The classic arousal effect mod: Dripping when aroused SE, by Ed86, updated for the modern mod list.
Now OStim SA and TNG compatible. SL and SOS still function but no longer required. NPC Cloak replaced with SPID Magic Effect. ESL and Form 44 for your pleasure. Enjoy!

* To run this mod for PC only, simply remove the DW_DISTR.ini and NPCs will not be given the magic effect.

** For improved performance, apply the effect to fewer NPCs: Edit the DW_DISTR.ini to be more restrictive on who gets the effect. Look at SPID resources to craft a DISTR that works for your play style. This will cut down your processing load for high population cells.
Spell = 0x860~DW.esp|ActorTypeNPC|||U/F/-C <--would distribute the DW Effects Spell to Unique, Skyrim Female, non-Child NPCs - Male NPCs would not have breathing effects, Child actors don't get effects anyway, non-unique actors would get no effects. Spell = 0x860~DW.esp|ActorTypeNPC|BanditFaction||-C <--would distribute the DW Effect Spell to all non-Child Bandits of both sexes. You get the idea.
Dripping When Aroused NG v2.0+ NEW FEATURES

Installation
Flower Girls support has been removed No choices - just install on a clean save (no previous version ever installed <2.0 ) New sound system manager:
Set a maximum for number of active NPC breathing effects Prioritizes followers and NPCs closer to Player for sound Self healing sound slot allocation prevents duplicate/stacked sounds playing NPC Breathing defaults to female only (breathing effects can be configured for F only, M only, both, or disabled. For M breathing effects you will need to replace the silent Male breathing WAVs with actual sounds and ALSO change the SPID DISTR file to give Effects_Spell to males (remove the "F"). If you enable BOTH in the MCM dropdown, males will try to take up sound slots and play silent WAVs if you give them the Effects_Spell. So, don't do that unless you are going to provide sounds. Effects Management
Effect starts have been de-synchronized ModEvent system implemented for more reliability and responsiveness (pause effects during anim, resume effects, force scan and process effects, etc) Individual NPC Overrides! See below New MCM features:
Import/Export Configuration Settings to JSON Debug Log Messages Enable/Disable Uninstall Button - Stops all effects and unloads all scripts, best effort. Wait 1 min for any orphaned effects to end then save. Added/fixed toggles to: Silence NPC breathing sounds during animations Silence Player breath/heart sounds during animations Pause visual effects during animations Manage treatment of futa actors New individual NPC MCM settings override page Select NPC under crosshair to add to overrides JSON Toggle each effect individually for up to 32 NPCs The basic hidden Effects_Spell is distributed at run time by SPID. NPCs must have the basic Effects_Spell to get any effects in game or to use overrides. Disable/Enable effects globally through MCM config page as usual to set default behavior. Now you can override those global settings for a select group of NPCs. Want breath effects on just a few NPCs? Want to silence just your companions? Want everyone to have breath effect but only your favorite follower to drip? Now you can do this! Improved mesh visibility in dark areas (blinking NPCs still occurs on drip in places like Solitude Blue Palace bedroom area)
NonVirginNPCList now actually works and is populated with some known mothers and wives at run time (JSON can be edited)
Localization translations improved and added PT-BR
Male NPCs and Mannequins are now filtered out by default in SPID DISTR file. If you want gag or breath effects on male npcs, you will need to remove the "F" in the DISTR file SPID filter (and install non-silent breath sounds for males).

I tested it on my build with more than 3000+ mods and everything worked just fine.
This mod is a logical continuation of my attempt to remake the YPTG mod for use without SL Hormones!

The mod adds a new character named Lim. She lives in an Alchemist's Shack near Ivarstead. During a short conversation, she will offer the male player her unique potions, which give incredible bonuses, at the cost of... turning the male player into a woman (if he consumes too many of them!).
The main features of the modification now are that it has a ‘Memory for NPCs’ system, which remembers the player when they were a man and will definitely react to the fact that they have become a woman.
(At the moment, I have created dialogues and lines for NPCs with relationship ranks with the player ranging from -1 to 3, i.e. from enemies to friends and allies, as well as for members of the Dark Brotherhood and Jarls of Skyrim).
The second feature is how the character change menu is implemented. Now you won't be able to accidentally choose a different race and ruin your progress in game!
You'll have to start a new game for test this version!

