I have reinstalled game 3 times last week trying to isolate the issue by running a light load (basically aesthetic hair, face and body mods + AAF). I have tried this with your call mods and RSE, but not at the same time. I dont have issues unless something odd happens during the animation process. Gonna go reload in a bit and play with it some more. Just for the record: I have run various RSE elements with SEU and Violate. RSE tends to behave strangely under these conditions....as SEU and Violate tend to add duplicative functions...I thought it best to stick with one set or the other. FWIW, I decided to stick with SEU and Violate...and fill in the little things I wanted from RSE with other mods for the time being.  Â

Seems to happen when a call mod has initiated animations but for whatever reason is interrupted by new adds.  E.G.: AAF Violate has initiated animation but is interrupted by new aggressors. Any save made after that will be corrupted for me. This also happens with AAF Prostitution, AAF SEU and AAF RSE/RSE ELEMENTS. Probably best to not run other mods that have the same function in mind. Doing so is going to cause conflict when Violate and SEU and RSE (sexual assault part of it) are all attempting to achieve the same result by adding in sexual assault/rape into the combat portion of the game.  Otherwise you will have to adjust your settings in the MCM for each mod that handles sexual assault and rape to prevent them from overlapping which would negate the need for the mods not being used to be installed in the first place.  It's best to just have one mod handle sexual assault/rape. There are several different choices on here to choose from but you should pick one and go with it and not run all three or four at the same time or it's gonna cause problems. It would be no different if there was 3 or 4 different pregnancy mods on here and you installed all of them expecting them to not overlap or conflict. They might all handle pregnancy differently but they all have the same end goal in mind - pregnancy. Just like all these sexual assault/rape mods have the same end goal in mind - sexual assault/rape, even if they do them a little differently.Â

Halstrom Posted December 24, 2018 Posted December 24, 2018 If anyone is having problems with animations not found in Violate or RSE CSA events and running AAF beta42 or 43, roll back to beta41 or swap to beta44, there seems to be a breakage in the tagging system.
Olmech Posted December 24, 2018 Posted December 24, 2018 3 hours ago, EgoBallistic said: I don't use any RSE mods, so I don't know if that is the culprit. Keep in mind that some of the RSE mods (and others) listen for AAF animation start/stop/change events and run scripts when they occur. So it's possible for a buggy mod to cause problems even if you are not actually using that mod to play animations. Are you using position tags or themes? I did not see them there but you have a long load order and it kind of blurs my eyes lol.

Hitting "C" for clothing toggle while in Character Creation, and SLM will result in a hard ass crash. (As in, you literally have to kill FO4 with task manager).  Now, as for saves. The anecdotal evidence seems to point to the fact that no autosave, or managed save (from say, Autosave manager) is safe right now. The only saving method I know of that works is hard saving (hit escape -> main menu -> save -> new save)...I guess (and again, this is all conjecture and anecdotal right now) that morphs/bodies are not being saved right in quick or auto saves.  There's no ETA for when Looksmenu will be updated with a fix. The mod author hasn't been around on Nexus since the 11th of December. It's the Holiday season, many folks are travelling, seeing family etc.  There is a workaround for Show Looks Menu and Looksmenu: strip bare ass naked *before* you SLM from the console. If you are in character creation, you can use: 000a7d38.unequipAll if you are playing the Female SS. (Nora) 000a7d37.unequipAll if you are playing the Male SS (Nate)  Then you'll be naked, and can manage overlays, etc.Â
Josephluvfo4 Posted December 24, 2018 Posted December 24, 2018 Hey dose anyone know of a mod that gives synths the proper tools to do the violating? If not all three gens atleast gen3
Guest Posted December 24, 2018 Posted December 24, 2018 Can anybody tell me what I made wrong that I lost the MCM-texts? Instead of normal words I get something starting with $. Had that problem in Skyrim once and still don't know how to fix it. I read somewhere that this is a result of missing requirements or parts of the mod. But what else can I do than just installing AAF and then this mod? Â Edit: 3 minutes ago, Josephluvfo4 said: Hey dose anyone know of a mod that gives synths the proper tools to do the violating? Maybe someone knows where to find it now (and why it is lost).  Yeah, if you have a $ before anything it means you're missing something the mod is looking for and it will lead to a crash or mod errors popping up. Try to narrow down which mod it is with the $ signs and manually install the files from that mod instead of using a mod manager. That's the only way you'll figure out what exactly you're missing.  Open up your Fallout 4 Data folder in one window on the right side of your screen and open up the mod in another window on the left side of the screen and then just go through each folder and file from the mod on the left side one by one along with your Fallout 4 data directory on the right side of the screen and try to see what file you're missing - or if you have a folder or files in the wrong place in your Fallout 4 data directory, which happens a lot.  If everything looks good and matches up then go back to the mod web page for that particular mod and make sure you have all the required mods installed that the author of the mod says have to be installed also that his/her mod depends on.  If you do all that and it still doesn't work, then take a look at your load order and see if that's the problem. Sometimes mods depend on other mod .esp files to be loaded first.   I don't use mod managers because the are sloppy. Their only real benefit is that they can move a lot more data at once than a person can do manually. But that's precisely what makes them sloppy installers. If you go through a mod and install it folder by folder, file by file, it just feels so much cleaner and more organized and you end up with a lot less problems because you learn the file structures and directories and if something doesn't work right, you end up knowing most of the time exactly why or where to look to fix your problem.  These sex mods are very complex since the often depend on one or more other mods being installed to work right so I think mod managers of any type are horrible. Because if you install something with a mod manager and then something else that overwrites files from the first mod and then delete the 2nd mod, you will be missing files the first mod depended on also since the 2nd mod you deleted will have removed those files since it overwrote the original files from the first mod. This means you basically have to uninstall every single mod and start from scratch if you mess up your installation. And since the modders on this site are constantly updating and improving their mods, that means you have to uninstall everything and start all over from scratch just to make sure that you get the proper updates. But if you manually install, then updating is not that difficult or sloppy. It's just a matter of finding the old files and manually overwriting them with the new ones, one at a time.  I just use Simple Plugin Manager to sort my load order. https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/13671

Long-awaited, Please tell when the AAF Kidnapped.

SEU does not do anything without player input so it is safe to use alongside Violate. It is possible to trigger weird stuff if you try to use SEU to manually surrender during a Violate event, but you would have to do that on purpose.  As I said above, I tried reproducing your issue and can't make it happen. I tried again just now to see if quicksaves or exit saves had a problem, but they also load up fine. Is there anything else in particular that could narrow this down? I am playing with a female PC, with a female companion, and only using male attackers. Using AAF Beta 38 and everything else up to date including the 2.0a Leito's pack.

The $TEXT labels are replaced at run time by lines from Data\Interface\Translations\AAF_Violate_XX.TXT where XX is a 2-letter code for your game's language. Violate ships with En, Fr, and Ru files. If your game is not one of those languages, you need to rename one of those files to your 2-letter code, e.g. if your game is German you copy it to AAF_Violate_De.TXT. If everything was working and then you suddenly started seeing the $TEXT labels, you probably deleted something you shouldn't have.
