ChAnims: 12634  CTD:88.2%  pOpt:30.8%  max: 14332  LC: 23062 (max. 26162)  4914 animations for 14 mods and 45 creatures successfully included.. (so doesn't that mean it has worked?) smaild Posted May 24, 2023 Posted May 24, 2023 How do I solve this problem in Vortex? I read for the skeleton mod below the NastyCreatures, but I don't know how to do it  Â
UsernameTaken666 Posted May 24, 2023 Posted May 24, 2023 (edited) Load the skeleton last. Click 'Show' and follow the instructions. That's not a mod problem. Learn how to use Vortex. Edited May 24, 2023 by UsernameTaken666

Learn how to use Vortex. Interesting, because on the page for this mod it says NOT to do that. Most things shouldn't overwrite XP32, but MNC has to. I even tried it the other way once, and lo and behold, the game kept crashing like this mod's page warns.
Vollkornstulle Posted May 24, 2023 Posted May 24, 2023 (edited) I just downloaded MNC. Used the 7z function to merge the 3 files like instructed. I got a file with around 263MB and dragged it in Vortex. The Problem: There is no .esp From what I saw I could only find in which order these files to load, but not how to get the esp to show up. Edit: Thanks to a suggestion I redid the steps in 7z. I am not sure what I did different now, but the file it resulted in is now 7 MB bigger and it had the .esp. I am confused. Edited May 24, 2023 by Vollkornstulle I don´t understand.

I'm using a bunch of Distar mods and Maximum Carnage, which I suspect may be causing these issues for, so I'm gonna remove them and see if it fixes it?

haajasparx Posted May 24, 2023 Posted May 24, 2023 (edited) Ah, godfuckingdammit. Add "Defeat" to that Bingo card because that's what's causing my issue...I didn't even see it on my previous do-overs. Now everything works if I uninstall Defeat in the game, but the animation problem with trolls, draugr and dragons persists even if I have a different copy or version of Defeat installed. Anyone know of a compatibility patch, or a version of Defeat that doesn't break certain enemy creature animations? I even tried the BakaFactory edition with all of its specific prerequisites for SE & that one still gives me the same problem. Edited May 24, 2023 by haajasparx

I understand, and I made sure to turn off Windows Defender & my antivirus before running FNIS. The only thing that gets these specific enemy creature animations to work is by uninstalling Defeat in-game, and I tested this with 3 different versions of it today, even got those anims working on my existing save by doing this. Â The only file it conflicts with is Nether's Follower Framework which I had it overwrite, even then I think it's just a few menu icons. And I have no mods with needed Defeat patches that I know of. Maybe there's still a load order issue with it somehow. Â Vortex is tricky because LOOT doesn't always solve everything & you have to deploy mods after making any changes for it to take effect in the staging folder. So I have to deploy before AND after running FNIS, then choose to keep the new files, and that has worked with everything so far. The animation problem I have only occurs with Defeat installed in-game, no matter which version, even at default settings. Looks like I won't be able to enjoy dragon sex with a side of necrophilia...ahh first-world problems

smaild Posted May 25, 2023 Posted May 25, 2023 (edited) sorry, but I have a question. Â Will I have problems if I start implementing texture mods? Â I will take this video as a base: Â Â I will download all its mods. Â but I want to know if there will be compatibility problems when I start installing them, that is, problems with sexlab mods like Nasty or Hentaicreatures or any other sex or bestiality mods. Â I especially want to implement the texture mods for women, since my game still doesn't look as impressive as all those screenshots from veteran moders. Â Â thanks. Edited May 25, 2023 by smaild

You wont have any issues. you can install texture mods any time without having to start a new save. Be advised that if you are just now at the stage of modding your textures, then i bet that at some point you are probably going to try out and then uninstall some mods in the near future. When that happens its better to start a new game. 1
aulton1968 Posted May 26, 2023 Posted May 26, 2023 I recommend mcm recorder so that you can start new games with greater ease and not have to reset mcm setting every time. I have started over with a new save thousands of times because I keep changing mods. 2
