I hate those when I take pics. ?? @YourFalseHope I wouldn't worry about how many likes you get etc. If you're happy with your sims and your pics just go with the flow. You're sharing your game after all. I don't get that many likes either and appreciate the ones I do get, I stopped worrying about it a long time ago. I like my sims and how I have my game. I've recreated most of my sims from Sims 2 and stuck with them all these years playing Sims 3 and Sims 4. 1

As for why I like Ethan better (or rather Oliver w/ Ethan), I'm not sure, but I think it's what you express in those pictures.

That's fair enough and I may have understood but I'm struggling to see a pattern that you mentioned, I only go here and Darkside Inc so I might have missed something? It's ok of course if your looking for feedback but for us we haven't seen any negativity towards your picks or sims so that's not so easy to answer in that area, same time people here are encouraging and often reassuring so they share positive vibes and want you to feel at home! Although we all veer towards different things and different tastes, we are not a closed minded group and although the characters might be the kind we use ourselves the settings, plots and backdrops are also a part of it that people take something from, I wouldnt say that these characters are more popular as Oliver is very memorable and also recognisable which is tough to achieve in Sims, I spotted him straight away on discord when your friend posted some snaps with him, there is quite a lot of lgbt gamers on Darkside and its worth posting some pics there too for opinions? You got a very unique style, a lot blacker and more gothic(?) than I would use but it looks right and although I'm all pink and fluff, on a technical level and as a simmer I'm always impressed and im looking forward to what it evolves too, My sims are the reason for all my animation and cc creation and I can see your passion, we are a supportive thread here and maybe felt some reassurance might help, But as we say, you don't need to do anything different because you're already taking pics that stand out! 2

For whatever reason, I forgot to hit Tab for free camera mode before taking the pics. The plumbobs disappear when you're in that mode. I prefer having them for normal gameplay-- especially when I'm playing sims like the twins, who look so much alike. 1

Some face edits here and there, and pretty big changes to her body, also changed out her tattoos and instead gave her a colored sleeve (too many of the tattoos I have are just black, so nice to get something else to use there). Also really like these freckles I found out I have, they're somewhat subtle and both on her body and face. Also changed out Maryam's hairstyle, I did have an issue with the texture of the one I was using for her, way too glossy and even metallic looking at times. This one's somewhat similar in feel I think, but not nearly so glossy (and not metallic at all really). Some additional pics 9
