Guest Loogie Posted August 11, 2012 Posted August 11, 2012 I just noticed this, but if a character is using furniture, they either stay in the furniture sitting anim during sex and perform the callback right, or they have sex correctly then drop back into the furniture use animation on the spot - nowhere near the furniture, and unable to do the callback. This breaks the NCRCF slavery animation sequence.

I'll see what I can do but it's probably going to be a tricky one and won't make it into this release.

astymma Posted August 11, 2012 Posted August 11, 2012 Just wanted to point out to everyone that when the literacy tests tell you that you're being an idiot for having "VegasChokers.esp" activated and you remove it because it's not needed any more... DON'T be an idiot like me and forget to remove the "VegasChokers.bsa" along with the esp. It WILL screw your archive invalidation all to hell and back. PS Don't forget to extract the bsa and put that meshes directory into your install.

[/quote'] Ok, will take a look. This will have to wait until the next update as well. I can't easily fix it since this is one of the very few animation groups (masturbation) that actually checks actor gender in the animation conditions. I'm going to have to remove that check and then fix up the random picker to ensure that a gender-appropriate animation is picked rather than just letting the idle anim group handle it. This will require more 'extended' testing that I don't want to delay the current release to do.

Green means it's fixed in my local copy. Yellow means I am looking into it for inclusion in this release. Red means I know about it, but it will not be fixed in this release. - Chokers literacy check to mention BSA. - Female masturbation with strapon does not work. - Undressing script should check ALL clothing slots against the safe-for-sex/nude bodies lists. - Animations and callbacks break if an actor starts out sitting/laying Anything else outstanding in the current beta?

[/quote'] I can do that, which one(s) in particular are being annoying/wrong? I'm trying to ensure that they're actually correct all the time -- even experienced users shouldn't be triggering them.

[/quote'] None are wrong that I'm aware of, but sometimes when I have something installed for unrelated reasons, it's irritating to be told I'm being a moron every time I load up the game. Not a big deal either way, just a minor inconvenience.

I'll put a flag to disable all the messaging in to be released when the current version comes out of beta (or in the next beta if it needs another cycle), but I won't tell you or anyone else what it is. Anyone with even minor familiarity with modding will be able to set it in a script of their own, or in the console, and it will persist with savegames like any other setting. No MCM though, and if anyone "spills the beans" on how to set the flag, I'm taking it out.

I just don't want a 'howto' showing up, as the 'sheep' will just blindly run it, stop getting the messages, and then the flood of questions due to seriously screwed up mod installs will start all over again.

EDIT: Oh, and I feel obligated to mention that I was actually hit with a literacy check myself. (I had a custom companion I set up using a Mantis Suit in their default inventory and totally forgot about it.) As the person who told people to deactivate these plugins constantly I find it suitably ironic.
