Dealing with Daedra Redesigned

Another location overhaul
Redecorates and sometimes rebuilds DwD's locations, reverts some landscape changes, adds exterior navmesh. My intent is to blend everything together nicely and provide a little more usefulness to several hubs.
For now includes changes to:
Julianos School, Eastmarch Gentlemen Club, Yogrim Overlook, Witch Hunter Guild, Vampire Lair, Syndicate Distribution Center, The Nook, North-Jerall Coven, Riften Bank and Mineral Exchange, Hunting Lodge, Exiles Cave, Oblivion, Conjuring Cave, Illegal Brothel, The Ratway, The High Tide, Dragon Cult, Hidden Cellar, Carius Estate.
Don't install in the middle a of playthrough, this add-on requires a new game to work properly.
Safe to update from 1.1x to 2.0.
Safe to update from 2.0 to 3.0. If you visited the cell recently there will be issues with moveable items, those get resolved when the cell resets.
Please report any issue you see. I've tested it to the best of my abilities and available time.

Dealing with Sexual Daedra (Optional as it was made with it in mind).
Diziet's Player Home Bath (For optional patch.)
SexLab Compatible Noble Bed Double 02 LE/SE 1.1 (Not mandatory but you will get trapped inside some bed frames without it.)
Compatibility
- The changes in the Ratway don't interfere with Vigilant or house mods.
- Compatible with CC Tilted Scales (Studded Dragonscale Armor).
Known Issues
The bookshelves and weapon holders in the Carius Estate are bugged for some reason I ignore. In theory there's nothing wrong with them as I have done them before with the old CK but now with the Anniversary CK they refuse to work properly even when copied or duplicated from existing ones. Try not to use them for now.

Install Shas mod
Then install the mod you downloaded here,
Allow overwrites if you need or place below Shas mod in Mod Manager.
Use case?
Playing with Devious Devices, often the player is put into situations voluntarily of course! Where she is completely stripped of all the items she is wearing, including hair wigs and nails!!!
What?
Yup nails and wigs get unequipped during that entirely voluntary Devious Device Trap!!!
Sigh now she has to manually reapply each item including those nails,
OR
You just use Racemenu Nails, and these wont get removed.
Should fit CBBE hands just fine, I'm currently using TBD an its slightly off but its fine almost never zoom in that close to notice that it does not entirely cover the original hand nails.
No, Im not interested in resizing it for other hands, I didnt even resize it for TBD and I already resize plenty of stuff for TBD as it is.
Notes,
There are 3 nail files,
Several colors such as Red, Green, Gold, Blue, Black, French and Natural as well as variant colors of those mentioned.
These colors come in short, long, and insanely long get help version.
Anyway, between life happening and other mod projects I do in my spare time I have wanted a racemenu version of HN66 Magenails for years.
Saw Shas 3D nails mod, an right away popped that open examined the how it was made and came up with this addition here just in like the last hour.

CBPC VR Action - Reaction (Missing Voice Files)

CBPC VR Action - Reaction is a fun mod for VR users (maybe works in flatrim too? I have no idea) but it's only partially well voiced. Most of the negative interactions, especially with the NPC calling you out for your perverted behavior is xvaSynth generated. This mod updates all the xvaSynth voices to higher quality. Only for generic female NPCs, Valerica and Serana so far.

Installation instructions:
The original mod has it's voice files saved in .wav and .lip format. These compressed .fuz files will not take priority over them. You'll need to either extract these files or compress the original files into fuz. Note, compressing the original files into a bsa doesn't work and the .fuz files will still not take priority.
