limit of 509 characters, including the label and the tab.  I found two that were too long (the Spanish translation tends to be longer than English).  I shortened them a little to fit the limit.

 

Try this version.  It fixes those problems, and several others where a space follows the label rather than a tab.  I'm guessing that the online translator has been replacing the tab with a space, and I never noticed since I don't use the Spanish version.

If petterparker or any other Spanish speaker would like to improve the translations in the file that I just posted above (which includes several new lines for the next version), I can include it in the mod.  I've just been using an online translator, which probably is not doing a good job.  I'm really not well suited to maintain a file in a language that I don't know.

Prueba esta versión.  Soluciona esos problemas y varios otros donde un espacio sigue la etiqueta en lugar de una pestaña.  Supongo que el traductor en línea ha estado reemplazando la pestaña con un espacio, y nunca me di cuenta ya que no uso la versión en español.

Quick question about a problem I am having when ever my owner (female npc in this case) goes to spank my male PC the animations that play for the spank pack have the roles reversed aka male PC spanking my female owner. Any idea how to fix this kind new to modding so I’d I need to provide more information for you let me know and I will try to provide it as best of my abilities.

Check your SexLab settings, such as PC gender under Animation Settings.  Although spanking animations (the ones I know of anyway) don't care about actor gender, forcing an opposite gender role in SexLab possibly could have an adverse effect.  Similarly, a futanari owner might be confusing SexLab.  If you're using a replacement for SexLab (not Ashal's version), it's possible that a setting or feature that is unique to that replacement is switching actor roles.

Your log has errors related to JsonUtil, which is part of Papyrus Util, such as "Failed to import ../SexLab/Expression_Custom1.json".  You might have an outdated PapyrusUtil packaged with another mod that's overwriting PapyrusUtil (or you didn't install it).  That's why I asked those questions.

I have the PapyrusUtil 3.3 installed. I can try to reinstall the thing. Do you think this could also affect Shlongs too? I'm asking cos in many animations the shlong is bent sideways.

Edit: It worked, lol. I redownloaded the PapyrussUtil and that worked. Thank you for your absolute patience on this. If I may dare to ask you about the sideways bent schlong. I know that this is not the place but I am at my wits end here. I'v tried the SOS forum but no answer. The strange thing is that its not all sexlab animations. Not even all anims from the same pack. I'v teared out most of my hair but that didn't do anything, lol.

Good to know.  I'm working on adding a warning to the import function if PapyrusUtil isn't found (or an old version is).  That could save everyone some time if it happens to someone else.

I'm happy to say that I have no personal experience with a bent schlong.  :)  Seriously, though, I suggest doing a web search for something like "loverslab bent schlong".  I recall seeing support topics for things like that.
