The party isn't the house party option. It just starts a regular solicitation.

 

Some additional information:

I have FO4 horizon 1.9.4 installed and I acquired homeplate without paying for it (horizon rewards home plate after completing a bunch of quests).

There are checks for ownership which are as follows:

 

1. I can build inside homeplate

2. Geneva says "enjoy your new place" or something.

3. I have the key.

 

The way horizon gives you homeplate is that it gives you a "mail" message. The message gives you 950 caps, then removes 950 caps, and adds the key to your inventory. 

 

4. In this sense, I think horizon also performs a transaction. 

 

 

Revisiting this one. House parties works fine. The option became available after servicing a number of clients. The exact number I can not remember. But it was at least 10.

Upd: After playing a while undestad how it works. So with weapon in arms, it is normall follaut with normal dialogs, without it is BW dialogs. Is it expected behavior of the mod?

Might have an issue.  I approached Travis for sex and he just assaulted me and took all my money.  Afterwards though I was able to threaten him into giving me 300 caps.  But he still has the rest of my money and I can no longer interact with him, as all he says is "Excuse me", whether I have whore mode on or off.  What do i do?

Yeah... wow... I haven't thought about this mechanic in a long time. At first I was like... "That doesn't sound like Hardship..." but then I remembered. I was probably careless and didn't consider your vanilla game needs. As far as I can remember it's working as intended.

 

I made it so anybody you do that to won't talk to you anymore, it's the tradeoff to doing it. Basically he's scared of you now. If you're not okay having Travis unavailable for vanilla game stuff, then you may want to reload an old save. Also obviously don't do that to anybody super essential to quests.

Thanks for this awesome mod, but I have a small problem. The animations end and the characters get dressed before the scene is over. Other popups appear while the characters are already dressed. Any ideas how to fix it?

That shouldn't happen "regularly" with this version because of the custom XMLs but it does happen with the TSEX version, because it uses the actual normal ones. This is because of some bullshit changes to how AAF works or some shit that is after my time. Make sure you aren't actually running that version and that you have all the requirements including SLP installed, and install the XMLs for the other animation mods from the Hardship installer. Also make sure you aren't using the next gen update for FO4 cause... who knows.

 

I hope they haven't found some way to break this too... but if they have all I can say is sorry. This is one of the main reasons I quit modding where you have to rely on shit staying compatible in a rather undisciplined community. 

 

This is also a good time to remind people that anyone who wants to make fixes or updates to Hardship can do so. Just credit the original mod ONLY HOST IT HERE and don't add anything that violates this site's TOS. This goes Doubly for TSEX Hardship which is right there ready to be taken over with tons of untapped potential. The source code is inside the archivve IIRC, so you'll have to unzip it.

been having and issue when the customer wants to switch scenes, for example started as anal but customer wants to cum on you face - get AAF error no animations available to fit requested scene or something like that.   I though I had just about every animation pack installed minus a few that the manual said were outdated.   Any suggestions on what packs I might need to install to fix this?

Guides like that which are constantly updated aren't always that useful when dealing with older mods and their requirements. Here is what MY manual says in the OP for this mod:

 

11. OPTIONAL -- Now is the time you can install more animations if you like. Animation packs that work well with Hardship (besides Leito) Are BP70 2.4 or higher  Savage Cabbage 1.2.5 or higher  

 

Soft Requirement: RufGt's animations (Necessary for Cunnilingus, and kissing found on the Atomic Lust download page.

 

Make sure you install the custom Hardship XMLs for these packs in the Hardship installer. That will ensure that Hardship has all the proper tags it needs. If you installed Hardship before the packs that may be your issue Merely reinstall Hardship after installing the packs and make sure they are selected.

 

14. Staged Leito Plus Erection Fix 1.0.5 or above 

 

If you have leito and SLP installed correctly that should cover 95% of all animation types.

 

If it doesn't work after that and they've removed any animations from newer versions of those packs or changed the form locations (Though that seems unlikely. ) there's nothing I can do about it. Unfortunately this mod was last updated more than 3 years ago and I am no longer in the mod scene.

I appreciate the fact you still answer questions!   I did have the mentioned packs installed but not sure I selected the cum tags which might be the issue.   I have gone back and reinstalled it with those tags enabled and hopefully that solves the issue.   Have been enjoying the mod, so thank you for making it!

I promise you this is not meant as a flipant response but yes... learn to edit and compile Papyrus scripts.  Changing other people's mods is how most modders get started. I include the source code inside the archive, so people can do that.  IF I never went back and centralized, it the code for that is at the end of the sex scripts.

Hey hey, got a bit of strange one. AAF shat the bed with complications with Looksmenu etc etc. Fixed it all except Hardship. The threatening/Non  Threatning mechanic doesn't work but everything else does. Any clues? I'm stumped, been trying to delicately troubleshoot without AAF  shitting the bed again.

if you were having issues with AAF before this mod, I would seriously go back and start from zero with all the AAF stuff and start over again following the F'n Manual.   This mod actually plays pretty nice so my guess is there is still something wrong in you AAF setup.    Most issues are load order/priority (also check for updates), if your on NG my prayers go out to you to get AAF ever working 100%, downgrade to .163 and live a happier life.

Honestly, I had the mod play 100% on NG. It's fine, but I just remember if I add a new mod that I like, there's a risk I'd have to start from zero.

 

I had to reset 4 times, this will be the 5th and I reeeeaaallly can not be arsed.
