As a BIG heads up, this is my first ever mod and it caused me several headaches.
EDIT: Sorry about pronouns, I've been playing and realized one of the buffs uses she/her pronouns rather than they/them. I'll fix this at some point.
Features: This is just a trait mod. It has 2 versions: a version WITH a CGlr hater, and a version without. Each trait has a buff when around the other traits. Caregivers feel happy when near littles, and tense around haters, haters feel angry around littles, littles feel sad around haters. Littles are energized by default, and feel energized (again) when other littles are in the vicinity. Littles feel playful when swinging, watching kids network, and playing with the dollhouse. (requires childish trait) Caregivers feel happy when pushing littles on swings.
That's really all that I currenly have. I don't THINK I'm totally done with it, but as I've never done anything like this I don't make any promises.

I've made some lewd loading screens for anyone interested in a change.
Keep in mind that depending on what resolution you play on the images might look more stretched but it shouldn't be noticable at all for most people.
Also this mod does not rotate between different loading screens, you have to choose which one you want.
To install just download the one you want and extract it in you mods folder.
Do not try to use more than one, it won't work and could cause errors. If you want to alternate I suggest downloading the "ALL IN ONE" file and switch between them yourself.
Also do not combine this mod with other mods that changes the loading screens. obviously

This took forever as splitting the image in half as the inner arm is where the seam is. Personal dual Wolf Tattoo
I designed this a few years ago. so I put it on Tyler, my Sim.
Still trying to figure out how to do a bit of a fade on my tattoos to give them a more realistic look, so the Hyrule on is stark Black, the other is a bit more muted but now sure how I did that unless my black was a bit off in PS 2020

Well, I always thought why there wasn't a trait or some mechanism for a guy having some good girth in his third leg. So here it is!!
Though it is available for both male and female gender, it's a pretty fun mod I made.
It's my very first mod so expect some weird situations occurring.
Ok!! So a rundown of how this mod works!!!
The guy with this trait has a continuous moodlet of happy +1. When he does the "WooHoo" interaction and receives the satisfied moodlet it adds a +5 Happy Moodlet to the guy.
Also the girl will receive a +5 Happy Moodlet.

Guy with the trait gets the "Completely Satisfied" or "Pleasantly Satisfied" Moodlet and the +5 Happy moodlet is triggered
This guy also broadcasts a +5 Happy Moodlet to all sims with the above two moodlets.
Also works if the guy or the gal is doing it's first woohoo
-------------------SOME ISSUES----------------
Unfortunately the moodlet works only with woohoo interactions and not with WickedWhims Sex interactions cuz I'm new and I have no clue how to relate stuff with their mod.
Also, I think it will just give the +5 moodlet of the female to anyone (quite ironically including guys) in the surrounding who had performed a WooHoo interaction successfully

1. It kinda makes sense that if a girl WooHoos a guy with a big D she'll know the trait. So it's on work for now
2. If a guy can have a big D, why not some other can have a small one??
This mod will take lot more time than the previous one so might have to wait XD

The 'RedAppleNet' company is not as perfect as AEP, so you will have to deal with unfairness and quite a sleazy boss. It would be virtually impossible to complete your day with a golden reward without hard work and staying late.
However, you can choose another way of getting what you want. You can try to seduce your Boss and earn promotion this way. For that, just follow the third chain in your workday tasks.
Do not try to have sex with your Boss without an appropriate task! It won't affect your work progress!
The career has three levels. And every level has its own custom interactions. They will be available to your Sim during the workday or during yout 'Work at Home' day.
Most of them labeled by the RedAplleNet icon. There is a hint under most of the tasks during a workday which will let you know what interaction you need to perform to complete the task.
This mod is in no way a realistic representation of reality. It's all my fantasy and fanfiction.

!Important Notes!
Before starting the career, you need to put RedAppleNet venue in the world. You can download the Venue here or here. Just follow instalation instructions in the post. This mod overrides a few in-game CAS and Build items, but it shouldn’t conflict with anything. If you use any other VenueLists, remove them and leave only KsuihuhVenueList.
!IF YOU WANT TO BIULD A NEW VENUE!
You can find all objects required in the venue requirements, BUT you need to use specific chairs since some NPCs are anchored to them! Put Boss’s Chair in the boss's office and so on, otherwise they won't be able to perform their job. Also make sure that Video Chat operators have separate offices since they need privacy to do their job. And don't forget to put computer on the front desk for Receptionist!

