Seems I keep getting this glitch in log, coupled with high wait times for a slave to be created, in some instances it takes 10 minutes for a slave to appear, usually after I've even left that region. This is a recent glitch and I haven't really changed my load order so.... Anyone know a fix for this? Well have a great day, thanks in advance.

that's a stack dump there meaning you need to go back further in the log or post the full log as a file for review in order to find what's causing this

I'm trying to fix an unrelated CTD but when I run xEdit, I get the error: Modules contain circular references - Can't load "pahe-tdf-patch.esp." I am not asking for a fix, as I know this is because I am running so many mods, I don't quite understand what circular references are, or how to fix them.

 

I assume that they are something to the effect of A depends on B which depends on C which depends on A (or B?), basically they all have dependencies with no origin? I don't know.

I have since found this xEdit guide to help me understand circular references, the below quote is from this page:

 

"With mods it is possible to have Leveled Lists that reference other Leveled Lists that are perfectly valid. However, it's possible in some cases that a mod builds a circular reference (with as little as 2 leveled lists directly referencing each other, or any number of additional leveled lists in the chain). When the game engine then tries to resolve that leveled lists down to a particular item/creature/NPC, it can get caught in the endless loop and crash."

 

From my understanding there is a way to check (and maybe fix) this through xEdit, but I can't even load the plugins and run xEdit, even if I disable that ESP.

hmm, hadn't thought of it...almost thought it would need an add-on mod, but on second thought i could think up some conditions for dialogue enslavement for which certain vanilla skyrim conditions such as the friend and lovers faction would come into play with speech craft usage. additionally, i could allow certain dd items to replace the friend faction and the dwarven dd suit could even replace the lover's faction. no promises as to when or how soon it will be implemented due to my limited time lately (and some ctd's of my own to work thru)...but Awesome idea :D

Edit: It was the 7.2.8 I was trying to convert. Version 7.2.4 is Form 44 already and works fine. MCM showed up with no issues.

riding styles has a means for restraining a slave to the horse, but afaik they're still kinda beta flux stages so its kinda test and watch stages for the time being

status update:

basically between needing to fix the current release and needing to stabilize my own game before i can feel confident that my work in beta isn't what's causing my game instability...i'm debating returning to the thread to the previously known stable version with a page rewrite and moving all the individual patches along with the latest beta as a wip public beta. the move for each of the individual files will be from the downloads link to the main page itself to ensure its directly listed with the info pertaining to it so that anybody using it fully understands that in theory it should be better than previous versions, but its neither completed nor proven to be stable and that at current i don't believe that pahe is directly causing the instability in game, but can't prove it either without aborting my test mods...for that reason i may also need to add that at current theory, i highly believe that obis as its written is the most likely cause for my instability issues and working on a patch to that effect as well as highly considering a complete rewrite so that pahe users can have the added npc's from obis without all the instability issues of it

 

from what i can tell the problem lies in how they made their leveled lists and/or that some obis npc's have no leveled base combined with a level cap on them. the obis npc's are flagged to level with the player, but also flagged to spawn lower level obis bandits with a level cap below the player level.

 

i think if i stop long enough to rewrite obis then start my new tests based off the rewritten obis, i'll be able to stabilize the game again so i can go back to giving confident release updates

that's current status of my modding time that has me at somewhat of a writer's block deciding how to move forward here...worded it how i did as my modding time is getting more limited as my game gets more unstable during what little time i have away from rl

 

couple days ago i was debating starting a new save again to fix my problems, but i kept saying to myself...this isn't going to be enough to start over without changing my test mods again or rebuilding my mods list to my last known stable game mods...cross your fingers for now and hopefully rl will give me the time to focus on my work long enough to get back to a stage we can move forward with

In the meantime, would you mind if I include an optional patch with my mod? Basically, just an edit of the slave script with an added check in the runaway function to see whether the slave is a member of the faction.

ok, as well i'll message you with my current wip beta if i don't get the time to publicly release it today. you release your update as the current patch then make the same changes to the beta version and start your next test games from the beta so that my next update won't undo your work or run the risk of it. if your tests run stable from there, you'll be able to release future updates based on what's already in progress And with it running stable at your end i'll be able to incorporate your patch into the next full release so that the patch can safely be removed and your mod continues to work as it should

Is there a way to raise the sexual/respect amount gained for performing actions? I saw there is a MGEF that you can use to enchant whips and such to give a bonus when whipping your slaves, but was unsure if there is a way to do the same thing with the other training.

dd is not hard-coded into the mod, basic install is just enough to start the mod without any of the added bonuses made for other mod features. full install has all those addons included and each of those addons have their own requirements such as dd

OK so I have some question about this mod. I have installed pahe, home sweet home and "you get a slave".

