Make the world entirely to my taste. And because I am so pleased with how my first project turned out I am excited to share it here with you to hear what you guys think and listen to any suggestions. So without further ado, I present my last few days work, Sim City's new Police Headquarters! Spoiler It always bothered me how little effort that EA put into designing the vanilla lots. I mean, I understand that you can't make it too grand because not everyone has a high end computer. But there's consideration for others, and then there's just being plain lazy, and EA as always falls into the latter category. And I for one believe that for doing such a dangerous job, Sim City's finest deserved only the best of workplaces, and so I gave them a precinct to be proud of! Unfortunately it's more than likely that I blew the entirety of the SCPD's budget on the first floor alone, and as a result the city may have to close a school or six, and Internal Affairs may spend the next decade or so investigating where the funds came from. But hey, what the mayor doesn't know can't hurt him right? ? Note: I was going for a "modern authoritarian" vibe. Let me know what you guys think! 1st Floor Spoiler Foyer Spoiler Gotta make a good first impression right? Offices Spoiler Bullpen Detectives Offices (showcased by my lovely Helena!) The offices are spread across every floor. I've made heavy use of symmetry across the station so I won't show all of them. They all look roughly the same, just with personalised desks. Back Entrance/Crap Repository Spoiler Let's be honest, in every building there is a room that no one gives a shit about! ? This is behind the front desk in the Foyer. 2nd Floor Spoiler Briefing Rooms Spoiler Crime Lab Spoiler Health and Safety went to town on this room! That Sim over there is Shari Gomes, an npc that I have tried to delete several times but she keeps bloody coming back! ? Records Room Spoiler Indeed the most boring room in the precinct, it is nonetheless one of the most important when it comes to covering your ass! Toilets Spoiler Only the best lavatories for the city's finest! Chief's Office Spoiler Boss man needs a grand entrance! Boss man has worked his ass off for years. He deserves better than the crappy little office he had in the original station! It can be a stressful job ? Years of experience have taught the Chief one thing if nothing else. Always be prepared. View of the Foyer from the Chief's window. Nothing slips the boss man's gaze! 3rd Floor Spoiler Staff Room Spoiler Crime never rests. Unfortunately police officers have to though! Keep them happy and they'll keep those arrest figures up! There are posters and stuff on the walls that I figured the staff would add themselves to personalise the place. Rest Rooms Spoiler Private washing rooms where an officer can de-stress and be alone with their thoughts. Gym Spoiler When it comes to the fitness and well being of officers, no expense was spared. No, seriously, this room was so expensive! ? 4th Floor Spoiler I had no idea what I was going to do with this floor, only that knew I wanted a 4th floor! And those smokers need a place to go and get fresh air/befoul fresh air, so I decided on a rooftop garden from which to gaze peacefully out over the city (and flip off the adjacent hospital because of how shitty their building is compared to yours!) Why did they need sun loungers? No idea, but they're getting them anyway! ? Basement 1 Spoiler These gates mark the end of your freedom... ...down into the depths you go. Surveillance Room Spoiler It's not so easy to tell from these pictures but there are literally hundreds of security cameras throughout the station, and they all have to feed to somewhere! Evidence Lockup Spoiler Home to all nefarious wares seized from the city's criminal element. Including, but not limited to,... Firearms. As you can see the city's gangs are packing heavy heat, and they mark even their weapons with their colours and outlandish designs... Treasures smuggled into the city by Selvadoradan cartels... And, ehm, more "treasure" smuggled in from Selvadorada. 1,620,000 Simoleons worth of high quality coke alone to be precise! Basement 2 Spoiler This floor was never meant to exist, but due to some structural problems with the first floor, I had to add it. Probably better too, seeing as I had a lot more room! Guard Room Spoiler Because you try to walk up to the third floor every time you want a fucking coffee! ? Interrogation Rooms Spoiler Holding Cells and Booking Station Spoiler Two beds per cell and a toilet. All these scumbags deserve! Firing Range Spoiler What could be through here? ? No officer wants to have to use them, but your firearm could mean the difference between life and death, a dead perp or a dead civilian. Got to keep those marksman skills sharp! Armoury Spoiler Last, but most certainly not least, my favourite room in the station! ? Heavy security. Double set of vault doors and an officer always watching ? Only the best, most up to date technology keeps the law one step ahead of the criminals. When they hit heavy, hit back with something heavier! ? And there you have it folks. My first step on a long road to a complete revamp of the game. The SCPD is now 10x more oppresive efficient than ever! Let me know what you think! Its got Helena's approval, but does it have yours? She seems to be one of my coworkers every time I play a cop. Also I see you managed to get pics without 2 cops randomly fucking in the bathroom! 2

I'd say you achieved the look you're going for (you're a great architect). It's too bad the EA gameplay can't make full use of it (filling it with an appropriate amount of the necessary sims in the right places). It definitely gets my approval (Helena gets my approval too), and I'd love to see what you can do with the hospital, even if it makes the 4th floor less important. But then they can flip each other off. 3

He's the one I was constantly kicking off so I could file my damn paperwork! ?There are loads of computers in this one though, probably far too many. It's a shame you cant increase the number of workers who turn up. And unfortunately the Chief doesn't always use his office which sucks. But then they can flip each other off. Thanks! One thing I have always had is an eye for detail and I love creating things exactly as I can imagine them. I don't know how many times I deleted those rooms until I came up with something I was satisfied with. I'm glad that you think I got the theme right! ? I hope that one day we can get more officers manning the desks and we can really push the game to it's limits! And rest assured, the hospital will come. I'm more familiar with the requirements of a police station though than I am a hospital. Might have to binge watch Scrubs to get a feeling for it. After all my knowledge of a police precinct came from Brooklyn 99! ? I'm glad you like Helena as well. Maybe you know who she's based on? If not you can puzzle that out. And hopefully I can show more of her in the future! 3

Small, cozy and not too much clutter! It's only in free build games that I like to go big. Well you might be disappointed with your architecture, but you put 10x the effort into your Sims than I do! ? 2

It's sleepwear outfit #3, therefore she's fully clothed... right? Little Felicia is indeed a vampire baby, which makes it interesting, seeing as Rebecca's parents were murdered by Vlad. She got her revenge way back when she maxed her spellcasting, but the game made such a hash of it I didn't bother with screenshots. First, he didn't come out when she played her guitar. He didn't answer the door when she knocked. It finally got his attention when she set the front porch on fire. He asked her for sex (Hell no!) Then the CC "de-vampirify" spell failed 4 times in a row. Vlad bit her. She finally cast it successfully when she woke up again, then the game bugged when she set the floor under him on fire to kill him and he just stood there for forever- even though the game recognized that he died! 3

Spoiler ... but Axel (a burglar) hardly saw this huge building with well-filled safes and weapon arsenals, and he promptly got some special ideas again. If you would ask me, he should better take care of his bottom pubics and search for some without this ugly glitches. *lol 4

After all that beautiful attention to detail, you could and possibly should set an entire crime-based Sim-drama there! It would be wonderful!
