Unfortunately my LAN problems has not been resolved, tomorrow i will call assistance and hope to being able to upload the new version, let's see the positive side: more time to test and fix bugs so the next update should be more polished, as a side note all the goals i had in mind for this update has been accomplished, in particular giamel mod has been integrated

Hold on guys, the update will come, in the mean time i found a bunch of bugs, all fixed now, just to let you know one of these was that id you enslaved a non unique npc like stormcloack soldier you were not be able to have a ”hey do you have a moment?” conversation with ANY stormcloack soldier! Now is fixed in the new release that will come soon.

 

Edit: A lot of study done on papyrus scripting...so...More bug fixes done, more stability added, the next update will be substantial and will require a new game or a save where MCG was never before. In the mod will be included some fixes also for external mods, that you may find useful. I fixed the Naked npcs bug of EFF (was a problem about outfits if the actor is non unique, since setting an outfit for non unique actor set that outfit for all those actors).

 

FOR THOSE WHO USE SEXLAB EAGER NPCS: if you make sex with non unique actors be aware that the disposition is changed for all actors of the same template...so if you make a stormocloack your "lover" with sex all stormcloacks will be your lover, fortunately from next release this kind of bug will no more present in my mod, since i will enforce a check for non unique actors but if you use SL Eager NPCs be aware that mod can possibly break your game since that mod doesn't have this check and the author is not actively supporting it anymore.

I've play with the EFFollower Mod.

In my experience, Death Alternative makes Skyim a bit unstable, don't know why!

You can also play the mod without DA but doing so will disable the player defeated features (in that case there are many other mods for this specific feature, in particular sexlab submit which has the more stable defeated scenario imho)

You won't go far in this mod without reading the guide as said in the instruction. The dialogue is in the romance topic of the "hey! Do you have a moment?" Dialogue branch. The chance of convincing the interlocutor is based on your speech.

How come I don't get that dialogue option? Does it take a while for the mod to 'load' up and start working?

No it loads instantly, the solutions to this are:

-assign the hotkey for this mod in mcm

-save and reload

-make sure you are talking with an npc you are not in bad relations with (disposition > -1)

If I had one idea for this mod that'd be amusing, it'd be getting caught cheating (be it with an official lover or seducing someone's husband wife) there's a chance (perhaps lower chance if its not them directly that reported you) they'd send thugs or something after you (maybe if its a rich or noble person they send a assassin, easier to keep teaching you a lesson quieter and all that).

I've been trying the mod for a while and I gotta say I love the idea of having something that works as some sort of middle ground between defeat, radiant prostitution and solutions/eager NPCs because with sex mods I always find having too much stuff fighting for prevalence during scenes.

The only thing that I couldn't figure out if I was doing correctly was the stuff about surrender and rape. I guess my character wasn't sneaky enough to do the thing about pressing the mod hotkey on a hostile when unnoticed, but I really wish there was a way to simply surrender on hostiles like Defeat and Submit had, unless, again, I missed something. Another issue I had was with multiple enemies, because I usually end up being attacked by anybody not in the scene.

 

Still, I'm looking forward to new updates and really grateful for your work. Good job!

Good suggestion! I will look into the vanilla thug assault event (the one that happens when if you steal something from a store, like Birna's) and see if i can adapt it

about the surrender being tricky you're right, I made that system because i tought it would add difficulty because without you could just surrender and have free pass around enemy, but now i am questioning if this is worth the hassle of sneaking. In the next rebalance update (that may come within this very day) i think i will change the surrender to a simple activation or like the calling (when you use mcg key on neutral actors to call them to you). A thing I noticed in skyrim different than fo4, you need to be very close for the hotkey to pick up what are you pointing with your crosshair, this may be your current problem.

 

about the multiple enemies that attacks you during rape, my experience with the defeating system of mcg is that when you are about to be raped, everyone stops fighting in a large radius until you are raped, if there are people who still fight during the rape maybe it's not my rape scene activated, you mentioned you have also deafet or submit installed? Before the rape you should see the message ("you are about to be raped by...") If you don't see that message it's not my rape scene, let me know

 

TO ALL: I am a player in skyrim used to high difficulties and grinding, I realize that for some of you the current relationship system may be too diffcult or too time consuming to rise, for this reason in the next rebalance i will roughly multiply x2 the bonuses for right approaches (this translates to half the time to increase the relationship) while maintaining the maluses for wrong approaches to current levels.

