2.5.1 Released - Fixed the issue where FPP 2.5 stopped working altogether if Devious Devices is not installed. DD is definitely only an optional integration now.

Thanks to everyone who reported the issue. Didn't realize that I made FPP 2.5 dependent on one of DD's script files. Turns out Papyrus shuts down the entire script if just one property type (even if it's for an empty property that is filled dynamically under a specific condition) is based on another script that's not there.

 

Very good knowledge to have actually. This actually explains why so many people did not manage to get Four-Play working even just a little bit if they forgot to copy F4SE's scripts folder, even though FP only uses F4SE for one specific function that is stripping.

 

Having said that, I still have no flipping clue how FPP 2.5 didn't work without DD, but FPV 2.4 'just works', as I literally copied and pasted the whole code section about DD from FPV to FPP. God Howard is an inconsistent deity it seems.

An option to also just toggle 1, 2 and 5 caps per charisma in the Vinfamy Settings would be good too.

 

 

set FPP_Global_Cap to # 

 

With # being 1,2,5 or whatever you want.

 

and can we have a higher % per charisma modifier for prostitution? right now with 10% max for most characters the success rate isnt that high. some companions only have 4 base.

Is it intention that the prostitution mode deactivated hostile NPCs even before combat? I raided a mutatnt camp without any resistance, then I toggled off ProstMode and they finally got hostile and attacked me..

 

It's intentional. It's for you to whore yourself out to hostile factions too. Why would they attack an approaching prostitute on sight?

 

Prostitution Mode is, as the name suggests, intended only for when your player is a prostitute. Switch it off for everything else or you won't  be able to play the vanilla game.

Just installed:

FP_Prostitution__2_5_1 and FP_Alignment_Fixes_&_Animation_Loader__1_4

 

I am finding that the problem with the male standing with rifle in hand while I go through the animation on my own has returned.
I also had randomly, human males using the supermutant animations with anatomy arms and hands stretched the animation also had the Mutant sound effects never happened before.

 

Going back to FP_Prostitution__2_4 didn’t fix the problem reinstalled FP_Prostitution__2_5_1 and uninstalled FP_Alignment_Fixes_&_Animation_Loader__1_4 and went back to FP_Alignment_Fixes_&_Animation_Loader__1_3_1 which seems to have done the trick.

 

I only have FP_Violate__2_3 and Vinfamy_CP__1_4 installed No DD

not fixed just saw one of the girls with a male using Supermutant animations so not fixed, reinstalling FP_Prostitution__2_4 for now.

 

For info: FP_Alignment_Fixes_&_Animation_Loader__1_3_1 seemed to fix the standing with rifle in hand while I go through the animation on my own. But not the use of Supermutant animations.

handling, picking animations has nothing to do with FP Prostitution. It's entirely FP and FP AF AL 's job.

 

Absolutely zero point in keeping swapping FPP versions. There's a zero percent chance of the super mutant animation glitch you described having anything to do with FPP.

 

Your FP AFAL is most likely not installed correctly or broken because you keep going back and forth with versions. It has to be installed on save at the same time with FP. 

 

Your going back and forth in itself may break things too. I implemented mechanism to upgrade, not downgrade. It's not good for the script baked in your save game to keep swapping versions like that

OK everything working with the all latest versions Thank You.

 

I set up a brothel recruited some prostitutes ok but the one problem I have is that no matter where I solicit a customer we are always transported to one spot in the settlement. It also looks like my prostitutes go to the same place is that right? Or have I done something wrong again?.

 

I started from clean save again. Even before I setup the brothel, if I just solicit someone in the settlement we are transported to the same place. Doesn’t happen outside the settlement..

I did a search on 'BROTHEL' and looked through the posts, but couldn't find the answer to the basic question "How do you actually build a brothel?"  I tried placing the safe in an existing building in Sanctuary, but it didn't become a brothel.  I built the largest prefabricated wood building and put the safe and some furniture in it, but it didn't become a brothel. I checked all the structures you can build with the workbench, and could not find an option to build a 'brothel' building. So, what am I missing here?

I think I have realised what the problem is. I am teleported to the nearest bed if there’s one in range if not the animation goes as normal. It happens when away from any settlements as well when there is a bed or sleeping bag nearby.

It's the newly added bed support from FP AFAL. 

 

I'm working on getting rid of all teleportation so the actors will walk naturally to the bed in the next update.

Most beds are against some kind of wall and have ruined every attempt to play, it even teleports me to beds that don’t have any access as they are probably for show or maybe to jump to with Jetpack power armour. This leads the customer being stranded.

The never and always choices will stop all future asking messages. It's what they're there for.

 

Although you can change your mind later using console commands to re-enable the messages.

I just wondered if it would be possible to have a third option with always ask, that would remove the other questions? Just for people who want to decide at the time i.e. the occasion or if it’s a raider who doesn’t care just Bam and Thankyou Mam

 

also I have noticed when they have a choice of 10 beds the prostitutes always use the same bed that’s not been assigned. Does that mean I need additional beds just for the animations?

 

Sorry I see that it does, as soon as I added another unassigned bed they were using that one to
