The combination of enb + lighting + textures make the biggest difference imo. Face shape can probably even be fairly generic and still look good if the other ingredients I mentioned are nice.

Konan enb 5.04 with a LUT, different DOF and a shader addon

 

SSassist tools (you can customize colours, range etc.), jaxonz positioner for lights

 

Skin textures are from eriayai's draenei race.

That apron is full length, the other one is shorter but basically the same thing.