Inspired by several goblin follower mods, I decided to embark on an adventure to make one by myself. The original plan is to use Goam's Elven Ear for the goblin ears but I noticed it has compatibility issues with other earring mods out there. To ensure consistency and compatibility at the highest standard, I scrapped the idea of using it and settled with the default ear instead. The height of the goblin is available at default (1.0) and 0.8 so players can decide which height they want the Titi follower to be.

If you don't like the goblin version, the human version is also available for you to pick from. If you enjoy the mod, don't forget to endorse it. Oh! After using various Tifa Lockhart followers and presets available at Nexus and other miscellaneous sites, I decided to make my version since none of the Tifa versions I found fulfilled my desires (Brown hair with big and red color eyes).
Most of the versions I found are usually black hair and brown eyes. Plus, they are using various textures instead of Fair Skin Complexion. I usually only stick to a single texture to keep my file size low, so as the saying goes..... Just do it yourself if you could.

Love Slaves 8.0

Find a Jarl’s Daughter, free a dozen women of slavery and become the Don Juan of Skyrim along the way. A dozen possible companions with 30+ hours of quest content. This is for Flowergirls only. I will start working on a Sexlab version soon.

This mod is similar to what is found here Love Slaves 7, However, this is for male players only. I tried to get female help with their dialog, but got no volunteers. You can play as a female, but all the new dialog is male only and I have done zero testing as a female PC. I have spend well over a year on this as well as two months on a recent beta test to make sure this is as bug free as possible. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
This mod contains well over 30 hours of playtime for the quests. You can spend years taking these companions with you and enjoying their dialog as you play the rest of Skyrim. Sasha and Jenny in tandem have several unique "quests" to make you laugh. Even if for a little while, take them with you together. You'll thank me later. Here is what another user said:

1. There are 12 female NPCs that can be followers. They all are pretty bad ass. Almost any two of them can kill your foes while you sit back and watch. If you want them to be more vanilla give them iron daggers.

2. There are many quests here. Many can be run at the same time and that is recommended. You do not need to run most of them serially. There are considerable time periods where you are waiting for something to happen so if you have multiple running, you have something to do while you wait for the next bit to start.

3. This mod starts when you reach level 20 and have killed your first dragon and reported back to the Jarl. It is started with a courier visiting you with a note. This note is delivered to you when you are outside in any major city. If you are level 20 and you visit a major city (including Riverwood), the courier will approach you and give you a letter from a Jarl. Read the note to start the first quest. If you don't get the note delivered, go into the inn and back out. If you still don't get the note, find out which mod if fucking with the courier system and fix it. That takes a while and is a pain. Google how to teleport the courier to you. However, if you have this problem, you MUST fix it because the courier is used later for starting other quests.

4. Love Slaves are completely unlike other kinds of slaves. They are designed to be fun and loving companions that you will keep with you as you venture into Skyrim. Love slaves love their masters and will fight to the death (figuratively as they cannot die) to save them. They are excellent archers and two handed fighters in the assassin style (except Sylvia).

They can seduce your humanoid enemies making encounters with multiple enemies a breeze. This only works in interior enemy places. They will save your life many times by coming to your aid when your health gets low. They can amuse you by seducing other NPCs in an orgy. (Take one to Jorrvaskr in the evening when there are lots of people there and tell one to make and orgy). This only works in interior friendly places. They can annoy you by requiring sex at the most inopportune times.
5. You also get two rather nice player homes.

6. Jenny and Sasha are fully voiced by their native actresses. All the rest are voiced using xVASynth and so the quality is somewhat diminished. However, I have spent considerable trying to get the critical dialog lines to be as lifelike as I possibly can.

Important Note:
This version Requires a follower framework. There is a bare-bones one included but only for the slaves (you can have one non-slave follower using the vanilla follower code and 5 slaves using the mod's follower framework). We also support Nether's, AFT, and EFF. If you have one of these three, we detect it at startup and use it instead of the internal one. If you have any other follower framework except these three, we will use the internal framework for slaves. Nether's has the most features and contains the best written code. However, there is frequently a considerable delay (like 50 seconds sometimes) moving your followers from one cell to another which may make the orgies non-functional. Note that if you decide to change follower frameworks, be sure to dismiss all your followers and make a save before you install a new follower framework.

