@Ed86 I've posted my attempts at getting "all the mods playing nicely"... Any input is appeciated.

 

I have 2 questions; 

 

I'm sorry as I realize you are busy. I'm trying to document my process of "getting things working with everything". (please see new posts on main discussions I have a decent working modlist that took me a decent amount of time to configure. 

 

Last post is my current modlist and things I'm running into which I will politely and kindly ask everyone involved to spare a moment and correct my ways of thinking and explain how to correctly setup certain components.

 

I would like to kindly ask for your help.


1.) What are the correct steps to use for Character Editor for relationships, sexuality traits and RJW body parts? 

 

Assuming I haven't a.) overloaded the equipped/apparel/inventory, gotten too crazy with colors on apparel, eyes, skin, hair (am I running too many hair mods?), etc... b.) Haven't changed load orders or settings on various mods. 

 

How do I make sure the Pawn parts are saved correctly? (RJW sizes flip on me when I load pawn from a slot).

 

The sexuality traits also gets shuffled around. How many traits can we save correctly? I will typically assign to a normal human male and female pawn. "Exhib/Fertile/Impreg Fet/Messy/Pregant Fet/Sapio/Vigorous" is that too many?

 

I'm using Reunion (if a colonist has the trait it schedules an event for the Colonist that was left behind to rejoin) in the past it used to work. (aka Occationally a lover/fiance/wife would run in being persuded by raiders to rejoin. or drop pod even rescue from mechanoids or pirates.) In CharEdit we can save the pawn to a slot;

 

I'm certain conflicts I probably have are conflicts with CSL or maybe another mod or load of those particular mods?.

a.) missing/broken anuses

b.) "half-breeds" between xenos.

is there a specific post where you or skomer have post the correct way to set up?

 

I am not running the Social Interactions Expanded (Have read it's just a nightmare of lists). I haven't tested full compatablity with our RJW - Simple Polygamy and RJW - Just Polygamy (hopefully that will be included with your and the other mod authors permissions blessting... Also I realize "Rational/Romance" is it's own wild ride of complexity... Maybe the "People can change" mod is smarter or has better flexibility & logic that can be forked correctly.)

 

Random thought - perhaps there is a way to store a combined hex value that won't require a big write or something. First 01-F0 for the Sum Sexuality Traits then Orientation being last octets 0-E? (00 always being asexual). As well as how RJW parts (natural/bionics) and sizes for how the parts are stored? I've seen several times in the console you have very good error checking and attempt to fix/patch broken things so that is pretty great to be honest.

I haven't looked at the codebase so please forgive me for my ignorance. 

 

The Inter-species breeding settings (Does RJW handle half-breeds naming? or pass on any of those sub-traits? Is it an average between them and human? (half-breeds aka Cat Girl = Better vision, Fox Girl = better movement speed, Dragon girl = natural heat resistance/flamability, Elf girl increased dexterity (manipulation workspeed) races again my fault for not looking at the deeper files. I don't have Visual Studio Setup to look at .DLLs.).

 

2.) Do you have a prefered recommendation of settings you use for CSL for the School/Learning portion?

 

Thank you for your time and this wonderful mod that has breathed real LIFE into RimWorld.

 

If only Tynan and Oskar had the guts and spines to support this effort. Then again the TikTok/Twitter/Tumblr are a pretty insane hypocritical bunch that NVL all humanity collectively.

 

I swear some of these ADULT CHILDREN would never (and should) have never survived the the 60's,70's,80's OR 1990's.. That Tiger that jumped the fence at the zoo because those kids were throwing pinecones, Harambe and Jesus Christ died... so we could create a society that people are "triggered" by jokes, fantasy, horror, imagination and games. 

 

P.S. Last Question. If both Pawns have Exhibitionist trait.. Do they still choose to run off away from others before performing the act? In several instance when not assigned a bed, the "quickie" made them run off.. Into a cave with insects no less to have sex. why not just right then and there in front of others. Is that intended that they run off? 

 

P.P.S. Could you please look into "Proximity" mod and "The Joris Experience" the Anime Girl Joris (Inspired Waifu Power) and Archotech Joris (Archotech Daddy Power) have fun effects due to proximity, an Aura effect. Aka maybe being a Pervert, Hypersexual, Sexually Heated, Sex Bothered and witnessing two Exhibitionists would give them a mood buff boost if they like what they see? Might be something cool for a future update IF you are looking for ideas

When a pawn is marked for comforting sex, other pawns - even pawns who have lovers - will attempt to rape the marked pawn.

