there are a lot more details I liked (like the torch scene, or the armors, faces, light, tattoos, dialog), but those were especially eye catchy:

Lovely chapter as always and I really like how the story develops. I think I am also starting to see Gwen and her possessed sword as a pair because he (it?) seems to care about her well-being. Now excuse me, I'll be here in the corner fantasizing about those two...?

Some nice visuals in this part, like the torch throw and effects ?.

I also like the added green to your demon girl template instead of the usual red and purple, which helps a lot to distinguish them.

Great visuals indeed, I particularly noticed the richness of the backgrounds (some infused with blended flashbacks, the result was awesome) while the colors are as vibrant as usual. We're getting used to Gwen's new status, and do learn quite some things about the plot's settings, with some action as a bonus. Good job ! ?

Thank you Alter Native, glad you like it ^_^ I began to experiment more with the color palette, as you rightly noticed. And I myself like what I see now. Originally, I was inspired by  Blazingsai, after cheking his blog. ^_^

Thank you Tirloque, I had some doubts about the background (blended flashback part) I was afraid that it would be either not noticeable or incomprehensible, and extremely pleased with fact that this ended up well. ^_^

Love the orange lighting of the cathedral!  It had a nice balance of contrasting against the darker walls, but at the same time not too bright that it made it hard to see your characters
