It was back when it came out I believe, there was like maybee 4 mods using it at the time.  It has gotten much better then?  I may make a second folder for Fallout and use it with that one. If it works maybee i will switch. Thanks a Million. I love your work. You are fantastic.   :)

So the current 1.6.1 is the one without AAF, nothing new (since i alread use 1.6.2) And where exactly is the problem with AAF and Win10? I use both and for once don't have a problem with Fallout 4 having issues with a mod

Do you actually read whole comments, or just headers?   When the AAF first came out and there were only a few mods for it, was when I had tried it.  It was very very Buggy and did not work to well. This was a Long Time Ago. BUT, I just got the game up and running again. Dont want to try anything New just yet. :)

for some reason your last comment didn't show up back then so i replied to the previous post.

 

Just as Info, AAF usually works fine, you just get the initialization message at the start if you have animations installed and an error message if you don't. but both disappear/can be closed

 

But overall, since i am not the biggest fan of many Animation mods  and don't use things like four play or stuff like that i'd prefer a Breeder version without AAF too, even if its just to have one less mod requirement in my modlist

I just started the Twisted Minds quest.  It's the only one I've tried.  When I talk to Brooke, I'm not getting any dialog text from her.  I can answer her and the conversation moves on, but I have no idea what she's saying.

Do you have subtitles on? There are no voiced characters in the mod yet (to my knowledge), and their dialogue will only show up if subtitles are on.

So, I might just be dumb or blind or some combination of that because in Woman's Best Friend, I have no idea how to actually enslave the damn Gunner for Dogmeat. I must've punched her unconscious enough times to give her more concussions than Muhammad Ali, tied her up tighter than a gimp at a BDSM con, and taken her to more places in the commonwealth than the Minutemen failed people in, and still nothing. Can someone explain this part to me like I'm 5? Pretty please with a raider's still-beating heart on top?

Okay, that made me chuckle enough to warrant a closer look than usual. Did you talk to the Gunner while she's down? Activating her should pop up a message.

Glad I got a chuckle out of that :) As frustrated as I am, it's only a game so I try to keep some levity in it.

 

Okay, so I think, unless I'm still missing something, there may be an incompatibility with Knockout Framework (was using this in combination with classic AAF-RSE).

I tried to tackle her non-lethally as she came at me fists flying. As an absolute beast, my Nora drops her in One Punch. This blunt-force trauma makes Knockout Framework kick in and trying to interact with her body brings up the KF context menu (Wake, Search, Kidnap, Leave, no option to Finish). Choosing to wake her up here starts the combat loop all over again immediately. Taking her to zero with a lethal option (in my case, a shotgun) resets her to full health.

 

Going to deactivate KF right now and give it a shot. Will update with results.

 

EDIT: Something Weird. Knockout Framework appears to be semi-compatible in that it doesn't fully block the Boston Breeder interactions from happening. Interacting with the body brought up the KF menu, but when I tried interacting with her body from a different angle (specifically pointing my crosshair at her head) I was able to get the Boston Breeder prompts. Very weird. Might be something to do with scripts firing at different times?

I have a problem with "She's a friend indeed." When my character is talking with Dr. Wolfe I can't leave the conversation with her and I used all dialog options. The bottom one is just a blank spot and I can't progress the quest. Doing setstage command only blocks out the next one with Deathclaws, since I can't give them injection. What to do?!

im in the new deathclaw quest and it keeps on telling me that i dont have any animations available for deathclaws.. what pack do i need to have installed for deathclaw animations ?

vaders pack has a couple and i think mutated lust has one as well.

hey man . i really need your help i'm at the kidnap quest , with the deathclaw hermes i'm just told to confront him or hide but nothing works

I seem to have a bit of a problem regarding Neptune, that deathclaw....it clearly says "hurt" him so that the lady can do her thing but every single time i bring his health to near zero it resets, iv'e tried everything from fists to a bloomin FATMAN with no success....would the area that he spawns at be a problem? iv'e not cleared the raiders from there yet but if that's not the case what am i not doing correctly?

 

Edit: Fixed the problem, turns out one of the knockout settings got toggled off even though i toggled them all on....not the first time iv'e had a mod in FO4 do that to me.

so after installing the blank audio files skipping to the end of the conversation the camera focus on the npc walking away and it stays focused when the dialogue is finished for about 30 seconds

You can turn the camera away if that happens. Otherwise it's a very specific scenario where you shouldn't be able to skip anyway...

Back with what im thinking is a bug of sorts? I can't seem to talk to the deathclaw AT ALL in the Lurking in the shadows quest, no interaction prompt, nothing...It just keeps walking back and forth between Somerville place and that bunker with the sentrybot. Iv'e tried reloading and that didn't help so i'm at a loss as to how to proceed.

I have a problem regarding this mod, If i try to start (both, windowed and fullscreen) it the window turns black and nothing happens, it's only the case with this mod activated. I installed all the requirements, f4se, aaf.... did i miss something?

now I might have had a similar problem to you so my problem is that it took forever to load fallout 4 regardless of mod selection.

here is a quick way to find out if you have the same problem.

 

go into your data folder and RENAME "sound" folder to "sound_2" DO NOT DELETE IT

and then run the game and if it loads a lot faster then you have the same problem as me

 

now my solution is a bit difficult, install a copy of creation kit and then find the program archive2

with the ba2 setting of General and no compression. start adding each sound folder to its own ba2 (it will take a while to do this)

for instance \Data\sound\voice\Boston Breeder.esp into Boston Breeder - Main.ba2 (check each mods zip file to find what has been added)

and then move(or delete) the loose files that you compressed into the ba2

 

 

otherwise just put up with the load times

ok, i think it worked, still loads longer than usual but it's muuuuuch better now, so thanks a lot, that i can actually play the game again. But here's another question in my sound\voice folder there were only two things boston breeder.esp and fallout4.esm, and i converted only boston breeder.esp, so now i have boston breeder main.ba2 and fallout4.esm. So my question can i also convert fallout4.esm, or will it mess my game up in some way? Thanks again for your help!
