When I tell her I'll look after her when Alvor turns himself in. Not sure what's up with that but I'll Try it on a fresh save and see if the problem persists. As a note I tried with no buff just base speech, giving beggar a coin, took a glibness elixir, amulet of articulation, and then both the potion and amulet but no dice.

Hello is this compatible with open cities? I am doing the jarl's wife and now i have to distract irileth, the map marker shows a location near whiterun entrance but when i go there irileth is not there, i use move to player command and she does not appear next to me, i suppose she has to be in the closed worldspace of whiterun.

Never mind, the problem was a mod i have in my modlist called Not so fast, this mod delays the main quest by making irileth not go to warn farengarth about the dragon inmediately after you turn in the dragon stone, this mod delays this event for a week in game hiding irileth, that is why i couldn't find her.

I had a look, and it seems to just be an ordinary speech check. As long as you've got your character set to either "interested in women" or "interested in men and women", and have average speech or above, those seem to be the only conditions on it. The only other thing I can think that might affect it is if you're already married or in a relationship, because succeeding will put you in a relationship with Sigrid and I believe the vanilla game doesn't allow multiple relationships at the same time.

Hi! Loving this mod so far I have a couple questions about some quests Im stuck on atm. One being Unbroken Im supposed to talk to horse stable guy but he went straight into his house and locked the door so anytime I go into his house via lockpicking or console command unlocking he just shouts at me to leave hes been in hoiuse for like 4 in game days Im not sure whats going on there. The other other question I had was the one where you have to distract Irileth but she has no other dialog options other then her vanilla ones and "distract" is pretty ambiguous is there something Im missing?

I haven't been able to find where there's any timing set on how long he stays in his house before he goes back to his normal routine and you can talk to him again. It did take a hell of a long time. I ended up just standing outside the stables cycling through days for what seemed like forever (it might have been a week or more of game time) and eventually he reappears. I tried to break in, or otherwise force a conversation, but it doesn't work. Just gotta wait until he gets over his sulk.

For Irileth, you need to have the conversation with her at Dragonsreach between 9am and noon while the Jarl is nearby.

Ah gotcha I just spawned him at me and it worked lol and Ill be sure to talk to her then. Thanks for the help!

not sure if this is a bug but i can't progress the jarl's wife quest.

 

Avenicci tells me to investigate the gray-manes and thalmor.

I pickpoketed a key off the old gray mane woman and entered the gray-mane house, looked in the marked chests and ran back to avenicci. But his dialogues did not update.

Then i did the rescue quest at northwatch keep but avenicci's dialogue wiil not update.

 

How do I progress?

That's the Gray-Mane part of the investigation done. You still have to do the Thalmor investigation too, before his dialogue will update. The Thalmor part should start automatically if you go to the marketplace in Solitude.

Sorry I keep asking questions here I love this mod alot but its very vague at times I read the walkthrough thread and I completely understand the work yall are doing to revamp this awesome mod. Anyway Im stuck on Hunted: Mundus I took Aela to an Inn and its telling me to cook her food. Ive bought some food and also cooked some baked potatoes in a cooking spit. After each food Ive given her (like 7-8 pieces of food over 3 in game days) she says thanks I guess and goes back to sleep. Does she want something specific?

I haven't got as far as playing this quest myself yet, so this is just what I could figure out from looking at the code - it looks like you have to give her food 5 times, waiting 8 hours between each time. I may be reading it wrong, it may be 5 times within 8 hours (still haven't figured out how some of this works).

How can I "help Haelga" instead of Svana? At the start of Behind Bars

I wasn't able to do this either, and the only thing I can figure out is it might be a conflict with the vanilla quest "Caught Red Handed" where you have to get Marks of Dibella from Haelga's lovers. Is that a quest you already did? If you haven't done it, that would mean it's some other reason.

What's supposed to happen is you talk to Haelga and she suggests you seduce Svana to make her stop being so uptight about sex, and you can agree or refuse. There don't seem to be any conditions relevant to other things you have/haven't done, or what your sadism/perversion stats are, or anything. I also can't find anything in the code about what is supposed to happen next if you do it.

Can anybody else in here confirm they WERE able to help Haelga in this scene, or at least get the option for it?

Have never even touched the "caught red handed" mission.
I do get the option to talk to her about Svana critiscizing her, but I can only call her horrible for wishing someone would break Svana.

Yeah, when I said two quests left, I was thinking of the three-part Aela quest as one quest. I haven't done any of those yet, haven't even played them casually before. So that's probably going to take a while.

Good to know, thanks. I think now there's either some setting on Haelga that needs to be adjusted, and/or the wording of the quest objective makes it seem like there's more to do than there really is. That whole opening scene was so buggy for me that I'm going to need to go through it again later in a completely new, clean game to try and sort out how it's supposed to work. Most of the bugs I've found so far seem straightforward, but there's a lot going on with this one.

LOL yeah. That seems to happen to a lot of people. Turning off the sleep events completely seems to be the only way to avoid this risk. Console commands are here.

The only ones left now are the Aela quests and those are going to take me a long time, but I'm aiming at getting them done by the end of February. And then, onward to the bug fixing.

i am fully relying on ur guide atm, it is by far the best out there, none come close. 
your guide is still as a female charactero only tho right ?
