17 Culpepper House Renovation View File This is an apartment renovation for the 17 Culpepper House unit in the Spice District. In order to save this as a room it was necessary to delete several wall panels. The floor plan has 4 red marks indicating where you will want to replace these panels. The decorating scheme is what I've dubbed Post-modern Boho Gothic. (Might this become a new style trend?) ***Place lot with bb.moveobjects on so most of the dècor doesn't disappear. Chamberlain Hills inspired apartments View File Apartment complex based on Chamberlain Hills from GTA 5, also inspired from Baldwing Village, from Crenshaw. It's a 40x30 lot with a laundry shop and a small restaurant, used all the expansion pack's and content from TS4. Warsaw guetto inspired (Varsovia) View File Apartment complex based on the Warsaw guetto during World War 2, its supossed to happen at the first weeks/months after jews were jailed in Guettos during this time period. It can be also used as a post war lot, becouse there's a monument dedicated to jews at the back of the building (created in my decades story after 1945). If you want to use it before that, just ignore it or delete the monument. It's a 50x40 lot, and the main building creator is: Wickedpixxel -> Crime zone gang HQ. It has some furnished apartments that were from jew people living there that now are restored to inhabit Axis officers. In the funishing i was inspired in the film "The pianist" were you can see a restaurant and suitcases everywhere, also the building where Wladyslaw Szpilman hide in the attic. It also has the place "workers" lived and a workshop for them. It can be used in a decades challenge/story as i did, for example. Please use it wisely and respectfully. Ridgeline Apartments View File The Ridgeline Apartment Complex is one of the most sought after Residential Rentals in the Newcrest Gay Village, boasting a trio of large luxury modern units, all with their own balconies, access to a shared above ground pool, in-building laundry facilities, as well as a separate butler's accommodation (though this is very much first come first served unfortunately). This build fills a 40x20 lot and costs a little over $357k and I've kitted out each apartment for some very different Sims from a music lover and aspiring DJ, to a fitness enthusiast, to a social media and style influencer (of course you can remodel as much as you like). The build is a little different that the pics as I raised up the foundation (so the ground floor unit didn't have people just looking directly into it) but never minded to update the screencaps. After you download and unzip Ridgeline Apartments, transfer the Tray files to your games Tray folder and the CC files to your Mods folder. There is one CC item I can't find to include, the "gravity pull up bar", no idea what it's called, though if I do stumble on it in the future I'll update this download. As always I make no claim of ownership to the CC I have used, a huge shout out to the very talented artists who make this available. I hope you like it. A few days after my victory, I got a call from Judy, the young woman I met at the final. I had a large living space with a lounge, a kitchen and this desk, overlooking the Corpos district. Again and again, the world revolved around them. But enough of that, today was my little victory, a nice place I could call home. After a motorcycle ride to the motel to pick up my things, I settled in. Jacket down, boots kicked off, I watched TV to kill time. Once past midnight, I'd get dressed to go out, take the train to Lizzie's bar and enjoy myself like a lady of the night. I didn't have much evening wear left, but this blue dress with its matching heels was really something! Wanna know a dirty secret? I never wear anything underneath. I pinned her against the giant aquarium and held her arms over her head. Tonight, she was mine. "Listen, I think you're gorgeous, clever and you give off a vibe that turns me on. Let me thank you, in my own way, for the apartment. Shall we?" No talk, but I took her nod in approval. In my eagerness, I carried Judy to her room.