Thanks for the quick reply! For the multiple enemies, I did have those mods installed originally but when I installed your mod I had removed them and cleaned the save. But I was doing weird shit like trying to calm some enemies, so I'll try again and see what happens.

For the surrender thing, it's just that I find interesting the idea of playing with a character that would rather offer her body than fight if she can help it. I also like playing with succubus-themed mods with sex drain and stuff like that, and also rely on rape mods as a true DA system. I would say that I'd rather be able to surrender in any situation, but maybe get penalties applied based on skills, than having those decide if I can surrender to begin with. Or enemies deciding that they'll still kill me anyways. Is there a way to simply disable any non-DA timeout so that enemies will always rape you even if you were attacked not too long ago?

The problem with what you want is that the game not always recognize the aggressor as an actor (this for example if you die for falling or drowning) and not all the races in skyrim are recognized by SEXLAB as a valid sexual race, so i.e. if a skeever defeat you MCG can't let it to rape you, because there aren't skeever sexual animations loaded in normal SEXLAB. In addition to this i built my defeated system using DAYMOYL systems, so not much i can do about this feature.

 

About the surrender, i am changing it right now, new system will be that you just need to point to an enemy and press MCG Key while your weapons are sheated and you have at least 25% of health to be able to surrender to hostiles.

Hmm. But in your example, skeevers had sex animations in MNC since forever, and SexLab builds a list of available animations for all actors as you install them. It also includes functions that allow you to check if a race has valid animations as well, without the need to include extra mods as dependencies. Or am I mistaken? I've tinkered here and there with Papyrus and I've done a couple mods, but never went too deep into SL code.

About the DA thing, I'm not talking about the DA timeout by itself but about the status effects that your mod adds, like the "Just Defeated" one. I've checked the MCM and the guides you've posted but I'm not sure if I've overlooked something, I was just wondering if the duration of that effect could be modified.

Interesting, that function to see if there is loaded an animation in sexlab could be helpful, I coded the defeated feature to work only on original standard sexlab races, but with that function things may change

 

Oh about the just defeated! I did not understand before, At the moment you can't disable it, it lasts 15 minutes real time. But you can wait in game to make the recovery faster, I will see if the code will let me add a toggle for that, unfortunately my MCM controller script reached 33kb and it seems that i can't add other line of codes to it (really the editor won't let me add more to it ?!!) you can try personally if you want

Yeah I tweaked that on TES5edit and I'm satisfied with the change, so I might as well make a patch since all I'm tweaking is a single record, that way I don't have to change it as you update the mod.

I'm happy with the change to the surrender function, so I gotta say thanks!

 

The only issue that I think it's worth reporting, is that there's a bit of a conflict between surrendering and being defeated. Even though there's a health threshold, still I've managed to hit the button just as some NPC was power-attacking me. The sex scene would trigger, but glitchy (like, when hitting the spacebar to skip stages, the character would jump instead, messing with the animations, and I'd get both non-hostile warning messages after the scene).

Another minor issue I've noticed is that if you cast a spell with a "Calm" effect on an aggressor during the non-hostile stage after a scene, they will ignore the spell and attack you. I guess that the mod simply checks if a spell was used on an aggressor, and as I said it's a minor issue, but you might feel like looking into it.

Thanks for the reporting, about the conflict between surrendering and defeat i will add a check to prevent defeat starting if you are already surrendering for those improbable scenarios you described (thanks i did not tought about that)

About the calm effect i can't do anything about since using the calm effect is considered an aggressive act by vanilla skyrim (if you use the calm effect on neutral actor they may turn hostile indeed)

I am sorry man, can you be more precise about the problem, i am not sure to understand correctly, i think your problem is the role of the blacksmith wife during animation, you must choose i want me on you in dialogue or player dominant role in menu to make sure you are the one that penetrate the other actor. In addition to this make sure that in sexlab mcm you don't have setted any gender overrides