When leaving any inn, make sure your followers are following you. If the bard is playing, the followers stay behind clapping and drinking. If this happens, go back in and tell the bard to take a break and then as soon as your followers are no longer clapping, exit promptly. Sometimes it has taken me several tries.

All Players
Open the MCM menu and check EnableCell Scans if you want to start an orgy. It must be on before entering the cell you want to start the orgy in. If you had it off, exit the cell, turn on cell scans, and re-enter. You can leave this on all the time if you want. However, it adds some small papyrus load when changing cells. With cell scans turned off, there is no option to start an orgy. There is also no option to have Vernor train a follower.

Requirements (You need all of these):
SkyUi SSE
SKSE64 2.0.7 or greater. Be careful here and get the one labeled " Current SE build 2.0.7 (runtime 1.5.39): " There is no required here. We only use SKSE for the additional papyrus features.
Flower Girls version 3.0.0 or greater. As of version 6.8, all the other required assets are bundled in including arousal.

Make sure you run FNIS for users after installing this.

You are also going to need a skeleton like XP32 Maximum Skeleton Extended - XPMSE, a nude male body mesh like Better Males, or SOS Light and Tempered Skins part 1 and part 2.
There is a BodySlide piercings file if the one packed in the distribution does not fit your body. I have not tested this, you are on your own.

Hentairim Adventure basically puts you in with a goal to chase after “Essence” and unlocking rewards like you’re playing a naughty gacha game. Faint Essence: The “cheap” essence you get from other orgasms. It’s used for smaller gameplay effects like potions or body changes.

🎰 The Gacha System
Yes, there’s a full-on gacha feature. You roll banners using Premium Essence to get custom weapons and armor from modded item pools. Each banner has its own theme (like Katanas, Battleaxes, or sexy costumes), and everything can be customized in JSON files — even pity rates, padding (trash pulls), and pickup banners for specific mods.

⚔️ Field Actions
Your Director Tool key (default “H”) now doubles as the Adventure Action Key. It brings up a mini-menu for nearby actors, letting you check Essence goals, body status, seduce NPCs, or open the gacha menu anywhere in the world.

💬 NPC Requests
Sometimes NPCs will randomly pop up with quick, dirty requests. — anything from sex to milking or drug stuff. Go near them when they start waving for the request to trigger. Fulfill their wishes and you’ll get some Faint Essence as a reward.

💉 Body Effects & Addictions
Your character now has dynamic stats for body sensitivity and sexual addictions. Each one affects gameplay — higher sensitivity means losing more mental resistance during sex, and addictions can cause side effects if ignored. You’ll have to “satisfy” these cravings to keep things balanced.
There’s even a Huge PP Addiction that prevents you from orgasming unless your partner’s packing enough meat.

🛡️ Do Not Disturb Mode
When sex starts, enemies will stop attacking and target someone else until you’re done. They’ll return to their usual hostile selves once the act’s over.

🎙️ Dialogue Voice Filler
Adds new filler lines for your voice pack — sighs, grunts, little “erm”s, and other immersive reactions for combat or casual chatter.

🥛 Oninus Lactis NG Integration
If you’ve got the lactation mod installed, Hentairim Adventure ties into it. Drugs or certain conditions can trigger lactation effects, all customizable through Oninus Lactis’s MCM menu.

📜 Papyrus Integration
For modders, everything’s open through AdventureCall.psc. You can tweak essences, addictions, or even inject new drugs and sensitivity effects directly through script calls.

