They are silent voice files. The way it works in simple terms, is... without voice files, "Hello World" will display for 5 seconds and cannot be skipped. With voice files "Hello World" displays for 1 second and can be skipped.

Make sure you have both types of sub titles turned on.... if you don't already.

That is exactly your problem. AAF isn't loading so no animations will play.
Head over to the AAF tech support. And this AAF Guide

Okay I understand what the problem is

I delete all game installation including all modes and I download the game again

Only this time I will use mo2

+ Only the Bimbo collar has actual audio. You need to install the Voice collar.7z in addition to the other voice archive. (The collar voice files must override the normal voice files)

After testing the software mo2
She encounters minor issues like clothes
It's better to have nice clothes than these animations

Hello everyone just here looking for some help with this mod. I've looked through the forum and I haven't found a similar error yet but please do tell me if I missed it, sorry!

The issue is my companion 1. Doesn't issue any quests and 2. They won't unlock any Devious Devices when I request rather than demand.

 

I've attached a papyrus log.

[Line 490] [10:01:05PM] I used the 911 command from the console.

[Line 509] [10:01:12PM] I requested my companion (Piper) to unlock my Devious Devices but it was rejected. In the papyrus files there is an error, "Cannot call GetBaseObject() on a None object, aborting function call"

[Line 545] [10:06:12PM] I set Helper Device Chance to 100 out of desperation. Since Companion Device Chance was already 100.

[Line 546] [10:06:12PM] I request my companion again, with the same errors.

[Line 582] [10:12:42PM] I demanded my companion and the devices where smoothly removed.

 

Also I've run set BDH_CMD to 3 but no one responds, I get the 'Even though your naked, no one seems to care' message.

I have also run set BDH_CMD to 42 and 43, to see if other commands work. They all say that they are done but my character, with no equipment, she didn't change.

 

If there is any other information that you need please do tell me! I'm happy to provide.

Requesting will only reset after you done a task from the Mistress. So not getting tasks seems to be the problem here...

Hah ha, sorry about this one. Turns out I forgot to check 'BuildMorph' when I first used it. Commands 41 to 43 and 51 to 53 work now, thanks!

Something interesting happen though. After doing this, I immediately got the bimbo collar for the first time which means the tasks worked? (I used the 123 command at some point)

But I haven't received any tasks since.

As far as I remember I don't remember them ever working for me, aside from the above. Although after a fresh install, the first request seems to run smoothly then the following requests are all denied.

When I request for help other helpers have provided tasks before though.

No I haven't changed companions but I do have an appearance change for Piper installed.

Um, I'm pretty sure I have but I'm not sure which ones. I've also attached my 'settings.ini' but a quick looks makes it seem like it doesn't match my in game settings? So I did some quick digging around and found the 'Boston Devious Helper.ini' and attached that too. I hope that helps.

They have to be actual companions, not followers. It's a package difference. Followers will react to the Slut Walk, but won't give Mistress tasks.

Personally, I've not found a multi companion mod that doesn't cause issues.

Hmm... I can't find anything particular wrong...

 

If you got the bimbo collar you should get other task too, the collar task is a special task but its the same script.

Do you have some logs from longer play sessions, the one you posted had not much stuff in it besides you testing the commands.

 

Note that event/task will not trigger if any of these conditions are meet...

* the PC has a weapon drawn

* PC is sneaking

* PC has a DD equipped

* PC has RealHandcuffs equipped

So it seems there's a circular dependency here: unlock DD resets after task <--> wearing DD blocks tasks, right? Is this by design?

Personally I wish there would be some kind of a timer attached to each NPC that blocks dialog maybe. Or npcs could initiate unlocks themselves when the dices roll success. In any case current system rarely works for me and mostly I (somewhat ironically) rely on sexual harassment unlocks rather than BDH.

1x DD unlock per task only applies when the PC asks the companion/mistress for help.

Asking other NPCs for help is always just a random chance.

 

The idea was that the PC can't just rely on her Mistress to get rid of DD. So sometimes she has to run around and beg other people for help...

I don't know if the Idea was that good but I don't wanted it to be the same as asking NPCs for help.

I want to avoid situations where the PC is stuck with some annoying DD in a place with very few or only one NPC and then you roll unlucky and don't get help.

So I like the option to be able to spam/ask an NPC for help multiple times...

Also If I would put a timer on it what would prevent the player from just waiting/sleeping until the cooldown resets and ask again...

Well, sometimes that's what I'd like to rp actually. Not being free anytime I ask, rather her "unlocking her sub when she decides it's appropriate" or something.

There's an option to demand help, I think it's exactly for these kind of situations, isn't it? To be honest I play with dialog blocker, because re-rolling NPCs breaks, umhm, immersion for me.

What would prevent the player from player.additem a restraints key? Primarily not going against self-imposed rules I think.

I mean if you _really_ want to get free, usually there are ways you can do it with no help from any mod.

 

I don't say you should change anything because of my opinion, maybe just consider adding options so people could choose how they'd like to play?

I have a question about the Bimbo collar.  I received a 'Bimbo' collar (and later a 'Daddy' collar) as part of a slutty outfit, that was taken away when the mistress said she wanted the outfit back. While I had it, no dialogue or tasks related to the collar happened.  Can I assume this was not THE Bimbo Collar?  I expect it to be given individually, not as part of an outfit. Will it be obvious when I get the actual collar?

It will be very obvious when you get the Vault-Tec Bimbo collar. There's a whole dialogue tree to go through when you get it, plus the initial boot up of the collar.

I went with Piper for quite a while and complied with many tasks over several in-game days and didn't get the collar. Then I switched to Cait and did the same thing .. still no collar.  I always reply with a positive attitude.  Could that be the problem?  Do I need to be bad once in a while to get the Bimbo collar?  (Or am I just not being patient enough.)

 

I will continue playing and hope to see the Bimbo collar soon.  Even without it this mod is a lot of fun!  Thanks for all your time and effort 

 

P.S. - There is an unintentional 'gotcha' in this mod.  During the 'whore yourself out to my friends' task, I didn't notice right away that there are specific people to talk to.  They are given quest markers (thank you for that), but I just didn't pay attention.  So for anyone (like me!) who thought the sex scenes were not firing properly, you have to find the marked people for the sex to work.  This is not a complaint .. just an F.Y.I. to others who might make the same mistake I did.

Ok, I think I can add a options for the compion.

Maybe like this...

• Once per task
• Random fixed chance
• Random reduced chance every time the PC asks (100%, 50%, 25%... resets when completing a task)

The only downside with options is that I always have to consider them when changing something, and also when people report problems I have to figure out what options they are playing with

So it adds a lot of complexity

I didn't use any cheats.  I did have several encounters with supermutants (normally dressed in human type clothing) that the mistress tasked me to 'play with'.  I can't say whether I did ALL the companion events for this mod because I don't know what they all are.  Can you provide a list? If you are talking about the vanilla game quests and maxing out affinity with the companion, yes I did that with both Piper and Cait.  (F.Y.I. -  I did get a pink Bimbo collar, but it was not named a Vault-Tec collar.)

 

I'm expecting special dialogue talking about the collar.  Does that happen?

Did you get the collar with the dialog where it activates zaps the PC and speaks (if you have the collar voice pack installed)...

Then it is the right one and it should trigger bimbo events at some point.

 

Have you changed and settings regarding how often events trigger?
