I’m having problems with The Jarl’s Wife, I accidentally let the stormcloak assassin get killed in Solitude, but I don’t care about her. Anyway I eavesdropped and I got the quest to go kill the prostitute and pimp, which I did, and now I’m wearing the prostitute’s clothing, trying to get into the thalmor headquarters, but the thalmor just keeps asking why I’m alone, instead of letting me in. Can anyone tell me exactly how to fix this? My previous save is way too far back so if I can’t complete this I’m just going to give up on these quests.

I'm at the quest "Stealing plans" and I got the journal from the fort, now it tells me to go back and talk to Aela. When I go in the cave, she isn't there, any idea what to do ?

I escort Alvor to whiterun, turn around for a few hours and he dies every time. The city was not attacked. What happened?

After Alvor takes Dorthe to Whiterun, Embry is supposed to come to Sigrid's house by midnight and start an affair with her, but the animation does not play. They both just keep standing there in the house without doing anything. Am I missing something here? I cannot progress the quest further. 

Is Hadvar in the house too? That always blocks it for me.

Problem, I did the Forbidden Love quest with Jon and Olfina, but apparently that quest makes Ysolda and Mikael bone every night. My dragonborn is married to Ysolda. So, is there a way to reset the quest or, y'know, stop Mikael and Ysolda from boning every night? I tried killing him but Ysolda's AI makes her still go to the Bannered Mare every night and then she just stands there.

 

edit: nvm, found out on my own. If you want to find any of the Quest's IDs you can just type help DI_ in the console. Idk what to put for the quest stage to put it back to the second part just after finding out about Jon and Olfina but just before convincing Jon to go to Solitude, so I just used the ResetQuest command. This mod is pretty cool and has depth, but i'll probably hold off on doing any more quests from now on as it still needs some polish. It's fun for a quick, casual playthrough.
