Searching I only find these gigantic ones that are a bit too much for what is just supposed to be a costume, only thing I found that seems like it could work is something old by Maysims, but going to that site it seems scummy as all hell, so I don't really want anything to do with it. So, yeah... Anyone have any or know of any which don't require jumping through hoops to download?

And here's yet another costume I made, much quicker than the above, mainly because it didn't require me going on an all-out search for wings that weren't just completely ridiculous ? 10

I could share you the wings I used in my angel costumes, if you'd like. They are a resized version of Silvermoon Sims' angel wings (which probably look the best to begin with), I'd say maybe half to two-thirds of the original size - I had the same issue as you, they looked too real/functional instead of decorative. My version is probably somewhere in the middle and the wingspan is shown below (it is less than arm length on both sides). If you'd like them even smaller it is fairly easy to just resize/reposition the mesh in Blender (because even I managed to do it). Edit: The cowgirl looks great! ? 3

I did not yet upload the angel costume anywhere because the slots are assigned kind of all over the place and the textures can overlap with some items. But it is fairly usable as it is. Think I want a few more female sims in this one still, and then I need male sims as well, though those shouldn't take as long I believe, threw together a tentative Freddy Krueger costume for Jason for this picture (gonna be using his house for the party I think), though probably going to look for some CC for that and possibly see if I can do a simple recolor of the sweater he's wearing which looks pretty good to begin with. Also that TOOL mod by Tmex is proving really useful for these kinds of group pictures as I can do small rotations and adjustments like that without having to use the pose player teleporter statues 11

I can't wait to see the final pics. I don't think that TOOL mod was intended for sims, but when I learned it works on them too (just after I mentioned the mod here) it made me very happy. It's so much faster and easier, and now I can make sims walk on walls and ceilings (without making custom poses). 2
