Personally I despise essential and avoid it as much as possible, it ruined an excellent playthrough I had once and nothing annoys me more than not dying when I should die.

Everything seems to be working on my end and from the looks of it your MCM files are up to date (sluts_mcm.psc is just the uncompiled script and the 5-18-2018 is the most recent one, I just happened to recomplie it later just to make sure it was the most up to date). You might be stuck having to make a clean save. Sorry about that

It already is toggleable in the MCM debug menu.

I think POP will disappear from my load order now because while I think it's awesome it's reputability is boring. Thank you for finishing off DocCloxs mod :). 1

LazyBoot Posted May 21, 2018 Posted May 21, 2018 So I was poking around the scripts a bit, because I noticed (in a log someone posted elsewhere) that sluts checks for CFTO.esp. I got a bit curious of why it would do that if it doesn't work together. I found the script and noticed that it is adding the drivers for the main holds to the sluts drivers faction. However all the dialogue and quest logic seems to be looking a formlist instead. So it seems like all that would be needed is to have the cfto check also add them to the formlist, and it should in theory work.

Was thinking it might just be a static thing but would at least add to the thematics if the hold static horse carts with the dispatchers changed the standing horse to 2 or 3 girls standing in place. They don't have to move around, just play their idles waiting in place. The new DD Beta ponygirl idles are really good too for this.

Honestly, i didn't try this mod because what kept me away from using the original was the buggy cart, which you say didn't change.^^ I think VirginMarie has another cart, no idea if she found a better resource or made it on her own, asking her for that cart & advice to make the cart stable would be great, even without a rider.

EVERYtime an opponent strolls along the cart disconnects and you can reload... a bugfest of non functioning crap.... the original was functional 1-2 years ago...... what happened ? had to reload about 15-30 times to get it to the point that i could start to the finish point.... had to reload everytime when something hostile came along.... you can´t fight back anymore.. and you can´t outrun them, because you are slowed by the ponyboots.... if you are defeated and a simple slavery event kicks in it completely breaks.. to use this, and have any chance of it functioning best disable all other mods that add devices or enslave you or make someone have sex with your char... for it will disconnect the cart, wich CAN`T be reconnected..... to use this mod save often best about every minute about 8 hours of testing it, i can just say, don´t use it, until at least 20-30 more versions have come along.....

I had literally 1 issue with it in total and was caused be me not reading the requirements of the mod. It works very solid for me and probably 90% of the users in this thread. I'm not sure why it breaks so bad on your end, but it's definitely not the mod thats fucking it up for you. 3

I'm aware that Shift+E should reconnect it, but since the MCM option doesn't work for you, I have doubts this works. You can always try.

My guess is her version used a different rigged cart that is more stable, being there really isn't much to the cart tethering script (its literally one command). Been one of the more frustrating parts since having the effect constrained to one hardcoded script command makes it impossible to change the effect through raw coding. So I guess I'll drop her a PM, see if I can get her cart model and test if it works better. Though for the next couple of days I'll likely be taking some time off to sate my retro Castlevania fanboy with this. I'll drop VirginMarie a PM tonight though. 1

Yeah, I've noted this since back in the DocClox days... It isn't your fault, Bethesda just decided to make the Tethertohorse function wonky. I think if there was a clean way to reset / refresh Havok constraints that might help... I tinkered with it a bit before but didn't have much luck as I recall.
MetZwerg Posted May 23, 2018 Posted May 23, 2018 i already tried it, it teleports the cart to me, but does not reconnect it, and even if i have the cart standing beside me, i can´t finish the quest as a sucess, if i´m not connected. i can only choose to goo fetching the cart(standing right beside me) or go and pay up as if i lost the cart....
Naps-On-Dirt Posted May 23, 2018 Posted May 23, 2018 The best way to reconnect a cart is to select it in the console, disable, enable, then you should be able to use it and get moving again.
