TLDR: We need to spice up the story before the player has a sexual encouter with a NPC Mods in mind: primarily mods like Radiant Prostitution/Gigolo, Night Mistress Mansion, and similar... but in general any mod that adds flavor to the cold evenings ins Skyrim Alternative mods: Sisterhood of Dibella, SL Eager NPCs, Modders: Feel free to use this train of thought in your mods. Though I ask everybody to use this only in mods, that will be hosted here on LL and free to play. For simplicity, I call the player the "host/hostess" and the NPC the "client". LL prostitution-, brothel- and similar-mods cover a wide range of sexual encouters, sometimes inside the frame of quests. But mods do not always put great effort into the hard work to gain the client in the first place or they lack that part at all. Simply spoken they look like Talk to client win speech check have sex For my taste, this is a bit too simple and becomes repetetive. Thus it lacks variety and depth. Furthermore, a complex setting will also benefit from a wide variety of non-sexual entertainment activities. And not to be forgotten are some surrounding menial tasks necessary to make the encounter more pleasant/profitable. I try to collect and describe these surrounding conditions, prerequisites and tasks in this blog topic. I hope that modders pick up as many of these ideas as they can and use them to spice up their mods. I intend to edit & extend this posting when I stumple upon more ideas or find better ones. The unseen tasks (just for completeness) These tasks surely become boring on their own - so they should be optional if the player is interested .. or forced e.g. in a slavery mod stoking the fire, heating the house of sin buying and stockpiling the goods, food, wine, mead, clean sheets, new clothes and items, .... keeping unwanted guests outside asking the wanted guests inside welcome the new client aquiring and arranging furniture and decoration These tasks make only sense, if the story is focused on a special location with the right facilities. So far, I have only seen Night Mistress Mansion to use that direction Menial tasks Menial tasks or not directly part of the sexual encounters, but they may trigger encounters on their own. preparing food & drinks serving food & drinks cleaning clothes and dishes cleaning rooms / tidying beds arranging the place of sin, e.g. placing pillows, tasty food, fruits, wine, mead, towels at convenient places They should either be part of the surrounding activies, give buffs to please the client or simply offer their own stream for the player We can find some of these already in Night Mistress Mansion or Radiant Prostitution. Appearal To have success the host needs to have the proper appearance. clothing jewellry scent, perfume (magical effect?) be clean (Bathing in Skyrim?) illusion spells, alteration spells These should have buff/debuff effects on the chance to gain a client, to please the client (quest success) or to gain a bonus tip. Or, in the hardcore variant they enable/disable the clients attention at all Manners & ettiquette skill in speeach is the obvious one ...but there should be more ... Maybe this needs its own skill tree with perks? They aim to win the clients heart and make him susceptible for further sexual encounters... or make him to spend more money plain bard tasks like singing, playing instruments or reciting pleasant literature -> Bard mods could be handy for this enticing the client to buy more drinks drinking games - make the client drink more, secretly ditch own drink to stay sober drinking games - striptease games dancing (e.g.like in TDF's prostitution mod) word games - solving some riddles, it ends in a striptease anyway ... to be continued ... Semi-sexual entertainment These activities are in the grey zone, between the non-sexual and sexual part. hide and seek game (DD/Zap Blindfold) touch and guess game (DD/ZAP Blindfold) try and guess game - SL foreplay animation (DD/ZAP Blindfold) escape games (escapable Devious devices) theater play / sex show in front of the audience ... to be continued ... It's been 7 months since I made my debut in Night City. Rain fell at sundown, the criminals came out of their pits, the police tried to contain them and the corpos got richer. You get the idea, nothing's different. Well, not quite. I've changed. Let's just say that my career in the corporate world was... brought to an unexpected close. A false start. That was a month ago. Since then, I've been living in this dingy motel, with barely enough to make ends meet in Night City. I turned into a mercenary. A labor force open to whoever had the biggest pile of Eurodollars to offer. Not the life I had wished for or wanted, but I didn't have much choice now, since Arasaka had stripped me dry. I couldn't even buy my way out of Night City, that's how miserable I