First of all, the major problem. If I ask my slave to "fight for me", I can no longer interact with her after. She does follow me, shje does help me in combat ,she does improve in her combat skills but I can't interact with her. I point my mouse on her and nothing. That means that I can't use that option anymore..

Second, I have to say that I am using Skyrim Reputation and it could be messing with the chat,.. When I try to enslave someone (I still dont get the "enslave" and "enslave faction" options) they just say "Honor to see you Dragonborn" while being on the ground!

You have "I am gonna tie you up" but you also have "I am gonna make sure you stay here". What is the difference?

I've installed this mod and all the related mods but all I get is a CTD as soon as I launch Skyrim {SE}, even bfore any screen comes out.

I hope I attached all I have installed about these mods. My concern is about those mods which LoversLab  flags as no compatible with SE but re actually suggested by those SE mods and Vortex actually rgisters as SSE mods.

I have no idea of what I've did wrong and what I missed. Is there anything I missed gthere or something I took the wrong mod's version of?

 


Please, a feedback would be so welcome really a lot... is there anybody who can help me? Damn... I've wasted an entire night on searching, installing, trying all the damn thing out...

ctd at game launch is always a missing requirement

your list is a bit confusing as to which mods are enabled since according to vortex list you have no dd installed, but yet its listed as enabled plugins

next i notice some of the entries don't specify if they're the se versions

ddi should be loaded before ddx in load order

zaz is not listed anywhere and is still a requirement for pahe

if the above is not enough to get things running, download and run sseedit or xedit from nexus. during startup phase it will tell you what mod is missing, until you have all required mods to run...install those mods as mentioned per sseedit then close it and retry game play

ZaZ is installed but simply wasn't listed in those pictures. Anyway I did find out the guilty mod and it was this one marked below

It turned out it's for Oldrim and not compatible with SE. Disabled that one all worked out with no hassle anymore.

skyrim reputation looks alot like relationship dialogue overhaul so i would expect the same bugs or conflicts with it, but those behaviors look much worse. you are describing name loss on the slaves and the option to rename them is provided for you in the mcm. name loss is usually caused by sl sex slaves. if you don't have that and you want to prevent the name loss, you'll have to try the mod without skyrim reputation to see if that's the source of your problems

 

anger and fear are random as to which value will be effected except when "telling off" like telling them don't do that (still seems to have random variables her as well but more likely odds). another method would be the soultrap spell cast on the slave

 

"I am gonna tie you up" is provided by home sweet home, "I am gonna make sure you stay here" is provided by pahe, escape mechanics also vary

First of all thank so much for your reply. I do have sex slaves and I thought that they may conflict... I will start again without it or Skyrim Reputation and see what happens... I really need RDO though :P

Hi.

I have a question regarding the cloning during sleeping enslavement. When I do the enslave slowly and make sure not to be hasty and double click on anything I see the top left the enclonement text and everything looks good. I take the slave to the desired place and return to the place of enslavement and meet the original, but she will have the same text in her communications as the slave, even she will also be undressed same as the slave is now. Is that correct ? should the original not just be the same as before. This is taking place in the BBLS mod just for your info.

that only occurs when a unique is set to respawn. since she's marked as unique, the game assumes they're the same npc. still looking into the possibility of changing that as i've noticed the game still treats them separate in some ways but yet as you've noticed it treats them the same

Two more questions before a new game:

1) Is there any compatibility issues with SexLab Defeat? They both mark and enslave the victim. Of course I can assign different hotkeys but am I gonna have issues if I have both of them installed in my game?\

2) I really need clarification on the enslave and enslave faction thingy... What is the difference, why some times I only get enslave faction etc...

  1. this is the sse thread so the only known issues with sl defeat would be that it be properly converted from oldrim
  2. enslave faction is used by the mark key and the code is set to ignore most other enslave methods if enslave faction is allowed for that npc
