There is no sound if that is what you are asking? Just printed dialogue options.

There was a post of some xVASynth WIP voice files a good month ago, but those are from a really old version now and all the new stuff that's been added since then(1.13.4 was what they were created with) it's at the point it's almost not worth using. I really hope someone updates them, because it add SO much depth to the approaches. But yes, there is no voice by default, so make sure player and NPC subtitles are on or you get nothing.

(And an option to turn it on and off as well) Something separate from the global approach cool down. I'm constantly approached by the same NPC over and over again. Would be nice to give other NPC's a chance to approach. Though being constantly approached by the same NPC could be a nice mechanic too for abusive and confident NPC's. 2

It also appears that the collar master can be reassigned when that quest is active. Perhaps a random torture device on the stage where McDonough gives his speech and when activated changes the event to always be a shock collar approach and block updating the collar master?

If by "threesome" you mean gangbang rape, then... yes. In addition to the scenes already mentioned, you'll see it after you max out all the hypno approach "perks" and get approached by the same hypnotist more than once. So i'm starting a new playthrough, murdering some bugs in sanctuary, and keep getting the message "Nobody here seems to care that you're naked." I am in fact, not naked, fully wearing clothes (maybe sans underwear in some outfits...but that's her secret), you know, slot 33 and all that. Checked the papyrus logs, and it's definitely this mod that's script is being referenced. Anyone know of a fix? Edit: actually, new wrinkle found here! Enabling "Body armor conceals body" in the general MCM options doesn't seem to function at all? It reverts to "off" as soon as i change to another page in the MCM. Edited May 31, 2022 by brewha666

If you're using Private Profile Redirector, try removing that. PPR interferes with saving MCM options for many mods.

I actually never have, but I have found the issue! It seems as though the "Gender Neutral NPCs Dialogue Translation" patch for SH, which hasn't been updated to a more current version of SH, was causing the problem. It patches the plugin, so you basically ended up with a fork of an outdated plugin combined with updated MCM config.

I don't think it's tied to the buttslap events at all (other than not retaliating to those leading to lower impression of you and higher relative confidence for approachers, making it easier for them to overcome your resistance in an approach). 1
