Slimreb Posted May 13, 2023 Posted May 13, 2023 (edited) I am trying to use the Vigilance Reborn mod and am having an issue when I use the patch for MNC. Whenever I turn my view to look at Vigilance my game CTD. Is the patch not functional for SE/AE? Edit: Okay seems I have got it working mostly. I changed from using the Dawn to Stark and I can see Vigilance now without an immediate CTD. Try to do anything and get a CTD shortly after starting. Though I am unsure if that is do to the patch or something else. When looking at the Papyrus log the last entry before the crash was for zadDevice, so thinking that is something with Devious Devices. I installed this years ago and loved it, so thank you for your tireless work. I look forward to getting it working again EDIT: Still can't get how to extract the MNC specific split mod files. (see the obvious giant warning at bottom, but date of updated ABC is passed that warning post soo assume fine and idk if I will use TWO due too reading many of its issues especially with latest version and its update being made but unknown in many ways)

I look forward to getting it working again EDIT: Still can't get how to extract the MNC specific split mod files. all 3 files need to be in the same location before you can extract 001 with 7zip (and only 7zip will work). if file 001's icon looks different than 002 & 003 it won't extract, make sure file 001 is called .7z.001 and NOT .z7.001.rar and for fuck sake stop using winrar, it's a dead format so uninstall that shit and let it fucking die already. Is it just werewolves junk not working and otherwise works fine? If not will use v12 since I know mods need to abc.

There's a badass vampire lord visual overhaul mod on nexus but for obvious it doesnt mix well with More Nasty Critters. Vampire Lord Overhaul 1.4 at Skyrim Special Edition Nexus - Mods and Community (nexusmods.com) I've tried copying mesh and texture files from VLO to MNC with no luck and even tried to deleting everything with vampire lord from MNR and all I get is a blue vampire lord with no textures, completely ignoring the VLO mod altogether. Is there any way that I can get this mod to work with MNR, and if not is there a way for me to run MNC without the Vampire Lord files and it not just give me a blue VL?

I am still getting an error as though 7zip can't extract anything from the file despite it being located with the others. "Cannot open file as [7z] archive" is the error I get. I don't see a reload in the CF MCM. I don't appear to be changing into a female werewolf anymore but when i start the beast form now it gives me both the SOS schlong and one from the CF. Then it makes an armor changing sound and takes the SOS away after 20-30 seconds. All SOS werewolf options for probability in the SOS menu are unchecked but I think that is only for NPCs distrubution anyways. I don't know if it has something to do with this but I don't see a More Nasty Critters option in the CF MCM anymore for Werewolf after I did that. Now it just gives me the MNC options (red,black, horse) and the old MNC meshes option. I have some stuff in my overwrite folder in MO2 I wonder if that's causing the issues since you mentioned old json data. rabbit5424242 Posted May 15, 2023 Posted May 15, 2023 (edited) Alright, I've been trying to fix this for 10 hours and I can't figure it out. Brand new install of Skyrim SE, 1.5.97 ver. None of the female creature replacers are working. If I try to sexchange a male creature to make them female it causes a CTD. I looked at my load order in SSE EDIT and nothing is overwriting the female meshes. Anyone know what could be causing it or how to fix it? Edit: Apparently the issue runs deeper than the meshes and it's all creatures. Forcing a sexchange on creatures still causes CTD but so does any sex animation with males or female creatures. I tried: all of the TS steps mentioned on this mod page regarding CF, FNIS, load order, etc both versions of CF (3.0 on this mod page and 1.0 on the link) uninstalling and reinstalling FNIS creatures bashed patches MNC ver 15 and ver 12 I don't even think the problem is MNC anymore. I say this because I installed PSBoss's falmer mesh replacers, disabled MNC female falmer in CF, and used FB animations to trigger the sex scene but it still causes CTD. Regular sex and SLAL animations work with humans, so I don't think the problem is SL or SLAL. I'm at a loss at what to try next. Edit 2: I fixed it. I found this article: I downloaded net script framework to get a crash log and sure enough, I had the exact same issue. So for anyone who gets CTD for SE 1.5.97, make sure you don't have racemenu 4.15, but rather 4.16. It might save you 15+ hours of TS. I really wish skyrim modding was easier.
