So I was wondering how the Impregnation chairs work. I can have my character sit in one, they get naked, stimpaks get removed, but nothing happens. Am I supposed to use an IVF syringe?

Good call.  Its a faction issue.  I noticed this in the upgrade.  I already told him about the issue.  It also collides with AAF Violate, because you get put in the faction as well based on the cool down you set in MCM.

edit-> I had a quick look, more than likely you were looking at the radiation bags.

you need the Vault 111's Improvised Milking Technology perk

How can I make a clone adult and make him my companion?  I tried first with the clone piper syringe to shoot random slaves to get them pregnant with piper clone baby and the message shows it was a success but when I check with hotkey they are not really pregnant. so nothing happens

I also tried to turn settler into follower with hotkey again nothing happens  , then I tried to shoot a loyalty syringe to a settler but still nothing , I figured that maybe only enslaved settlers can be turned into follower?

this mod and FPE is getting really complicated for a non modder like me to figure out.  I really only want to use the clone, milk, semen, and cum inflation.  I can not see a reason for the blood, unless it can be used to clone.  So far at level 22 on new game, I can not figure out how to clone, how to get semen, or how to get milk.  Nora was pregnant, but is not pregnant now, but she has leaking breast continually.  the mcm setting i that i think says how long this continues is set at the default. 60

 

btw I have a npc with a milker on, and i have all the vault 81 stuff. and two followers are walking around with a basic cum thing, IE bottle on their dick. LOL

 

I love this mod, and always have it in my load order. I am playing again, after taking time off for other games.

 

Personally, as a former programmer, I would get the main purpose of the mod, done and stable, then do addons for new features.  They called it modular programming in college, and it is one of the few things I actually used. LOL

The catch is that you would first need to determine what the main purpose of the mod is! As usual, the devil is in the details... ?

 

For me, I pretty much only use this mod so I can get pregnant from super mutants and other creatures, in conjunction with FPER, though the lactation features are a nice touch. I also like the experience of specific species leaving me alone when I'm pregnant with or caring for one of their own, since it adds a lot of new gameplay options for "solving problems" without needing combat skills.

it is called Wasteland dairy. LOL  I agree it has lots of nice addons, I just think it would be easier to maintain, if some features, or new features started as an addon or separate esp, until they were finished.  Since I, can not script, Ignore me if that would not work.

The name is definitely misleading, since it started out as multiple different mods which the author eventually combined (basically the inverse of your vision). The earliest part which went into this, if memory serves, was the nonhuman FPE add-ons.

I I did not realize it was the addons for FPE originally, I still have the addons for the original FPE.  I am not saying do not add all the features to the mod, and am saying the new features, or broken features could be addons until they are stable.  that way the main, and already fully working parts would always be usable.  Install the main, install the addon, if addon messes up, uninstall it, main part will always be working.  once addon is working with main, merge them.

this is a really complicated mod, our fearless modder is doing a great job.

sorry about the delay,

I tried to go on a break but bugs have a habit of ruining that

 

so I should be releasing the next update tomorrow

so I worked on the following

1. Fixed Baby Smells

2. Added Fixes to baby smells to the cleaner (I might need to fix this a bit)

3. Added a Milkmaid object to the mod (everytime you leak breast milk, you(or others) will automatically get a single bottle) *This gives a perk to the person.

4. removing Springer related objects (except the creature capture ones) *they are just too annoying.

 

edit-> so I was testing baby smells in one of the supermutant bases (I removed the baby while in the base and then Saved)

1. waited a hour(default) - Died when SM's went hostile

2. reloaded and waited a hour(default) - Died when SM's went hostile

3. reloaded and cleaned the player using the cleaner aid object(I didn't wait) - Died when SM's went hostile

while I do like the idea of using the springer to do bah, I will be removing them

so you have to understand the stages of this mod, I didn't really script much in the early parts of the mod. (it was purely edits of existing scripts and ideas)

and then I started scripting and I went completely nuts with it.

 

and then Ego went on a break (I assumed it was a forever break so I finally decided to take over FPE to make FPE Redux which led to even more changes.)

 

personally I am surprised that the mod still works as good as it does

I should try to make a simple version of WDF.

I agree with this point, but...

at the middle of the mod (I cannot remember when)

 

I had three separate mods (WDF(Milking), Babies Addon(Babies) and Creature (Creatures)) which some of them were divided into more versions to suit

Sexual and Non-Sexual Version (both)

Sexual version (Impregnation via Sex)

Non-Sexual Versions (Impregnation via IVF)

 

basically I had different Ideas at different times which build up to this mod.

yep, I think the very first version of the mod was a combo mod with both Dogs and Supermutants

(and one of the early unreleased versions was to do with the Humanoid Deathclaws and Supermutants but that was a lot easier with Fourplay)

 

then I think I decided to add the other sexable creatures(at the time) Deathclaws and cannot remember

 

and then GrayUser came out with his creatures animations

this is a really complicated mod, our fearless modder is doing a great job.

