 I guess what you are talking about is adding more SOS compatible textures to the one and the same SOS body that all NPC use. The real problems start when you try to add more than one body type. 

SOS will shlongify all males from the supported races. So even if you add a new body mesh it will need to be schlongless.

 

That's what I did! I use a mod that allows different body-types to run in the game, so NPCs can not only look different but wear outfits made for only certain bodytypes (ex: one NPC is able to wear F.S compatible armor, while another with a bigger build is able to wear SOS exclusive compatible armor) and both have Shlongs since they are using a Sholongless mesh.

 

 

 

If you try to use both SOS and SAM at the same time they will conflict in trying to schlongify the actors. 

I have not tried this yet, currently I only run SOS, the only thing SAM has that I really want is the ability to switch weight and make a character really fat. I have yet to find a really Fat Mesh that is compatible with SOS.

I posted here ( http://www.loverslab.com/topic/40013-male-content-call-out/?p=1698292 ) a screenshot on how Isle of Mara is using HDT for SOS. The idea in the mod is different, but the actual result is that you get a fat guy. As a bonus the belly is behaving more "belly like", I mean like in real life. I guess it should not be that hard (for someone who understands how this works) to make a mod that can create different types of realistically looking more or less fat men with realistically bouncing fat parts using SOS and HDT.

I've added a wet body texture, apparently Water makes the character already appear wet when they get in the water. I have only seen videos of it though.

Thanks! I was wondering if someone made a Schlong Non Hairy Addon like this mod? Something like this Mod, in other words its an option you can add instead of being a replacer.

Dear lord, y'all are becoming a talkative bunch aintcha? I log on and 34 posts in just 2 threads? I might have to hire a secretary (design me one, ffabris?) to keep up with all this babbling.

 

Anyway, about adventures in Skyrim and body/ skin diversity: I mainly use ffabris' mods, SOS, Inhabitants of Skyrim, Fine face textures and Smooth SOS body (both by urshi). I usually "nordify" ffabris' vision though. Ffabris like his men toasty, while I do not, so it is just a matter of making them less tanned really. And since for some reason I can never keep the hairstyles he uses, I use 3 types of vanilla hair (Imperial1, redguard 1 and 2). But the rest is really ffabris' work and he definitely makes yummy looking males ;) Have a looksee here and here for my versions of some of ffabris' mods (with his permission). And here for one I made on my own. (gratuitous plug).

With the use of Manipulator, you can make anyone in the game a follower and gay really, so I generally don't use follower mods, Though I do have Inigo, which was fun for a while, but followers tend to annoy me very quickly.

 

What I am basically saying is that everyone has their own preference on looks and behavior. And through the hard work of the modders, we can make Skyrim look exactly like we want it to, lore-friendly or not. Gay modding is a bit of a niche, so there just aren't a lot of gay-themed mods out there. But with this talented bunch here, there is more on the horizon!

And threads like these are an excellent resource for finding mods you may have missed. So thanks everyone :)

wait... I have to ESMify KS Hairdos as well?

 

 

 

Anything that you use as a master (ie, from which you use resources, or which you reference) needs to have the ESM flag set, yes. Oddly, KS doesn't have that set, so you need to do it yourself. :-|

Speaking of gay stuff and gaming... I'm going to "misuse" the subject of the thread to ask a question unrelated to Skyrim.

 

After seeing  the thousandth naked "picture" of Chris Redfield, the thousand-and-who-is-counting ME gay porn image, tons of DA homoerotic art, the ocean of gay Skyrim content I realized I have never seen even a slightest interest to Geralt and co. among the gaming and art gay community. I tried rule34 and out of hundreds Witcher themed drawings I found only 2 that were gay oriented. There is not a single one such image on devianart.

I find this very strange. And I wonder how many of you have any experience with the Witcher - books or games. I'm really curious what do you think about it.

