When he was talking about the forum police he meant the moderators and admins. Most forums tend to dissuade and some warn posters for asking "When is mod x update going to be released?" and similar questions.

I can see their points and agree with them to a certain degree. When people post asking when is it going to be done, that can put an undue pressure on a modder who is likely already overtaxed with real life stuff and can cause them to start viewing their mod as a job instead of a run diversion. This is especially true when the post is aggressive and/or poorly worded.

On the other hand, I think a polite and well worded request for an update on the status of a mod or update isn't always a bad thing. At the least it shows that there is a ongoing interest in the mod and it's features. Being a developer myself I know that we tend to get involved with things and forget little things like documentation and update notices.

Personally, I would love to see mods uploaded to venues like github. That way people can fork off of existing projects and expand on them without having the risk of losing a mod when, for whatever reason, the author decide to stop work on it.

Yea, well, now that 90% of the people who gave a damn are GONE, I guess it doesn't matter. No one likes to be threatened, especially over a bunch of zeros & ones.....

:burger: All we get is a big fat NOTHING BURGER.

Have you tried contacting Ashal directly? Most of our moderators are excellent. CPU is one example.

Moderator actions that degrade the site are not good for any of us - and I don't think you can be banned for a PM.

No one is gonna risk getting banned over a mod. There's too many updates on this forum that people need.

But if you're feeling energetic, feel free to try, & let us know how that goes for ya!

Greetings,

Holy nutcracker I haven't approached this website in months, at the very least. But it feels good to be back, considering that I've seen Four-Play and a few mods that I've been waiting for. Sadly I've a problem that seems redundant with everyone's favorite framework : the "Toggle Auto Fly Cam For Player Scenes" doesn't seem to be working at all.

I've installed everything just right : Four-Play, its community patch, Leito's animations, Crazy's animations, Vinfamy's control panel, Vinfamy's Violate and Prostitution... It simply works and I love it.

There might be a tiny problem though... be it when I try having sex with Dogmeat or being forced to surrender by a Mongrel Dog, I get the exact same consensual animation yet I'm pretty sure that Crazy has given us three different animations to play with.

Oh yeah, and perhaps someone could help me with that : Crazy's gun. After installing the mod properly, a screen immediately displayed the Select Sex Actor Pistol. But I don't know why, does this mod only allow me to target NPCs, not myself in order to initiate sex scenes?

Thank you for your replies, if any.

Thank you very much good sir. I've found a link about this earlier (around page 46 in this thread if I remember well) but it wasn't leading anywhere any longer.

Any insight regarding the dogs' animations and Crazy's gun inability to target my character as a valid actor?

We don't use the guns any more, we use Sex Em Up.........Approach someone & hit the H key.

Yes but even by using Sex Em Up there is still only one dog animation despite the mod clearly saying there are three (slow, fast, handjob). No matter how many times I see dog animations they are always of the "slow" variety.

Yes. We need what's called an "animation loader" in order to see all 3.

I find it fascinating that the whole FO4 modding community on LL is waiting for one single guy. Why not make it open source and let others finish the work for the sake of the whole community?

No im not rushing anyone. Take your time dude, polish that gem until you feel like releasing it. Just know that I'm looking forward to the 1 year anniversary with no updates in april.

I am not sure open source is an good idea. It may be a mess if there is too many version or no communication at all.

While I agree that "to many chefs spoil the soup", he's right. If someone is experiencing RL probs, we need to be able to hand off to someone else so that delays are minimized.

What the bottleneck seems to be is called an "animation loader". Seems like I saw on on Fallout 4 Nexus, but I'm not sure if it will work with 4Play.

Keeps saying "xbox one doesnt support downloding files to local storage". What do i do? Thanks

That's correct. 3rd party mods are not supported by Xbox. They only support Beth mods. You need a PC for 3rd party mods.

Your only recourse is to get it for the PC because the Xbox (and PS4) won't allow you to download and run mods that aren't hosted on Bethesda.net. Given the adult nature of this mod, plus the fact that it relies on the FO 4 script extender, you'll never find it on there for long if it does get uploaded. Even if you could download it, you couldn't run it without F4SE, which probably won't work, or not work properly, on a console.
