Currently, I'm on my first playthrough. I bought the game a week ago and I am having lots of fun.

Right now I managed to figure out how to use bodyslide studio as well as how to use custom presets.

 

It's me on the picture, was looking for some sexy steel plate armor model, but I couldn't find anything.

Right now I am 33 and half hours into the game. I am focusing on finding some fun to play around with mods, whilst keeping things as vanilla as possible. (No new quests or mods that alternate the gameplay too much).

 

Quest wise

I did the awakening quest, rescuing some vampire girl and bringing her back to her home. I unlocked the vampire form, but when I realized that it gives you a ton of debuffs, I decided to go back to the companions to get the werewolf form back.

 

Right now I'm thinking about finding some fun adult mods, I tried deep modding the game by installing like 30 mods before, but they either broke, or I didn't know how to use them, thus I am only installing few mods each day and mostly looking at what is there.

 

I'm thinking about redownloading SexLab, because it has mods which OStim doesn't (horny creatures of skyrim and such), but with how many problems I had with it before, I think about going slow right now.
 

I noticed that a lot of mods, require other mods. I come from modding Halo The Master Chief Collection and Dragon Age Origins modding. This requirement of having SKSE, SkyUi, SKSE Address Library and many more other mods so that the new mod that I am interested in works, is new to me. I am worried that by trying out some mod, I will brick my save and have to replay a large part of the game. Something that also shocks me is the use of programs such as FNIS or BodySlide Studio, requiring me to essencially "mod the game myself", even though they're very simple to use, the feeling like I am creating my small mod is truly awesome.

 

As far as a little end note goes, I am finding modding Skyrim extremely fun! Nowadays we get many always online, strict anti cheat and unmoddable games that it's crazy! Every mod I look into feels like a small / large dlc to this game. There are many guides which range from easy to hard to follow depending on the mod.

This may end up with you stopping playing and only modifying. It happened to me. Now I can remake a lot, although not professionally. I edited a lot of materials, armor, whole mods. But I will never show them to anyone, because I am such a perfectionist that I am always dissatisfied with everything).

Here I have completely remade the armor. Ported it to CE, added a body, fixed the physics.

Maybe haha! Modding is extremely fun! I got some nice Warframe mods today.

Did some minor quests today, but I got quest where a guy wants me to steal a horse for him, but when I bring him the horse, he keeps attacking me!

Don't see pictures of that mod too often, there again the few times I have used it, it was iffy as hell, sometimes it would trigger even when using the spells/shouts other times they would cast and well nothing would happen, though you might want to look at the strip settings for it, as that bag? of coins on her thigh looks a bit out of place, just sitting there not attached to well anything.

New test game. I Unbound into the Sleeping Giant. Noise going on like when the physics is having a fit but I can't see any clutter flying about. One last room to check, I open the door and take one step forward and take a kettle to the top of the head.

I'm English but this took 'putting the kettle on' to another level.

Weird thing was that the sound continued but the kettle just lay there on the bed.
