ZAZ Animation Packs for SE

Every now and then there is something that spawns and equips collars to random npc's. Since they are all labeled as "zbf Something" I suspect it is this mod that does that. Does anyone knows how to fix this?

 

It is quite annoying at times.

 

Just started a new game with an Alternate Start, and choose "Eric Your childhood friend" and an ugly collar spawns right in to his inventory.

I'm having an issue where the actors just stand inside each other and do nothing for a min then the scene ends. Most of the time it bugs after that too. 

I used Vortex to install it. I might have missed something in the installation.

i got a problem when i restrain a random npc, i use defeat to take off clothes (inventory) and i use zap helper and zap helper addons to permanently restrain them, but after a download of the game like a tp, the npc get dress back. could someone give me a suggestion? maybe im missing some setting?

this is something new.... I used ZAP8+ before but today I had to reinstall it, because I didn't have a installer I downloaded

in the way that when equipped with an item from ZaZ pack (eg. zbf wrist dull), the binding animation only hold for 5-20 sec and then released. The mechanism still holds, you are still unable to attack for example, but the bounded animation is cancelled. 

 

Already posted this on the DCL thread, think I should mentioned it here as well.

 

Out of curiosity, did you get a fix/solution to this? My animations don't trigger at all, and I have to manually start them from the ZAZ MCM, so if it is something with DCL/DD then it is getting looked at?

 

EDIT: As an update, apparently any Zaz/Zap pack WILL NOT work, as DCL has removed this as a requirement for that mod as of Version 7.0/7.1, as stated in DCL's ReadMe file. This is the main cause, if anyone else was wondering why their bound arm animations don't work (which means, for a decent amount of mods, this won't work with DCL either, until a patch gets made/Zaz is a requirement for DCL again, which I highly doubt the latter will happen).

Can somebody tell me the proper way to install ZAZ? Is this correct? I merge 7.0 with the Rev 8 and there's 8.0+ overwrite it

Could someone tell me what's going on with these Errors. They spawned more than 16,000 times within just 7 mins gameplay.
I tried to understand it but couldn't find any source scripts, not sure if it would cause CTD one day. ?

Can you tell in what the problem? Because i have total animation brokes each time when zaz7 or 8 enabled. FNIS gens not helping.

Isn'y ZAZ8... ZAZ7 with extra stuffs and so you should only use ZAZ8? I don't use ZAZ7 at all

I just download zaz 8+ and it's all worked not. Dunno what was problem with old rar what i have.

I'm confused. What file(s) do I need to download? 7? 8? 8+? The instructions are not well written.
I haven't added in the SL mods I want (there aren't many... yet), but want to be prepared for when I'm done with that.
I have the latest build of AE, SKSE, and SL Framework. I double-checked these today.

You have two different versions installed. You have both the V8.00 version and the +V8.00 version. You should uninstall one of them.

Does anyone else also have issues with NPC positioning on "Pole Bondage 3"?

 

The alignment is off with NPCs I place myself on the pole and also with preplaced Hydra Slavegirls NPCs -> see screenshot in spoiler section. I use the latest ZAZ 2023 pack.

Other ZAZ poles and furnitures seem to be fine regarding positioning.

Hi i have this very strange behavior, after i install ZAZ (any version  of ZAZ on SSE AE STEAM) i can load the previous save game with no issue, BUT after ZAZ is recorded in MCM any future saved game leads to a CTD. SL is working fine with no issue, and no error reported in Nemesis.

I'm bumping this because I'm confused as well, though I'm SE based. I have the Rev1 version downloaded, but the CBBE HDT installed. I would assume that's what's used since it says V 8.0 and I use CBBE, though clarification is definitely needed.

The lack of clarity and precision in mod descriptions and instructions is the primary reason I don't use a lot of mods that might otherwise be good. I've been burned (CTDs, horrendous glitches, and just plain not working) too many times by mods like that. Indicates to me that the mod author is probably incapable of, or unwilling to use, the logical thinking needed to create a solid mod.

So i was able to instal Zaz after a lot of work, so i gonna tell waht i ded and hope that help someone. 

I use the AE,  FNIS and Nemesis. 

First i was having probleme with Zazs and nemesis, when i tryed to run a  "ERROR(6001): An exception has occured while updating. Report to Nemesis' author immediately
Message: No mapping for the Unicode character exists in the target multi-byte code page. Failed to update engine". 

 i tryed a LOT of things here, and in the end THE SOLUCION WAS - use the English locale AND diseble the option "Use Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support" in the change local setings (Windows 10 >> Control Panel >> Region >> Administrative (tab) >> Change system locale...) 

 

Afther that i was enable to uppdate engine. 


BUT when i lunch behivor the Nemesis close before a while withou finish to load the aniamtions. So i found this other  SOLUTION - 1️⃣ Update the engine normally 2️⃣open Task Manager and set "Nemesis Unlimited Behavior Engine.exe" to around 1/4th or 1/5th of your total CPU Threads 3️⃣ press the "Launch Nemesis Behavior Engine" button.  (for what i see this methodo its a lilbit of tryng, some times can not work, u have to try with diferents clocks configs, i was lucky to get on first try)

@Vincenza, I actually have the same issue with FNIS detecting both ZAZ 8.0 and ZAZ8.0+, the only animation mod I have installed in MO2 is ZaZ Animation Pack+ CBBE HDT V.8.0+SEREV3
so there must be a second master list somewhere that sneaked in, or this might actually be desired behaviour for the mod. I don't have enough knowledge to even start investigating this issue.
