So I take it this is chapter 20 ? Anyway, did not expect Gwen's change would be so radical, it's as if you went for another character entirely. I liked her previous bold self for my part. Anyway, nice transformation, blood and blade wielding effects (they're closer to mine own, regarding blade swings ). And that makes the outcome of the story rather unpredictable, as the characters personalities are probably all modified by now. Regardless, good work ! ?

The thing is that nearly all your girls get somewhat alike once they get their demon form : tattooed, more daring, and lesbians. Gwen was among the ones that were courageous before getting powers, but had a personal evolution with her relationship to Sinetica, and all of those particularities feel kinda blurred now that her transformation makes her more alike to the others. Even though there is potential in the duality of the sword mind, her first action was completely the opposite of her old self, and completely in line with the previous demons.

I know you want to make your characters "cooler", but I'd watch for their personalities not to get too similar while doing so, if I were you.

While I agree with most of what was said in the comments here, I prefer her new version over the old, as the character is much more complex now with her two sites. I agree with what was previously said, that she stood out from the rest of your characters but she was a bit too cliché good for my taste.

Still a very enjoyable read!

I am still analyzing the information received, and I didn’t think at all, or didn’t realize that her changes would cause such an active reaction.
From one side: it's nice and pleasant to know that the character which I thought was undervalued (that's why it happened in a first place) actually got it full. 
On the other hand - This is my slip and lesson to learn. 
But in the end it is very pleasant to realize that the reader is not indifferent to the character.