was, stuck here in this narrow, overheated motel room. Yup, my newest style. Short hair, boyish cut, auburn color. I looked younger, that was a plus. My early retirement forced me to keep a low profile and thus alter my appearance a bit, until I was totally out of the corpo game. I laid on the bed, scrolling through the few contacts I had left on my phone. No messages, no jobs, nothing. Just another evening hanging around this miserable dump, watching silly clips or porn... But I didn't feel like it. Since I've got some free time to spare, why don't I tell you what happened with Arasaka? I'm already pissed off even though I haven't said anything yet, that's how frustrated I am with the topic. With hindsight, corpos really are scumbags. Even amongst themselves. A month ago, I was Arasaka's top recruit. Everything came off so well, with successive promotions and board meetings. I had an audience with the counter-intelligence section director, Arthur Jenkins. Just for him, I showed up with my shirt half open. I knew he had a crush on me so I felt no shame in exploiting it. "Victoria, welcome! We have urgent business to attend to, please take a seat." Arasaka's excess: his office could fit the whole department. I remained neutral, unaware of the meeting's agenda. Mr Jenkins talked about uninteresting things, Arasaka's statistics and projections. He continued his monologue until he came to the real issue, a problem to be solved: "Now that you've got the big picture, do you understand why I'm asking for your assistance? We need to get rid of the secret operations lady." Arthur caught my full interest. "Mr. Jenkins, are you sure about this? We're not talking about small, easily-concealed schemes, but a major blow to the Arasaka corporate structure. What's in it for me?" "That's what I like about you Victoria, you'll do anything to climb the ladder, even if you have to take shortcuts to get there faster. If it goes well, I'll be promoted and I'll be able to appoint you as my replacement here at Counter-Intelligence. What do you think? Will you remain loyal to me V?" I stood up and presented myself to Arthur, revealing my fierce commitment. "Oh Mr Jenkins... Without you, I wouldn't have risen through the ranks of Arasaka so quickly and I'm deeply thankful. Perhaps I can show you how to express my gratitude..." "Please Victoria, we can do this another time." I sat down on the coffee table and began to arouse him with my golden stiletto heel, gently rubbing his crotch. "Come on, Mr Jenkins, you can spare me a little time, I can feel you're not entirely unfazed by my charms! Or would you like me to stop? You're my boss and I must obey..." He tried to hold himself back before letting his desires run free: "Take off your shoes and shirt and get down on your knees." "Satisfied? I bow down to you, Director Jenkins!" "Mmh, I didn't know you were that loyal Victoria, I'm so glad! Perhaps you could come a little closer for me to get a better look at your breasts." "Your wishes are my command, sir." Security, do the necessary." I've been beaten, Arasaka's brain implants removed and my accounts liquidated. When the guards had finished with me, I was dumped at the public garbage disposal just outside Night City. They could have just executed me on the spot, but no, Director Abernathy wanted me to suffer, for Scavs to come and pick up my dead body and turn me into a junkie whore. I struggled to wake up, my bearings all jumbled thanks to the stench of the dumpsite and the heat of a California sunset... I was miserable, like Icarus, I tried to climb up too high and my wings burned... Maybe I deserved it, maybe I was meant to. Despite everything, I stayed alive. Arthur Jenkins probably no more... And I didn't intend to give up. That's it, you have the whole story now. Arasaka thought I was gone, swallowed up by Night City. But I managed to get myself out of the dump, find myself some clothes and squeeze enough eurodollars out of some low-life criminals to hole up in this cheap motel. I got in touch with a ripperdoc who came to patch me up. Without him, I wouldn't be able to talk to you. I had told everything and felt free of a weight, thinking about what might happen next. Besides this new mercenary gig of mine, I only had a couple of outfits and a stolen phone. No car, no bank account, no identity. I had to leave my corpo alias behind, and Eleanor rose once again... Mark my words. I don't give a fuck about how hard it will be and how long it will take, but I swear Arasaka is going to pay for this. I cheated and got caught, they cheated to dominate the corpos world and they're untouchable? Not anymore. I'll make sure I get back what's rightfully mine. Above all, I would put my name in Night City's legends: Eleanor, the girl who robbed Arasaka and lived to tell the tale. Sounds good, doesn't it?
