I get "(0,0): Error while trying to typecheck script fpv_mcm_script: Index (zero based) must be greater than or qual to zero and less than the size of the argument list." when I try to compile FPV_MCM_Script.

- I set up the Papyrus compiler correctly

- base.zip is unpacked in the correct folder

- Institute_Papyrus_Flags.flg is in the correct folder

What is wrong, how can I fix this?

Other things to check...

  • You need to make sure you've moved the F4SE Papyrus source stubs into the User folder (they're incorrectly packed into the parent directory in recent versions of F4SE).
  • You need the AAF Papyrus source code installed in order to compile some of Violate's scripts (also some other mods in the case of various integration scripts, but those are fairly clearly-labeled as such).
  • The compiled scripts shipped in the current Violate version were almost certainly compiled with the "old-gen" CK (1.10.162) build of PapyrusCompiler.exe, not the newer "NG" Creation Kit.
  • It's possible some scripts are taking advantage of a compiler patch like Papyrus Compiler Patch (NoDox edition) - Fallout 4 (I use that myself, but don't know if it compiles without).

I've always used vortex, drop and play. A detailed (with screenshots) installation would be very helpful. "Pay special attention to the F4SE installation -- you must install the Data folder from the F4SE archive into your Fallout 4 folder"... which folder exactly? I have tested many different installs in the Fallout folder for the animations to play, They haven't as of yet.  I am not trained in your Jedi ways, a little more help would be appreciated.  Thank you

The same place you find the Fallout4.exe

...Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4

Then set Vortex to launch the game via the

f4se_loader.exe

If you've installed F4SE in Vortex with its Mod Type set to Engine Injector (pretty sure Vortex auto-detects it for F4SE), then the Data folder does get installed correctly without needing to take any additional steps.

Spoiler

For people manually unpacking and copying files from the F4SE download into their game folder, it's common that they accidentally overlook the Data sub-folder, which is the reason it's called out explicitly in the instructions,

The Fucking Manual is fairly comprehensive, you may have something mis-installed or at the wrong versions. It also has a link to the AAF Discord (same place you downloaded AAF 1,0), you can get more timely help with AAF-related problems in the #aaf_issues_nsfw channel there.

You installed some animation pack or patch that's expecting the Settlement Supplies Expanded mod to also be installed. Probably you accidentally turned on support for SSEX in a FOMOD installer menu when installing the pack/patch that's looking for it.

I unplugged every single mod except yours and the listed ones and their requirements. Still the same thing.. no debug error now but the same just stands there while the aggressor kneels on the ground. About 15 mods installed. Not using updated game version. Think I will give up on this. I really wanted it to work. Thank you. Most likely it is my error. Not trained in your Jedi ways. But a detailed installation video would be wonderful. Might help many more too. Thank you. Your mod alone works great just no animations. Reinstalling a clean game now.

A detailed video of how to install the core adult mods would be days long.

Reading the Fucking Manual will get you setup so other adult mods will work as expected.

Adult modding is not for the faint of heart or the impatient. But, once you get everything setup and working, it's worth the work. And as a bonus, you'll be a junior Jedim night even get a starter light saber. ;)

@EgoBallistic I'm working on extended voices for your mod can you confirm some points ?

  • Does your mod suit male players ?
  • Can you confirm the followers can trigger the AFV_VictimVoice dialogs ? (It looks like so in the code)

Thank you for your help it was the 'add a Dong' mod messing it up. Working now. Is there a mod compatible that installs an erection?

Use a male body replacer like BodyTalk3 with an integrated penis.

BodyTalk3, has been removed by Author.

Another question... Why does every person/creature but the player get to have sex with a non-romantic companion?...Unfair!!! Are there any mods similar to AAF Violate/ sexem up... just for companions and player?? There are so many great non romance companions...

You can use your passive keys, I think that's part of violate or possibly sex em up

Hi, I have one issue with mod: player character don't surrender. 😅

NPCs surrender without problems and I can slave it with Human Resources, all works fine. Even when my heal threshold down to 0, character sit down in ground waiting and after that gets up and combat continues with my heal bar full. Push the hotkey to surrender and shows the message "There is no one here to surrender..." all times. It's like half mod don't works.

"Agressor Options" and "Player surrender options" in MCM AAF Violate is set correctly. AAF works fine, I can start animations with "Home" panel and other mods.

My game version was downgraded to Pre-NG (1.10.163.0) and I have AAF updated to last version (v1) with almost all animation mods from "The Fucking Manual" .

I searched a similar problem in LL forums and the only similar post is this, but I don't think if downgrade the mod is possible.

Any ideas to fix it? Thx

The most common reason for this is that you have a third-party patch installed that is based on an old version of Violate, or you have one of Violate's optional plugins from an old version of Violate.  Either of these will mess up Violate's quest properties and cause the enemy scan to fail, resulting in the error you are seeing.

Were there any updates for alien, bloodworms, radstag, radroaches animations?

Where did you find animations for aliens, bloodworms, radstags, or radroaches? If there are some I'm not aware of, I'd be thrilled to find out so I can install them.

If such animations don't exist, there's not much point in Violate allowing you to surrender to them.
