Technically speaking: you can install all sorts of pose packages, then ingame undress your model and assign a pose with WW>Pose, and use the 'Paint from reference' on the Easel and take a photo of the nude posed sim to paint it; and at the end you'll end up with a meh looking painting... BUUUT, in the particular case of that cover image, it's all just Photoshop.

Just click on the sim while they watch porn, and select "Masturbate to TV Porn" from the pie menu.
This feature requires Wicked Whims v170 or later.

Hi, I just tried it out in both Firefox and Chrome, and it still totally works. Please make sure you follow the instructions closely. If the problem still persist, then it's something at your end.

Is there a way this could be made compatible with the "Turn On TV" mod here? https://www.patreon.com/posts/mod-turn-on-tv-70261108 It lets a sim turn on a TV and walk away, basically, so the TV plays even if no one is watching it, but it only works with the default EA channels, not WW or this mod.

It would be nice to have a bunch of big screen TVs playing all the cinerotique channels at once on some wall in San Myushuno

Good News! I already implemented this as a cheat menu item for the next version of the mod framework, I want to include some other stuff with that update though, so the whole thing is not quite ready for release just yet... soon^TM. For the meantime, take wild_guy's advice.

That's just decorative. Sims can't actually watch these.

It's meant to be decorative only, that way sims can't autonomously fiddle with it - like change the channel, or turn it off.

There's always the down and dirty way of having the sim start to watch whatever channel you want it on, and then shift click the sim and click reset. The tv will stay on and you can have the sim go do whatever.
