For me, and I suspect others, this is like getting together with a bunch of your friends. You decide you want to go out and eat but your two closest friends can't agree on cuisine. One wants to try the new Thai restaurant that everyone is raving about and the other wants to stick with your old favorite neighborhood Italian dive. This leaves you, and the rest of your friends, depressed because they both sound like good ideas, all of you would go for either if there were an agreement, but it looks like you're just going to have to wind up splitting up and going different places to eat. 

 

I will say, since I am older, and therefore change adverse, my sympathies tend to lie with you. I don't understand WHY it is necessary to change everything around, but, I also admit, I am unable to do what either you or KIMY do so I know I don't make the best of judges. Since it appears that there is no reconciliation or even rapprochement to be found in the near future, the rest of us are going to have to hope that someone with talent will be able to create a mod that will bridge that gap.

That´s all well so far. Don´t worry and let´s finally go back to work, instead to talk about things, that are not interesting for others, and don´t lead into something.

I personally was never interested in DD accessoires too much-this may variate from time to time, but as KIMY teached me: I will keep on doing "lore friendly" stuff with a touch of of creativity, instead to make skyrim-copies of existing real material. If I find something interesting in real life, I can also try to adopt it with nice skyrim textures into the game-no problem:-)

Hey, LazyBoot, what are you doing for the next few months? 

KIMY in main line, did support DCL. At least she forgot about, that there are also furnitures to play with. As zap now got much more interesting again, she suddenly wants also to take this stuff over into DD - lot of items of the OLD v 7/6 she will add to DD, maybe also the same old 26 furnitures - I´m NOT guilty, if there will be some double-furnitures in future, but depending, what you prefer, you can decide yourself what you want to play.

 

I must honestly tell you here ,

 

THAT I WILL KEEP THE BASE OF ZAP IN MEMORIAL TO THE FOUNDERS AND DEVELOPPERS XaZ AND ZaZ ALWAYS UNTOUCHED. I`LL NOT CHANGE IT. THOSE ANIMATIONS ARE THE EPITOME, WHAT MAKE SKYRIM BDSM GAMEPLAY TO BE SPECIAL. THIS IS THE HARD BASE OF THIS MOD THAT IS SO MUCH MAGIC AND LEGENDARY.  ZAP IS A HUGE PART OF THIS PAGE THAT INPRINTS INTO EVERY GAMER´S MIND.

 

 

Some people maybe don´t feel  the pack this way, but I do.

In future I will add some new functions, that no other mod has yet!!!

I have no talents - but tried to fill the gap in tufp - somehow the predecessor of this mod. I stopped it not because it is not possible - I stopped it because taras mods contains too much content, so maintenance becomes too expensive for a one-man-army.

As I mentioned, it´s quite logical for maria eden, as this mod is very specially.

I am willed again, to make zap attractive again for maria eden and try to help, if it suddenly gets back focussed.

If not, Zaira is obtaining all my furniture support and can take every part of  newer stuff, what he and nameless want inside their both work.

MARIA EDEN is something very difficult and unique.

Please don't misunderstand me T.ara. I believe you to be fully within your rights to give and refuse anything in ZAP. As I said before, as an older person I dislike change and believe that leaving things as they are is usually the best way to go. In addition, I think it right and honorable that you want to preserve the legacy of Xaz and Zaz. Frankly, I hope that you will now simply put this painful episode behind you and get back to doing what no one else can, building ZAP 9. I brag about your work on other threads whenever the issue comes up and I would like to see some of that creativity put to its best use.

So forget DD. Don't worry that others want you to do something else. Just do what you do best and, at least so you've said, that you truly enjoy. The rest of us are big boys and girla and we can take care of ourselves.

I wish I had as much "no talent" as you do. Your work is all over the site and deserves props too. But I think that you are right. It will take a tremendous amount of tenacity, doing seemingly endless repetitions, to achieve this goal. It might have to become a community project. Perhaps Donkeywho, who mentioned his background in strategic management, would spearhead it. I for one can spend an hour a day going through long lists and adjusting tags if someone wants to show me how it's done.

You are also correct that the process is likely to be endless. Both T.ara and the DD team are creative people who are constantly presenting us with things that we likely couldn't have even imagined without them. So anything that would work would have to accept that it would be ongoing and thankless (just like the work of so many mod authors).

ZAP 7.0 is the community mod-free for everybody to be used...and it is, and has been- sadly a well wish from zazChris but a sad one for the mod: it will make zap 7.0 to die completely. The problem is now, that I added some of the communities and my items into it. As DD stuff has it´s restrict rules against a BURN OUT, I want also ZAP to be healthy again. SO I have to form also a protection only concerning my own stuff, nothing else.

If a modder wants a device for his mod specially, I am helpful. Maria Eden is a special mod and very complicated. The some furnitures, that Zaira really wants, he will get for integration, that is a lasting long fact.

I also will help Veladarius , as he has a comeback with Captured Dreams, what  made me very happy.

It´s all okay, I personally always had the correct feeling about that, what was happening. Kimy is a friend of mine but with distance. I´mnot not anymore respecting her like I did in the past, some impressions can simply change after a while. There are also different users, who do not like me. That´s the opposite of the coin.

As I previously said, I get where you are coming from. I also freely admit that I don't follow the DD threads like I do this one. So, let me ask, is Kimy getting this kind of grief on HER (or,as you say, her team's) thread(s). Why do you believe that the problem is all one-sided. I have seen nothing but graciousness on the part of T.ara. He has publicly tried to "make nice" with the DD several times publicly. What I have seen on the DD threads are posts by T.ara that have been completely ignored (at least publicly). If there is any bad behavior here (and I am not the one who suggested that there is) I think a great deal of thought should go into where that really lies. I think blaming and guilt-tripping mod authors is not the way to behave. As you pointed out, you have not given T.ara any money (because he hasn't asked for it). He is free to pursue what interests him and deserves no blame for that. He has turned out requests that I have made of him and I do not think any the less of him for doing so - on the contrary, I am grateful for his work and that he makes it available to me for free.

Like you I hope for an eventual rapprochement. However, that requires TWO parties to be interested and willing to compromise. (Sorry my emoticons aren't workling so how about this ;-)).

Stuff like this seems to be interesting, but it isn´t so much as it seems to be. In conclusion will be everything like before. The lonly thing is, that zap lost the fabulous "wrist-cuff-ragdoll" to DD. Interesting for me, as  there´s nobody in the crew able to create such a stuff - this I did surely not await. (She has to credit me for that!)

 

I decided finally to overtake the heretical resources into ZAP, because nobody (else) can take care of it! There are some mistakes and gaps and bone errors, that can be fixed with ease. At least inside of ZAP is that stuff far more suiting and it will get all perfect textures and I can beside create NEW VERSIONS of it, there has been a request in the past.

 

ZAP will stay downward-compatible and it will get also new functions that never before have been seen.

 

Kimy is a "friend" of mine-with a lot of distance and that´s okay.

As zazChris told in the past to let everybody use the contence, the zap7.0 based furnitures (26) may become also part of DD in future. This also shows, that

I ´m again not accepted as the supporter of this pack - it´s little crazy, can´t you feel that? And this also shows me how unflexiable the DD team is for real.

I could be very very ugly now, but I spare this of my opinion for a healthy atmosphere.

I have no problem with any of that, and he can decide to do whatever he likes.  So be it

 

And If you look back at my posts here, and on other threads, I've supported t.ara in many respects, I have admired and encouraged his efforts, whilst also trying to help BOTH sides see some way to work together