HOW TO INSTALL
Download just one version of the mod.
Extract files from the .zip file.
Put .package file and .ts4script file into your Mods folder. To do this, go to Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Mods.
DO NOT PUT THE .TS4SCRIPT FILE MORE THEN ONE FOLDER DEEP IN YOUR MODS FOLDER!!!
Download RedAppleNetOffice Venue here and follow instalation insctruction in the post.
Make sure you have only one VenueList in your Mods folder. KsuihuhVenueList already contains all other existing venues of other moders I'm aware of: LittleMsSam's, Zerbu's, Basemental's, Coolspear’s Multipark Venue and itasan2's Get To College Mod. So If you use one of this mods delete their VenueList and keep just KsuihuhVenueList.
Make sure that Script Mods are enabled in your game. To do that go to your game setting, click Game Options, Other, and see if Script Mods are allowed.

Skinny & anorexic sims

Baby Hatch

BABY HATCH
With this mod you can bring babies that your household can't care for, be it gameplay or story reasons, to a baby hatch, essentially removing them from your household but be assured that they will be well cared for.
The mod doesn't actually contain a lot/object where your sims have to physically place their baby. Instead, it's an immediate interaction on the baby/bassinet that you, the player, can click on any time.
For the option to show up, both the sim you are currently controlling and the baby have to be in the same active household owning the lot you are currently at. This should prevent you from just removing other families' babies. You will get a popup asking if you really want to remove the baby, in case you click the interaction by accident.
The baby will be removed instantly if you click "OK", but will stay in the family tree and in the social relationships panel (it is moved to a hidden household). My mod wasn't designed to ever get your baby back, but apparently sims grow up in the hidden household and can later be invited over. You'd have to look elsewhere for adoption, though.
REQUIREMENTS
- Sims 4 version 1.58 or above
- Sims 4 Community Library, version 1.0.17 or above, by ColonolNutty; used for dialogs and notifications (and as it's already there, also using its interaction injection and logging features)
INSTALLATION
- Install the Sims 4 Community Library according to its installation instructions
- Put "baby_hatch.package" and "baby_hatch.ts4script" either directly in your mod folder or in a subfolder (but at most one level deep, i.e. don't put it in a subfolder of a subfolder!)
- You need to enable script mods in you game settings
TROUBLESHOOTING/FAQ
Q1: The option "Deposit in Baby Hatch" doesn't show up!
A1: Make sure the baby is at home and in the active household (i.e. it shows up in the list of sims in the bottom left corner). Have you installed the newest version of the community library and enabled scrip mods?
Q2: I click on "Deposit in Baby Hatch", but nothing happens!
A2: Please provide a log. Enable logging by typing "s4clib.enable_log baby_hatch" (without quotes) into the cheat console. Send me the file "baby_hatch_Messages.txt" and/or "baby_hatch_Exception.txt" from your "The Sims 4" Documents-folder (the folder that also contains the "Mods"-folder).
Q3: I can use cheats / manage worlds for the same effect!
A3: Yes, you can. However, I prefer a simple, somewhat immersive in-game interaction. Though I have to admit that the "immersive" part so far only includes a fitting name and removal of the "New Baby" buff.
Q4: Can I get the baby back?
A4: The mod hasn't been designed for it, but because the baby is moved to a hidden household, it will eventually grow up. If your relationship hasn't declined so far that it has been culled, you can then invite them over. My mod won't feature re-adding them to your hosehold, you need to look elsewhere for that.
With MCCC, you can supposedly make the baby be adopted by a household of your choosing. That way you have less risk of losing it for good.
On the other hand, if you don't want to lose the baby, maybe don't bring it to a baby hatch in the first place.
Q5: The poor baby!
A5: It will be well cared for in an offmap empire. No worries.

