Our freshly renovated apartments come with a large kitchen/diner/living area aswell as a beautiful bedroom that leads out to the lanai. Oh, there is a bathroom to, with TWO exits! The appliances might not be new but hey! they work! Since our contracted builder forgot there are no closets in the apartments but just put your stuff under your bed! The beautiful pool area is open ever day, but please be aware, the water to the pool comes from the SNP (Sulani Nuclear Plant) and we will NOT be held responsible for any injuries while swimming! But its beautiful to look at!

The lot has four apartments with the same layout. They are just furnished with the basics. I have left the lot as a residential as sometimes making it a residential rental can break the save. You can easily just change the lot type yourself.
