i have a question. i got locked in the slave collar and the lock jammed. i keep trying to fix it and its not working. is it just bad RNG or do i have to do something specific to unjam this lock?

The RNG can at times suck molerat balls. Sometimes you can cut the restraints off with a combat knife. Unless it's the Slave Collar that shocks you... that one is different. Can't say I've ever had that one jam.

should i see Kimmy in memory den? not sure if in skyrim dollmaker would unjam locks for fee i think mabey she will

is there a console command i can use to remove it? or a way to unjam the lock? it really wont come off lol. mabey its bugged?

No Kimy not Dollmaker she doesn't does anything. Remove collar by console is complicated.

After remove still collar effect will be left.

 

Remove jammed lock can only by repair it.

 

If you don't know how to remove from dd made list slave collar form id by keyword.

Or write own script what removes collar form id from player jammed lock list.

the examine option for the slave collar says it can be lockpicked or struggled out  but low change. is this accurate? it seams like it bugged?

As i remember lockpick or struggle out for me was too easy. I even disappointed in Slave collar - so easy i struggle out or lockpick.

And Slave collar needs special key to unlock. Standard keys not works.

The collar doesn't explode. It shock you for wearing cloths.

Select in group devious devices, check build morph, choose your default preset and do batch build of it. In screen is 1 of hobble dress.

hi so it apears that the animations and sound effects for both struggling in the armbinder and the plugs vibrating have broken. neither of these two things have triggered at all recently and i spent a lot of time standing around at

It's not broken. You have triggered gag speech with one of NPC and walk away without resolve. DD still thinks you are in dialogue.  You need found some of NPC and resolve this speech. After that timed events start again.

what happens if a npc i had gagged died (it was a settler) and i removed all the stuff would that have caused this problem?

i finished the dialog with the few npcs i thought it could be and it hasn't changed anything so i am trying to see if it could be the dead npc lol. how do i make sure gagged dialog just wait for the (this person is gagged) to go away?

 

i have talked to all the gagged npcs i have and gone throughout the whole conversation and the plug effects still will not trigger. i wonder if there is a way to "reset" dcw like the debug command on the mcm in skyrim cursed loot. 

 

also could it have been a gagged dialog with myself and an npc when i was gagged i remember running away from a few of thoes haha.

You can put any gag in, manipulate a lock, then find any Npc and speak with her all dialogue with gag. I think it must reblock previous dialogue. If not, i haven't idea how.

could this have happened from an npc somewheres not in sanctuary? i rember recently skiping a gag conversation with drummer boy so mabey that?

 

nvm that didnt work. oh well. mabey i reset of the sanctuary cell would work. i think you have to wait 7 days away from the cell theres a ton of scripts running there from the stuff i built lol

 

its not a mod conflict because i tested it on a much earlier save and it works. 

 

ok so some experimenting with my large amount of saves and it seams the plugs stoped working after i went to the institute and met father? i had a save right before teleporting into the institute and one right after comping back and right before the plugs worked right after they do not? strange. mabey it was the tape from the workshop synth production mod (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/16354/?tab=forum&topic_id=5782842) and taking the holotape did it because i had not build the synth machine yet.

Maybe. DD scripts check if you are busy and if yes left without vibrate. If this mod left you status "busy' by bug, then yes - vibrate will not appear.

is there a console command to un busy myself? or a way to do that? or mabey because i didnt talk to father/shaun after finnishing first institute quest. it happened after i did first institute quest and took the holotape for workshop synth crafting mod. if there is a console command or way to change busy status that would be awsomwe. other DD are working on me but not struggle animations for armbinder eather.

 I don't know how it can be done. As i know i got working vibrate again after i speak with Jack and end Jack's quest.

That means jack dialogues reset gag talk dialogue.

But maybe in your cas eis something different why it's not work.

You can check player.wornhaskeyword dd_kw_Event_IsVibrating

 

If answer is 1 then game thinks that you still vibrate not end.

But i don't think that this variable is bugged answer probably will be 0