This mod adds three traits to the game which you can buy in Reward Store: Sugar Baby, Sugar Daddy, and Sugar Mommy. All traits are available for ages from Young Adult to Elder.In the setting menu on computer you can find cheat menu where you can turn any Sim in the world into Sugar Baby, Sugar Daddy or Sugar Mommy. This will help you to populate your world with Sugar Partners without much trouble. Sims with Sugar Baby trait can ask Sims with Daddy or Mommy trait to became their Sugar Daddy or Mommy. For that, they need to have the bare minimum of a romantic relationship. Sugar Baby also can ask Sims without Daddy/Mommy traits, but they need to have a very high romantic relationship for that option to appear. The same rule goes for sims with Daddy/Mommy traits: they need a low romance to start Sugar Relationship with Sim with Sugar Baby trait, but high romance to start with Sim without the trait. Sims without any Sugar traits can start Sugar Relationship with Sims with Sugar traits, but they also need high romance and they can have just one Sugar Partner at a time. Sugar Babies, Daddies, and Mommies with traits can have multiple Sugar Partners, but they still can get jealous of one another. Sugar Babies, Daddies, and Mommies without any Reward traits can have only one partner at a time.
You can develop a relationship with your partner, ask to be girlfriend/boyfriend, even propose. It won't cancel Sugar Agreement. You can stop Sugar Relationship at any time. Depending on the level of your romance and friendship you can stay friends with your partner or become enemies.
There is SugarSocial menu to a computer and your phone. You can 'Create Profile' and after that, you will start to get calls from potential Sugar Partners with an invitation on a date where you can get to know each other better. You will also be able to look up all available Sugar Partners on the website and arrange the date yourself. The date won't commit you to anything but the main goal of the date would be to start Sugar Relationship. There is a VIP Section on Sugar Socials. You can't just find a rich Sim on the website and arrange the date. You need to buy VIP membership to get 7-day access to the richest Sugar Mommies and Daddies, as well as to the most pampered and beautiful Sugar Babies. And only then you will be able to arrange a date with them! 'Chat with Members" interaction will allow you to chat with potential Sugar Partners and get to know each other a little bit before the date.
'Ask for Daily Allowance' interaction will earn your Baby simoleons. You can ask every 12 hours and as long as your Daddy or Mommy is in a good mood they will grant it to you. Amount of money your Sugar Baby gets depends on the wealth of their Sugar Partner! I know everyone has their own opinion on how much money in Sims is a lot of money, but I stopped on in-game wealth distribution system, so everyone could comfortably play. There are 3 levels of wealth based on total cash Sim has: the lowest level is Sims who have less than 10000 simoleons in cash; middle level is Sims who have more than 10000 simoleons, but less than 30000; and highest level is Sims who have more than 30000 simoleons in cash. 'Ask for More Money' - will be available after your Sim finished previous interaction. This will bring your Baby more simoleons, but will only work after you had sex with your Daddy or Mommy and they are satisfied. It can be WW sex or traditional WooHoo. If they are unsatisfied, they will refuse and you will lose a little bit of romance. 'Give Baby Daily Allowance' allows Sugar Daddies and Mommies to increase romance with their Sugar Baby, the more money you give more romance you get.
Interaction 'How much money do you make?' is available to all Sims! You need a little bit of friendship to be able to ask anyone about money, but be careful! Sims with Sugar traits or Snob or Materialistic traits will always gladly share their financial information, meanwhile other Sims will be offended unless you have a very close friendly relationship with them. Also, no Sim will let you know the exact amount of money they have, but you will be able to understand from the context. Interaction 'Ask about Sugar Partners' will allow you to know if your potential partner already has any Sugar Arrangements. Sugar Daddies and Mommies can send gifts to their Sugar Babies! It will increase their romantic relationship and also leave a chance that your Sugar Baby will show up at your house all dressed up and flirty to say thank you! (The object is not send to the Sim (the game does not allow this) it's just get destroyed after you pick it in the picker.) 'Check For Gifts from Your Sugar' interaction is available for Sugar Babies in Sugar Relationship with Sims not in their household. You can check for gifts every 12 hours, just click on Mailbox and pick the Partner or Partners in the Picker. Sugar Babies will get gifts more often if they have high Charisma or WW's Sexespertise skill as well as Great Kisser or Alluring trait. Sugar Babies/Daddies/Mommies have Sugar Affection stat and if they won't engage with Sugar lifestyle they will get sad and tense. Sugar Daddies and Mommies can now choose how much money they give to their Sugar Baby. The affection of Sugar Baby correlates with how much money you give them.

This is a very simple tool that finds and extracts painted pet coats from the .householdbinary files created in your Tray folder when you save a family in CAS to your library. The coat image is saved as a .png with full transparency and can be used as the texture for a CAS Part so the coat can be easily used and shared.
To find an image, navigate to your \Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray folder and select a .householdbinary file. The tool will search for images and display them. If it finds more than one you can scroll through them

This is my first attempt at a big Sims mod.
Apply for a job at your local TIT-illating Bar & Grill! This custom Breastaurant career contains two fully-fleshed out branches after level one, each branch with 9 additional levels, totaling to 10 each! This took me a long time, but I had quite a lot of fun writing the descriptions for each level of the career. This was made with Zerbu's Mod Instructor, and so I was unable to make Daily Tasks, Ideal Emotions, and Work Uniforms unfortunately with this initial version. Nevertheless, I put a great deal of work into the detail of this mod and it should be fully playable.
