Here's a video I made on how to kill Nazeem because NO ONE LIKES NAZEEM!!! I used no mods for this (OK. There are a shit ton of mods in my game, but none related to killing Nazeem). I used an enchanting glitch to make the sneak enchantment on Azurel's boots as OP as possible. Aside from that, there are no non-vanilla alterations. The video is in 720p to make it easier to load.