Is this a bug to be fixed? IIRC pawns who have partners aren't supposed to engage in rape.

Mm they still may, depending on sexual need and availability of their partner.

I am certain. Exposure to a certain group of people ("Allies" vs "Enemies") would re-enforce traits. I mean people want to say "you are born with it". But the truth is old people, friends and "family" are fucked up. AND if you push them too far they should become Animal Hating, Xenophobes, Misanthropes and ultimately Asexual. 

 

Here is an "strange" fact to consider. Most Orphans raised in large Orphanages never took another Orphan as a spouse/mate or romantic interest. Usually it was the adults doing f'ed up things to them.

 

Socializing in a non-sexual and normal acquaintance like manner should form healthy relationships if they aren't of one particular ideology.

 

As degenerate as SafeJobWorld is... (I'm sorry Skömer I'm sorry @Ed86 )... a very nice mechanic. Humans that hold hands, cuddle, fall asleep alongside on another, non-sexual massages (not foot massages.. those are always sexual) and just close non-sexual company are good things (aka fishing together, building together, hunting together). (I regret not having, finding and marrying my childhood girlfriend.)

 

A "misogynist" will never lose that trait if they keep getting harrassed, beaten, used or abused by women. a "misandrist" will never lose that trait if they are constantly being hit on or attacked or in competition be it "working" or during "recreation"...

 

That said just because "the colony" wants it to happen and other pawns and forces keep trying to "Ship it" doesn't mean it will.

 

After all if an orphan ended the suffering and bad memories of a place AND "enemies" with FIRE... You can be damn sure there is ZERO chance of reforming a "Pyromaniac".

 

You can't "pay" for wholesomeness, it has to be organically nurtured and can't be "groomed". But "paying" for degeneracy is dirt cheap. ;) 

 

I do have a question.. Somewhat related.

 

Do the PolyAmorous patches have multi-marriage support? HYPOTHETICALY speaking and asking for a friend if say one pawn wanted to be a patriarch.. (or matriarch heheh we know what happens there, friendship ended with YouTube fake families..) and be a cult leader of some sort of magic in the sky person worshiping religion.. in a sand or dust bowl.. like in... the middle-america. Like good ole' Fundamentalist church. aka Morans but without beheadings.

Will the other spouses refrain from molesting/abusing offspring? Weird Uncles are bad, Creepy Uncles are worse but Lizzy Borden/Elizabeth Bathory Cannibal Aunts are probably the worse.

 

I don't want my colonists having the barnyard walking rations NOR children present at the Aprimay Pole of Creation Celebration Day (except Anime Mascot Joris you can stay.. (hand bonuses are nice), Biblically Accurate Joris (for keeping the demons away BUT NO SMITING please.), Jordon Freeman (to keep the head crabs and infestations away) and Finally Joralt of Rivia you are okay (I think.. the non-descriptor is he makes women extra moist?)

then after that we can look at the RimWorld.v1.2.2753\SaveData\Config associated with each of the Mod Options.. I don't need screen shots like the people that posted in the RJW Prenancy thread. You shouldn't clutter the main thread with "HALP, I did a thing.. Nao wut?!!" Make a well thought out thread WITH details ON THE MAIN RIMWORLD THREAD of the ALL the steps you took. Is the "prisoner"/"victim" healthy... how are the social stats between them.. and their attackers... I'm guessing they aren't the hero... Do you have a hero(or heroine) designated. Are they designated for comfort. Are they a succubus or vampire or undead.

the guide how to change genital size is in ⇒FaQ idk how presets are saved, presets and UI are still a major disadvantage CE has when compared to prepare carefuilly

I will do so with new modlist and conf files required on the Part 3 on main thread. And walk through the mental process/rational of how I built my current modlist.

How do you reduce the chances of gaining the Masochist trait during the 'feeling broken' hediff? I'm looking through the .dll but I have zero coding skills so I don't actually understand what the fuck I'm looking at. I'm aware that there's a disable masochist gain setting in the mod options but I don't want to remove the masochist gain, just reduce it.

Some pawns get stuck in an infinite sex loop and I have to draft them or let them pass out from exhaustion for it to end. Is there a setting that I need to turn off? If so, where can I find it in the mod settings?

yeah its the setting located in updating animation framework.

Check the main post of rjw, there is a spoilered section that you need to reveal that tells you about all the features of the game. Skomer worked his ass off for it.