Hentairim Director
The biggest new addition to this version is the Director Module, which is also the core module that overlooks the other modules like IVDT, SFX & Expressions. Just like its name suggests, it provides functionalities which control the various aspects in the scene.
Hentairim Scaling
In Sexlab P+ , scaling is changed to some other method which causes crashes for users using 1.5.97 version. (like me) . Hence this feature when enabled will use actor.setscale and scale the actors to match their height for proper alignment, similar to older sexlab versions. This will also scale the actors to uneven height Scene like Shota from Anub , and big guy from Babo.
Dynamic Stage Advancing
Unlike Sexlab which applies a fixed timer for different stages and advance abruptly, this feature allows the Director to control the flow of the scene, and will advance based on several configurable options and enables certain features. Mainly :
Enables Stage Maker Functionality
Enables Linear Scene
Custom Timers
If IVDT is enabled , it prevents abrupt stage advancement before the actor can finish saying/moaning.
allows Scene Extention of counter Rape

Practically speaking, you will break the flow of many options in this mod if you don’t let the Director control the flow of Scene, so its recommended to leave this enabled and disable the auto advance in Sexlab for the Intended Hentairim Experience.

Linear Stage Advancing
In previous iterations aka separate orgasms, Actors Orgasms when their enjoyment bar hits 100. This function alters the flow which have the actors orgasm only at the end of the stage which is similar to legacy Sexlab, but with some key differences. It is meant to completely partition the fucking stages and the ending stage, building up the climax and release it all at the end.

the enjoyment numbers can actually exceed 100 , to 200 or 300 regardless of your enjoyment bar. Depending on how high the enjoyment accumulates, actors can actually orgasm more than once at the end of the stage, e.g. A male actor has 200 enjoyment at the final stage, he orgasm twice.

Foreplay
Applies a chance to play the foreplay stage if Player is in position 0 and starts with a penetration scene.. Also has a configurable probability weight to assign to different types of foreplay. The Weight is relative to one another.
Armor Swapping
Many armor mods come with their slutty version, so the intention of this feature is to swap the equipped Armor to its lewd version before the start of the sex scene.
Director Tools
Provides a variety of tools for the user to control, tweak positions, or troubleshoot the Scenes.
Combat Rape
A simple combat rape feature that immediately Gets PC / Followers raped in combat when conditions are met This does not handle any consequences after PC getting combat rape, you just return to combat immediately. This is mainly for me to Test Run changing Actor’s Sex on the Fly to get around the restrictions of animations for aggressors. Recommended to use “Sexlab Stop Combat” mod with this. Combat Rape also comes with a feature to call a "Short Rape Scene",
basically player will get raped is a much shorter scene and get back to fighting immediately, which sort of intends to imitate those quick combat rape in 2D platform hentai games
Stage Maker
The Director’s Stage Maker gives users the option to craft their own Scene Progression with various tags. Instead of looking at the same scene positions all the time, why not craft your own scene with position and hentairim tags?

Hentairim IVDT (Intelligent Voice Dirty Talk)
Similar to the previous iterations of IVDT, it hasn’t changed much in P+ version other than some fixes and compatibility with P+ and compatibility with the linear scen, IVDT is meant to play various installed voice packs for PC in a Sexlab Scene. Different speeches or moans will play depending on the intensity of stage and positions being played. It too features a few small sex effects like Oninus Lactis lactating and some cum leaking to spice up the scene,

Oninus Lactis NG integration

Integrates with Oninus Lactis which enables your PC to gain lactate effects based on various parameters. Configure the emitter’s position in the Oninus Lactis MCM.

Uses FHU cum leak assets to for various effects and conditions
Hentairim SFX
Unlike the previous iteration of SFX which was just a quick and dirty implementation of sound using SLSO’s voice function. But in the Hentairim P+ version , it has been revamped completely.

Velocity Based SFX uses velocity data provided by Sexlab P+ , which will play SFX and dynamically adapt to the speed and position of the penis’s penetration. This only works for human based Sexlab p+ scenes, while creature scenes will revert to looping SFX sound as there is no creature velocity data by Sexlab p+ . For this to work effectively , the alignment must be correctly in the orifice. Penis floating outside the the vagina or anus will not produce any sound.

Hentairim Aggression and Resistance
This module introduces the resistance effect and reduces by the amount of enjoyment received. As soon as it depletes, actors will fall into Broken Status.. This Feature is mean to simulate the effect that actors has been continuously fucked too often in a short time span, which puts him/her into a broken state, that further leads to other effects in IVDT, such as

> Exhaustive moan
> Voices in the scene changed to acceptance instead of defiance.
> Some voice packs come with dedicated broken voices, explore the descriptions of each voice pack in the voice pack page.
