Quite a brutal first scene, way more serious then your usual light and funny style. Also your blood effects look great, I wish I was able to do something like this in photoshop.

I'm still undecided weather the poster is an ingame object or later added in. It's missing in the later screenshots, so I think it's the latter.

I've liked as well to keep you motivated

Benor carries those burden fairly well for not having a backpack! I'm intrigued to to see what's next!

It is a given fact that any Skyrim adventurer must have VERY large pockets. You'll read more about the terrifying backpack in the next chapter.

Thanks. It's the first time I had to insert that much blood into a comic, so I had to learn quite a bit myself... And I've got some kind of blooper about it : at some point, there was so much blood on screen that it looked like it started dripping from a window to another. =D

It made me laugh hard at the moment. ^^ About the making of :

— If it's blood dripping basically you just have to adapt (detour, sculpt, light) a template

— It it's blood pools there are text fonts that do help mimic those

— If it's a wound that's bleeding, you have to mix a multiply layer on the blood with a sinking texture. It does require a more advanced version of photoshop than my own though, mine is consider like a basic one. O_o

You'll find tutorials on googles quite easily. I still have a lot to learn for my part, my effects are only a slight refinement over novice level.

As I said, that chronicle is going to explore different registers than the two previous ones. First chapters were an introduction to our characters, their teamwork, and the life as a couple. However it was still some kind of light tale in nearly every aspect. That's going to change. =)

About the board, you're a keen observer : the perspective was so hard to replicate on some views that I just gave up. Don't tell it to anyone though. Yet I am flattered that you wondered if it was ingame or not, it means i didn't messed up too much with my photoshop edits. ^^

I noticed how well you managed to get the perspective right, as well as the bright light of the window. 

It's actually way harder to do it like this than to add it as an object via the creation kit ;). No 3D modeling or similar required for a basic version.

Wow! Great work! I know pretty much everyone has already said this, but the Photoshop effects were phenomenal! My whole body shirked when the miner's throat was cut. Yikes! And that board was added post editing? Damn! I just thought the "elvish" (hilarious, btw. LMAO! ;D) part was added. Keep it up!

Thanks Eva & Colly ! Yup, lots and lots of photoshopping going on ; that's part of the reasons while it takes me so long to air out new episodes. I'm glad it was appreciated though, the ambience of that mine scene had been worked upon quite a bit. ;)

Mmmh  ? Well actually my creation kit skills are near from zero. I know how to create a follower, how to edit his/her equipment, his/her texture ; but haven't explored placing any object into the worldspace yet. Might have been easier indeed though...

I'm glad I managed to earn some laughs... And about the extroverted Malicia, fear not, for she always finds a way to get herself in events she's not been invited to. ;)