That organ is forever sterile. But you can always replace it with a new one. I.U.D.s are reversible btw.

What mods are used in the last screenshot of the mod? I would assume the slavery thing is simple slavery, but I'm not sure where animal lover trait and fixed neuron hediff are from. Thanks.

Okay I have a little bit of a problem : I have the Immortal mod installed and I just noticed that my Immortal pawn will never get pregnant whatever I do. Is this normal and is there a way to go around this problem ?

Um... Archotect fix it? I mean you can install a bionic donger or bionic vajayo but if you remove the Testes or Ovaries it should not work anymore. (But that's one more mechanic we don't need.)

 

But there is where we have to say.. The hard way that IS possible IF you want YOUR pawn.. fixed "perfectly" get Polaris Lab and/or QEE Questionable Ethics Enhanced. and use the Organ vat to grow a new part based on the exact DNA from your pawn. BTW, just throwing on a new one will not cure any diseases. That is something you'll have to look into if it happens.

 

IRL? We DO NOT HAVE THAT TECH LEVEL. NO ONE DOES... :lol:

The RimWorld Player way? Hope you've saved the pawn in a Character Editor slot?

 

Truth is if you save your Pawn in CE, you can drop pod as many pawns you want.

Granted if you want to have the exact skills you must match it to current pawn. It's the HedDiffs. You can even copy from a healthy pawn and past to the one that got neutered/spayed.

 

But now you have two ("long lost twin?" "umm. yeah... I think?")

 

There is no speed running or anything that will get you VAC banned for messing with your save game. So have fun. 

 

Seriously though make a new map... and go Wild on using DEV MODE. Change fix modify parts around. And remember what a normal pawn looks like. 

 

To remove a pawn, don't use "kill" or banish.. I think "destroy" is the correct one it's "pop"/"vanish"/"disappear". Doesn't effects things colony feels. works on walls and everything. explosions are fun. Yeah, you can "kill"... then again you can delete bad memories from other pawns... and yes you can resurrect with full health.. but it won't remove the debuff... deleting memories is easy... organicly is hard.. you just can't create memories for them easily.

Don't push them beyond "In a Trance", the more times they are "Feeling broken", the higher the roll for them to gain Masocistic.

 

It doesn't seem like a set limit to be honest. Aka, "This Ice Fairy / Forest Fairy Girl looks cute. I could... you know.." BAM! Zoofile! "...B.but Humanoid Monster Girl?" That isn't sentient / can't talk or communicate isn't considered a Humanoid, no more then primates are. (it's not a MyCherryCrush / Karneli Bandi/ BelleDephine that are just cosplaying for fun or money. I mean you could F a 'tard? or take advantage of physical or mental handicap without expecting to be labelled. In a way it's okay, IF the being KNOWS they are being stupid like Cheerleader or normalized [REDACTED] are okay, they know that they are 'tarded. They are taught to be that way. :joy:

 

Dragonoid/Kurin/Kirin/Nyan/Ossarian/Astoriel/LOTR_Elves do communicate and have the language thing thus are Humanoid Species so not zoophile.

 

Honestly, if you go through the trouble of getting them broken to the point of worrying if they get "Masochist"... You are keeping them. But after all they wouldn't have tried to kill me and burn down my base/colony/home. BTW Traits do add to a silver to a Pawn.

Before going futher, with SimpleSlavery or SimpleSlavemaster.Be warned!

 

Enslavement does cause a colony wide mood debuff.

 

The only thing I didn't mess with was Vampirism/Phantoms/Liches/Undead or Dead. I don't know.. is a walking talking intelligent that doesn't have a heart beat or breath being make one a Necrophile? Are you a Necro if a powerful female vampire keeps sucking your blood and sauces? *shrug* How many times? Again. There is some behind the scenes.. "Magic" that Rimworld uses. not RoM.. What is a Succubus? It's Humanoid I think? But it was summoned.. so. Don't care. it is what it is.

 

But Rimworld itself.. so there are no hard percentages of "how many are too many".. 6 is the max number of grape-ists a pawn can be under the effect from.

 

Personally, more intresting is not the Masocists trait or having a colony of Psychopaths..

 

Honestly, I don't think anyone having been raised in a happy/good colony home can get the "Desensitized" trait without some sort of trauma.. And is probably the most sane and reasonable trait to have.

Got a question! Is there some reason that Astoriel won't hook up with other pawns, or is my game just broken somehow?
