Thanks....

First thing I did was to make it clear, that these mods are not by me.

I'm missing ABBA voices and ABBA outfits for both LE and SE. I need your help here. Where did Yinkle put them?

Good bye, good luck.

Everyone needs to balance for themselves whether the fun they have here is a good way to spend time, or if it's having negative effects on their life. I'm sure your life will be better because of your decision.

I mean this kindly so don't take it as an insult: Under account settings, there is an option to delete account. If you really want to leave but have trouble staying away, this could help. When I try to leave porn sites in the past, I have stayed away longer when I delete my account - makes it harder to come back, much more hassle than just typing the URL to "check in" or something.

'Influencing peoples lives' is a pretty big conceit.

But I guess I should give the benefit of the doubt that there are a lot of weak-minded people (not referencing Yinkle). Sad to see a creator tuck tail for 'reasons'. Owning ones history is important IMO, as it is what makes us who we are. Shame is a powerful motivator if that can be inferred from the actions initially taken, although it appears the work will live on with the knowledge that the history isn't actually going away - so I myself am left somewhat baffled to this 'washing of hands' while the puddle of dirty water is left behind for anyone to see.

Anyways, I myself have taken up the mantle to share via PM another creators work whom decided for reasons which sound similar, and had 'parts' removed from the original download page. (not related to Skyrim)

While I feel this action itself is odd, I never harbor any ill-will and only hope the best as well for anyone, creator or member alike.

I never released it to the public and never will. This mod took over 500 hours of programming, debugging and game play to get it right. It was intended to make a video as part of artistic endeavor which go a whopping 4 views in the 3 months it was up on YouTube so I assumed it was of no interest to the public consumption anyway.

As to the OP they may have reasons otherwise and have rights to their work so taking those works and keeping them alive may not be in good interest since those works are part of a legal protection of copyright.

The number of views is depressing - yet the subject matter (Skyrim) is over saturated. Plus YouTube is known for being unkind in it's algorithm. That's a good number of hours to create something never shared, while being quite descriptive in it's content like 'dangling candy in front of a baby' with no intention of sharing unless I misunderstand your post and it's some form of advertisement.

Unless Moderators kill the posts, they just get labeled as created by 'guest'. This won't change any of the information contained herein, which may include any amount of information concerning the original poster. As for deleting an account in an effort to 'stay away', I believe strength of commitment is more important than removing any bread crumbs leading back to a position of weakness. But I see this type of action in daily life as well. For example someone wanting to quit smoking will not allow smoking in their house or car anymore. Would this tempt them to return, remind them that they once smoked, or something I'm overlooking? Perhaps smoker's are a bad influence and 'I won't associate with them' anymore.

>Making a 'life change' is usually never easy, as we are either fighting our nature, or dealing with an addictive personality as some may call it. LoversLab for the most part has a much more community outlook than many other sites I've had the misfortune to visit and while people will be people, perhaps it's the very nature of the content itself which attracts a more mature minded individual when contrasted with the rest of society given the subject matter.

Ill take my ball and go home????

Can't tell you how many mods I've seen that are 'up for adoption' when the original author's had enough.  Seems quite the waste to just pull everything.  Of course, there's the whole "this mod uses that mod" issue, too which sets everyone back.  Oh well, I'm sure others will figure it out eventually.

Twitter isn't a website, it's a house full of monkeys.

I don't appreciate your lack of sensitivity to either Twitter or monkeys since you obviously meant that as an insult and I want moderators to remove your post. If you can't say something intentionally bland and insincerely nice about anything whatsoever, then it's probably best that you be silenced forever in the interest of maintaining the wholesome, deeply apologetic smug righteousness of modern pc culture. :classic_tongue:

Man, that was a joke, how can I judge something what I do not visit, Twitter, Facebook etc, are indifferent to me. :classic_wink:

edit: this was the reason why I wrote this, a German song.

I won't be deleting my account. I've agreed to my work staying on here with Pfiffy as caretaker for my mods so that is out of my hands. I do however intend to keep my account alive for friends who want to stay in touch on here.
