The implementation of the FOMOD format installer in Vortex do not permit overwriting the "base files" with the "options versions" during install. The file "Underwear.json" in the 7z archive "yps-ImmersiveFashion 6.3.7z" in folder "\00 Base (required)\SKSE\Plugins\StorageUtilData\ypsFashion\" will not get overwritten by the version selection in the options' folder. It is not an issue with SkyrimLE because the file is already the one for that version, but for SkyrimSE it is.

The fix for that issue is as easy as deleting the file "Underwear.json" from "\00 Base (required)\SKSE\Plugins\StorageUtilData\ypsFashion\".

That way, the file is copied from the option selection instead of overwritten (and fail) by the selection.

I tested it before recommending it to you in the post.

I already try to summit multiple times a bug post to Vortex team but got ignored. Maybe they want it that way.

It is Not an error on your part, it is a Vortex mod manager issue. The mod with Monoman1 modification are compatible with SkyrimSE. The only issue will be the meshes and textures, easily converted from SkyrimLE directX9 to SkyrimSE DirectX11 format using CAO.

"yps-ImmersiveFashion 6.3.7z" is compatible with SkyrimSE as it is. "yps-SoundTexturePackage20230409.7z" needs some files to be converted and all the (.TGA) removed for compatibility.

Textures original Truevision Advanced Raster Graphics Adapter(Targa/.tga) sources files removed from facetints folder.

All the texture were compatible in their current DDS format.

If CAO applies compression to the DDS, it will be for DirectX11 and anything higher than DXT5 (BC3) is not compatible with SkyrimLE. Uncompressed DDS no issues with any Skyrim version. SkyrimSE higher compress DDS format is DXT10 (BC7) (not compatible with SkyrimLE). Info about DDS

Meshes that need modification for compatibility. The changes are also compatible with SkyrimLE.

Why the menu selection in FOMOD format was added?

Only the file "Underwear.json" needs to be different, because it has references to records and the function to retrieve those reference in PapyrusUtils3.9 for SkyrimSE requires hex reference instead of decimal like in SkyrimLE. The change was because SkyrimSE engine can address more plugins in the form of "ESL" flagged lite ESP.

That why Monoman1 added the fomod install file that provides the option to select "Underwear.json" version copy, but Vortex did not like finding the file already in position during install. That was what I wanted to warn about to you and others that may not notice because there is no error message.

SkyrimSE PapyrusUtils3.9 compatible entries in "Underwear.json". References in hexadecimal format.

I see, this is very good news actually, since SE conversions of this mod are in high demand.

(I'm just totally ignorant about SE, Fomod and Vortex, so sorry for my stupid questions.)

I created the current version 6.3 like this:

- I started with the old YPS 6.2.1 LE version.

- Then I overwrote it with Monoman's patch 2.4

- Then I changed the scripts and the ESP to add the new features that I had accumulated meanwhile (changes to the scripts, global variables, potions, magic effects, quests etc.).

- Then I manually did a small edit to the FOMOD file.

So does that mean, if I use this version for further development, and do only do the work I am usually doing (scripts, quests, dialogues...), it will still stay compatible with SE? That would really be great.

As for the sound&texture pack, maybe someone here could to the SE conversion. Then all should be set for future development. ? (I have no plans to do any changes to the sound&texturepack soon).

If you need help moving over to SE, feel free to ask. You might find some new tools (DAR, powerofthree papyrus extender, etc) worth using for future developments. But no shame in staying on LE, though.

Hi, I've got an issue. My KSHairdosSMP.esp.json works as far as I can tell because the default hairstyles I set work just fine however when I got to the hairdresser, both the ladies and the debug menu, onlt the original KShairos styles pop up. None of the SMP ones.
Please have a look at the files or something.

Also I found this lil mod that puts in a fully bald hairstyle

In your KSHairdosSMP.esp file, , in the 12st entry, your KSSMP_Aroma is missing an end quote mark. It is possible there are other quotation marks or commas that are missing that I didn't catch, so you may want to review for them.

Actually found 1 mroe error but the problem is worse now.

Not only can I not find any KSSMP hairstyles, When I get the hairztyle selection bit, no hairstyles show up, not even the normal KSHairdos ones but again all the default hairstyles are working okay.

Better chance at support from community if you state your character body style type. CBBE SE, 3BAv2, BHUNP, etc. Custom race. Version of slavestat. Version of SkyrimSE/AE.

Because of the extensive list of mods, let check the health of "active scripts" and "suspended stack" count in your last save.

Download ReSAver 6.x, Open your last save with it, and look for the Active Scripts and Suspended Stack count, if it is higher than 10, maybe is a script or PapyrusVM performance issue.

Also, ReSaver helps with orphans instances left by mod replacement or removal. "Clean saves" methods are not really clean, always something is left behind if there are scripts.

Also, try using CAO against the YPS's texture folders, "\Textures\actors\character\SlaveTats\yps" and "\Textures\yps". Try it against the YPS's mesh folder "\meshes\yps".

Use the CAO settings: No BSA create\extract, Meshes-Only Necessary Optimization selected, Textures-Only Necessary Optimization selected, Animations (do not matter in this case, but there's only one option anyway).

The newer version of BAC reserve a lot of Slavetat slots for the fur and others overlays, try increasing the NIO overlays slot for the face, hand, and feet maybe 10+ each.

Do not know those step will help. FYI YPS scripts execution are slow and heavy, Go to the MCM, and in each page enable the quick option if available.

And try again by cheating and getting the potions and assets to apply the colors and polish.

I used Cathedral Assets Optimizer on the Sound and Texture file.

But really, the older SE version should work fine also.

No other changes - and played complete Dibella Quest. Left me wanting more...

Which version of SE? 1.5.97, older or the updated AE version of SE (1.6.640)?

I'm currently running SE verison 1.6.640 (AE) and no matter what I do, I can't seem to get this version properly working anymore. I'm running into the same issues even if I waste time donwgrading to 1.5.97. Nothing that requires Slavetats properly applies anymore. The MCM menu is properly setup "Monitor Piercins" and all that but nothing happens. I briefly, for half a second, saw the Nordic Bodyhair Pubic Overly and it disappeared entirely.

MO2 keeps giving me an error when I try to install "An error has occurred during the installation of the script, this is probably due to an incorrect script file (wizard.txt) in the archive."
I don't know exactly what that means or how to fix it.

Then below it lists this: Line 1, Column 3: Argument at position 0 has incorrect type for CompareWBVersion, expected string got integer.