I think in the end, it became a lot easier to combine everything (creatures and babies) into one mod so I can easily drag edit them in Fo4Edit.

 

 

my final points is this...

All plans change.

The road to hell is paved with good intentions.

give options to everyone.

I like mysteries.

More advanced, more buggy, more prone to feature creep, more buggy, contains new content, more buggy, more support for Wasteland Dairy Framework. (did I mention buggy) (The mod isn't that buggy anymore but I still like the line so it is staying)

 

and finally

99 little bugs in the code, 99 little bugs in the code. Take one down, patch it around 117 little bugs in the code.

so I have a couple of bugs to iron out in FPE and then I will post the update.

 

I am actually not sure if the FPE update is required for the upcoming update, but I like to keep the two mods releases around the same time.

I just downloaded the new version and for some reason I still can't get the empty sterile semen bag to work to get semen. The sterile blood bag work to give me blood. Tested it on  Jun Long. Is there anything I need to do to get it to work? Thanks.

Can you also add an option only the player lactate in the future update. Cause in my playthrough, if the player character and at least one other NPC start to lactate at the same time. It would cause a bug, where the lactation perk infinitely stay with the player character.

Good chance that's what's happening with my player too as far as lactation goes.  Although I just grabbed the new version so I'm not sure what Invictusblade fixed script wise.

 

My request is much more along the lines of can we ever get something to turn pretty much everything in Dairy off.  The only thing I want is Offspring, but then I get pregnant, and lactate forever and produce hundreds of doses of Breast Milk. I don't really have interest in a single feature from Dairy and only use them try and stop the effects from appearing on my PC.  I turn everything off in MCM, set chance to lactate to zero, the lactation length to zero, turn off the Milk Overlay, I still get the overlay on my tits and chin. and notifications that lactation is happening.

 

I'm going to start a new game in the morning and just go to DC, get pregnant and sleep in Home Plate so the Doc is right there and test from scratch.  I did a clean save/ReSaver with the latest FPER/WDF releases on Sunday, but want to test from fresh.  Then I'll also be ready to do whatever testing you need @Invictusblade for both.

Yeah, I experienced the same bug as your when I get the permanent lactation perk. If you are staring a new game, my advise to avoid any pregnant npc. I also agree with turn off all the effect on both FPE and WDF; and slowly turn one of them on at the time see if it is stable on your playthrough.

 

If you want to be more safe and have control the situation, I recommend the mod called MTO Male Take Over. This mod will turn all Female NPC into Male. From there, you can use F4edit to turn which NPC back to female; for testing purposes (Also do read the support page, there is a glitch that when install this mod can cause CTD, and there is solution for that in the support page.)

 

If you some how got the bug, the only recommendation I have is to revert back to the pervious save where you don't have the glitch. Or start a new game. Don't try to remove the perk via console command cause it won't solve anything. And cause the perk to disappear forever. 

 

These are the only workaround I can think off. Good luck.

I've used this for a long time(Along with Black Male Raiders), but be warned it has issues itself with crashing games if you use anything other than the "Enemy Males" Option.  Better Settlers with the Mostly Male Option takes care of standard settlers, but then I use Commonwealth Captives and do all female captives so I can recuse my damsels in distress, as I have been a former Raider Pet several times myself....

I'm not overly worried about any current save, I'm stress testing and bug testing my massive 400+ plugin game install and these FPER(pregnancy after the first)/WDF(lactation, fertility, etc) issues are really the last things I need to get figured out.  I've let Invictusblade know I'm ready to do whatever troubleshooting that's needed so we can hopefully get these last couple issues ironed out, because if it works on a build like mine it will work for just about anyone.

 

Edit -- Forgot to mention, You can get rid of the leaking overlay, etc, it's just a pain in the butt.  Do a shutdown of FPER/WDF in MCM, then save and reload and save again.  Exit the game & disable both mods, load up without the mods installed and save yet again.  Next use ReSaver and "Clean Unattached Instances" from that last final save. Finally re-enable the mods and load the save you just cleaned with ReSaver.  Everything FPER/WDF/WO is gone, but I mean everything is gone. Any children, creatures, devices, perks, well everything will be gone from your game, and need reacquiring. So it works, it's just not easy and most importantly it won't stop it from happening again,
