Oh my... it was a genuine question, I  was actually going to honestly totally LOOK for him this time, instead of my usual tactic of player.moveto RefID.

I was looking forward to incoming hours of fun and frustration. Well, mostly frustration. But also emergent gameplay, which I started to cherish with unpredictable mods like this in an otherwise stale environment which,  after over a decade of playing, I know better than my own back pocket.

 

*looks around and quickly grabs the file when nobody's looking*

 

Anyway, the question stands, since I have Thanedom series installed and it adds inns to every single little hamlet.

Anyway to make it so that if you are defeated by bandits, the only "outcome" is that you are left outside hogtied?

I particulary love this outcome but I mostly just get left outside in "regular" bondage. No hogtie. :(

DD or Zaz maybe. It kinda looks like the wrist cuffs. But if that's an SMP enabled chain, it won't look/work like it is in the picture. SMP chains are problematic in SE and most don't work well. DD NG has some fixes, but not i think for the wrist cuffs.

Let me tell you all a story.

 

Last nigt I started a new run and went with vanilla start from LAL. Since I already did Chloe's arc several times I had no desire to even bother with her. So, after a brief conversation, I decided that I'm going to let her stay chained, refused to help and went on.

And I gotta tell you, I have not felt this dirty about doing something in Skyrim in a long time. In fact, last time I felt that bad was sometime in mid-2012 when I purposely murdered Heimskr just to take the key to his house, went rummaging hoping to uncover some dirty secret, found nothing and realised he was, in fact, just a poor, humble man of faith that possessed nothing of material value neither on his person or in his house.

 

Anyway, the further I went the worse what I did was gnawing on me, to the point, that by the time I reached spider cave, I said "fuck this shit" and reloaded the whole Helgen keep from the beginning.

And I recurred Chloe, despite knowing what kind of trouble that will lead me into.

 

Had to get it off my chest.

That’s why I always make a save in the torture room before passing Chloe, in case I have second thoughts. 🤷

Is there a way to save her but then say "you're free missy, now get the fuck out of my life"?

So far I noticed there seems to be no good way of ditching her before all the Nazeem kerfuffle.

Not to my knowledge... and that's exactly why I haven't had this mod in my loading list for 2 years.

 

I can't get the girl's big, sad eyes out of my head either - I turned around to save her... even though I knew that that asshole "Nazeem" was waiting for me too.

I believe when you tell her no when rescuing her, she does fuck off, but you also can't do any of the quests later. Which is probably fine if you've done the mod enough times, the random traps/quests still work. I forget when exactly that is, it might be after you unlock her. It is definitely before you leave the cell for good and get out of helgen.

Yes, to Sovngarde. Precisely why I had to backtrack, because I felt like a piece of shit for leaving her tied up in a dungeon that's about to collapse.

 

What you quoted is exactly the thing I wanted to avoid. Because once you commit to saving her, there's no way to get out of this quest chain until it concludes. And the character I'm playing currently, a huge, muscular, fat and ugly orc female, that never washes (thank you, Dirt&Blood), is not the kind of character I want to take through stuff like Bound Queen. Or see her in pink catsuit. Eww...

can someone tell me some other mods that might trigger the (child shutdown) thing? i cannot figure out whic of my mods is doing it. i thought it might have been the teens one that gets rid of children but it wasnt it and i dont have any companion mods except serenaholic rn that i know of?

I never ever feel bad murdering Heimskr, but I cannot tell Chloe "no, stay here"...

It's not necessarily something that modifies children, it has popped for a few other incompatible mods. Look at the know issues spoiler on the troubleshooting post.

If you don't have any of the known mods, you'll need to take apart your list to figure it out. Remove everything except the mods required for DCL and start a new game, then add your mods back in a few at a time until you find the problem.

I can tell what definitely DOES NOT trigger DCL shutdown:

 

RSChildren and its various patches

Children of the North

SLSF and its "remove children" toggle

AW Fjotra Remastered

 

 

Seranaholic is character appearance overhaul and is irrelevant in this context as its just a mesh\texture replacer.

Just got to the end of the 'Supply and Demand' quest from Chloe's story line. But once I finally return to the dollmaker, she doesn't actually complete the quest? I basically am able to keep talking to her and repeating the end line but nothing happens. It wouldn't be that bad but the mod traps/events won't trigger until the quest is done.

 

I regret taking Chloe out that cave....

it was AFT. teens is also no good because it apparently only alters their mesh while the game still thinks they are children. so i had 2 mods triggering it, which is why it was so hard to figure out. i also had a hard time getting animations to work for SL. found out that was because of SLCO. stuff is such a pain in the butt. i ended up getting rid of DCL also cuz my MCM wasnt working. the odds wouldnt alter no matter how low i set them, had em set for 2% and was still getting all locked up from half the things i opened. made it virtually unplayable.

The total % is shown in the debug MCM tab if i recall. There is an arousal factor that may default to too high. So if arousal factor is 30%, you have arousal at 100 and trap chance 0% the actual trap chance would be 30%.

I finished the cursed collar quest and it unequipped everything except cursed anal plug and jeweled piercing (clitoral). I can struggle out of the piercing, but the plug gives me option to put it in and then says you already have an anal plug. Any way I can remove it? I tried using the debug safeword but it can only remove the piercing.

Put inside you any simple non quest anal plug, why you can easily remove. Then remove cursed plug and now you can remove anal plug. After DD update to 5.2 in cursed loot vaginal plug is detected as anal (wrong keywords in DCL 9.0) So you can remove it only if game detect anal plug inside.

hi im having an issue when starting the working girl quest idk if that is even a feature within cursed loot but when i start the quest it doesnt keep track of the people that soliect me and i cant soliect others. i hope that makes sence again idk if this feature ia apart of your mod hopefully you can point me iin the right direction. yes i have skyrim av and on latest edition

Elsidia, do you know whether there is a patch available to fix this?

The CBBE stuff for Bodyslide doesn't seem to be included in SE 9.0.7z? At least the batch-built outfits look horrible, when I look through the Bodyslide options, there is only UUNP stuff, and even when I look in the file itself (Caliente Tools/BodySlide/ShapeData (and the other sub-directories)), there is only UUNP stuff in there. Help..? 🥺

You might be overwriting your DCL with some old mod files. Check overrides and mod conflicts, and to be sure that you have only 1 Cursed Loot and 1 Devious Devices mod installed.

(Exception would be DD-NG that requires regular DD before it.)

 

More importantly you choose CBBE or UUNP in the DCL mod installer (FOMOD).