Perhaps it is because Geralt of Rivia is so defined by his preset sexuality and to such a degree that it almost entirely precludes any possibility of bisexuality? It might be less jarring to his diehard fans to render him as a literal White Wolf than to change his sexual orientation. 

Well,maybe someone will do an image of him engaging in quasi-masturbation with Elric of Melnibone (since they are practically different versions of the same guy).

Chris Redfield was made unofficially "officially Gay" when he got a visual rework for Resident Evil 5. Geralt from The Witcher does not really have anything that makes him even allude Gay + he's not as sexy nor desirable as Chris. It's more enjoyable for someone Gay to write slasher-flick about someone like Chris Redfield or the New Dante, (who even if they're not Gay officially still allure more to Gaymers) than Geralt or the Prince from The Prince of Persia who is simply known as "the Prince". . . just my two cents.

It also helps with Chris that he is the only character in Resident Evil 6 who has a same sex partner in his campaign.

It seems there are two ways to look at this - from lore point of view and from a point of view of a gay person - if he feels involved in this world or not.

 

On the first, whatever the "hardcore fans" might believe, there is nothing that prevents Geralt from been bisexual. I haven't played the Withcer 3 yet, but I have played W2 and I am playing the first game now. And finished reading all of the books last week. The agreed fact is that the cannon in regards to the Witcher's world are the books so they are what is really important. In the books the two main female characters are in lesbian relationships. Ciri is in love with a girl (Ciri is actually bisexual) and Philippa is simply a lesbian. Geralt has only few sexual partners and none of them is an one-night stand (except for Shani in one of the short stories, the situation with her contradicts the way the character of Gerald is portrayed in the next books). So the impressions people get from the games that Geralt is a womanizer are wrong. In fact in the games he has the option to reject the advances and the "lore friendly" way to play is to do exactly that (the "cannon" Geralt rejects sexual invitations more than once). And while there are no mentions of gay affairs there is also nothing mentioned that might exclude them. In fact I do believe that if the Witcher  was not created in the catholic Poland Geralt would have been gay. The only person in the books that we can be sure is straight is Dandelion. 

 

However the lore considerations are not really important when a character turns into a sex symbol or the fans take things in their own hands. Just like Chris Redfield. And all the main characters of ME(?) And I forgot to mention Danse and Maxson - even the FO4 world has some appeal for the gay crowd. And poor Geralt - "ugly as sin" as the lore says... But is he really as undesirable from the point of view of the present day gay guy? And if not him, then other characters, like Iorveth? He is a bad ass elf ffs :-)

I have read many times that "gays like to play ME, DA, Oblivion and Skyrim". So why do "gays not like The Witcher"? 

Just to be clear. This is not a propaganda post, obviously everybody is free to play what they want the way they want it :-)

I've had a lot of requests for Geralt on my filthy porn blog so I'd say he does appeal to some ppl. I played the 2nd witcher, personally I find him uninteresting, too old and too straight for me. I've never really liked RPG's with preset characters (looks etc) with a narrow story so that might be a part of my dislike.

It is VERY clear that Geralt is straight. Not to mention the game itself handles "gay" like it 's some perversion. W3 does a better job at this. But it's barely mentioned anywhere.

Well, This look like a good time to introduce myself.

 

I guess i can claim (by now) as the Main gay modder for Starbound and Stardew Valley.  Like more than 20+ mods including Naked dudes, genderbending characters, bondage, tentacles, heretic cults, dude farming etc.

 

Got most of my stuff on nexus since May of this year (or something like that). but like 4 days ago (October 10) Got a warning and most of my stuff got "moderated"

Oddly enough, there are still "Straight" stuff based on my work up on the nexus,,, i wonder why.. 

 

So, there is the thing, i am moving my stuff to tumblr, and i would love to hear/read suggestions to preserve The legacy of 2D pixeled gay stuff.

If i am doing fine,, just offer me some cheers!,, haha
