At this time I have not encountered any helmet issues. I redid the NIFs by running NIF optimizer when I was going through the conversion process. Here is mine as is in meshes folder. Check to see if the textures are okay as well as I noticed I have texture files in my overwrite. I dont think it should matter but if it does let me know and I will migrate them over and re-upload. I could of course provide the complete requiem conversion but I dont think there is a need currently.

No problem, glad I could assist.

hey guys there was a windows 10 update yesterday and reqtificator stopped working for 3.2.0 can anyone confirm? reinstalled java latest ver and still reqtificator tries to open the big window with the patch button and the window is white but then the smaller thinner window tries to appear also white and the only text that can be seen is in the title bar "The Reqtificator failed!"

CTD near Steamcrag Camp. Only occurs with Requiem installed. I assume this is a mesh? Fresh install with only unofficial patch and alternate start. Everything else that I have seen looks good, nothing odd.

I'm getting CTD's at the Atronach stone outside of Mistwatch, also tested on a fresh install with unofficial patch and alternate start. I'm using 3.2 aswell.

Are you also getting the errors about the 3 missing .dll files on startup too? Maybe that has to do with the CTD's. I can't seem to find the files for SSE though.

Edit: I tried riding around on a horse around Steamcrag Camp and didn't have any CTD's, but I still have issues near the Atronach stone. Odd

See phillout's response below this one for properly converted meshes.

I've found a solution, and so did a few other people, see my post on Reddit. https://www.reddit.com/r/skyrimrequiem/comments/d3znzc/ctd_near_atronach_stone_sse_requiem_v32/

My solution seems needlessly complicated compared to one of the other people in that thread, so check his out, and if it doesn't work you can try my solution out. Good luck

Here is the link to the meshes I have converted manually, using NIF Optimizer and animations converted by converttoskyrimSE.bat batch script - the same was I did before.

Playtested extensively, works w/o problems. Apparently the Cathedral Assets Optimizer, even the newest version, still breaks meshes. I'd suggest using NIF Optimizer instead. Just extract the archive where your Reqiuem installation is and overwrite the existing ones. it has the "meshes" folder inside it.

Thanks, I wasn't aware Cathedral could still break meshes. Appreciate the download link as well :)

Hey , the CTD I have in Steamcrag is very close in proximity to the Astronach Stone CTD. Maybe there is another corpse or maybe it’s the same crash.

In game as I approached the Astronach Stone I also crashed. I’m either going to approach the stone backwards or go into the CK and delete the corpse.

Also the crash I was having near Steamcrag is exactly the same issue , I can walk off the ledge backwards but as soon as I turn around I CTD.

Havent found any other areas where this happens.

Deleted the conjurer corpses in the CK and the CTD is gone. The initial crash I mentioned was the same CTD I was having. The ledge I was jumping from near Steamcrag has a direct line of sight to the Astronach Stone.

alright figured it out this windows update September 10, 2019—KB4515384 breaks java 64 all versions of java 64 i don`t know how but only 32 bit java works so oldrim players are not in danger but for anyone playing Requiem with MO2 on SSE or any setup involving java 64 just uninstall that KB4515384 "update:"

So I haven't played Skyrim in a few months and now it's throwing up this error and hanging when I run Skyproc when it gets to a certain point (Processing Actors 52%).

Any ideas?

Just a heads up. I ran into another crash.

This one involves Falion , the NPC in Morthal. During the initial meeting of Falion for the Rising of the Dawn vampire cure quest I would CTD as I attempted to approach him.

This is the same same problem I had initially with Steamcrag camp and the corpses near the Astronach Stone.

The corpses I removed via the CK that sit next to the Astronach Stone that were causing CTD both had on robes. Once I removed these corpses the CTD when approaching the Astronach stone stopped.

Falion I think has the same robes on. I went into the CK and changed his default outfit to something else and the CTD stopped.

There must be something off with the mesh. Interested to hear if people CTD near certain spell casters. Going to try to identify which exact outfit it is.

When I inspect npc records, seems reqtficator adds 22+ perks everytime for almost all npc's where requiem.eps have just few of them. Is it how supposed to be?

so i converted to new Requiem v3.3.0 to SSE, i CK'd the esp and converted the meshes with SSE NIF Optimizer and the textures/animation files with Cathedral, hopefully there won't be any CTD's for people, also most importantly, this latest version has a different Reqtificator setup and installation, make sure to read the FOMOD instructions for the Reqitificator, after some inspection i didn't find where the new version stores it's path settings for Skyrim.ini and Plugins.txt, so instead the Reqtificator will ask you where those files are one first run, read the fomod instructions for how to do this

!EDIT! FOR REQUIEM SSE USERS MANUAL INSTALL

There is no fix needed to change the Reqtificator in v3.3 (if you don't use the legacy SkyProc), so download the LE version, convert the meshes in your app of choice, and CK the esp, see Raziara's guide for information on any other steps, below is the text provided in the FULL fomod installer:

This text is for setting the Reqtificator properly for SSE in MO2, in Requiem v3.3.0 and later you will need to manually point the Reqtificator when run to the correct directories, if you have Skyrim LE installed you need to (backup) delete this folder from your "\%LocalAppData%\Skyrim" directory before you run the Reqtificator, then when it is run, and it asks for "Skyrim.ini" and later "Plugins.txt", you need to point it to your MO2 Profile directory, which is "...\MO2\profiles\Default" (if you use a different profile, point to that), NOTE! when it asks you to load the "Plugins.txt" file, you need to load, instead, "Loadorder.txt"... That's it, if in doubt, copy this text somewhere.

nope, i just moved Requiem.esp from my Skyrim Data folder to the Overwrite folder in MO2, and the patcher ran perfectly, are you sure you put the right folder paths for the Reqtificator as instructed? it should be your MO2 profile ini folder

Oh, It seems like right..

Reqtificator asks about skyrim.ini, i set mo2/profiles/default/skyrim.ini
Then the Reqtificator starts, but throws an error.

thrown Exception: java.lang.Exception: This patcher requires the following mods, please add them to your load order: Requiem.esp

Of course the plugin is activated..

I tried bat and legacy Reqtificator.jar with the same result.

3.2.0 reqtificator works great..

i didn't change the legacy Reqtificator the first few hrs after i put up the new fomod, so chances are you just have the unedited legacy one, i fixed this now incase any1 would need to use the legacy instead of the new one, so just dl it again if you want to use it

anyways, i ran the patcher again, pointed to (...\Mod Organizer 2\profiles\Default), loaded skyrim.ini, then the patcher runs and asks for plugins.txt, which as i said, you should pick loadorder.txt instead, and it ran just fine, i'll attach my Default ini folder, incase there are any differences with Skyrim.ini

I'm crashing on the main menu since installing java 13 and requiem v3.3.0 cant figure out whats wrong

you crash on main menu in the game or? cuz it works fine here, i have JRE 1.8 installed (not sure if it's even being used since the new Reqtificator comes with all the necessary Java libraries), i assume you read the Reqtificator instructions on Requiem's official site yeah?

That's probably the problem..

This does not happen for me. The patcher asks only skyrim.ini

Thanks for the help anyway!

Rectificator is saying my INI isn’t in English.

strangely when I first installed it accepted my INI and I chose plugins.txt instead of loadorder.txt and I got to the point of building the patch but it stopped and said I was missing Requiem.esp.
