What mods do you want now that you've played Fallout 4?

I'd love to see a mod that simply allows the 3rd person camera to zoom out and in further than vanilla allows. I still can't understand why Bethesda has such a thing for keeping the camera so close.

Be able to strip power armor frames from enemies.

See the hidden stats of guns (reload speed and ammo capacity).

Accurate dmg preview on VATS (actual dmg rather than potential dmg)

ECE/Racemenu

Dodge/Lock on system

Instead of "white knight" minute man settlements i would like to see a mod that changes settlements into my personal raider outposts...

Like a raider gang has their outpost at sactuary or any other settlement and the player character can join them and eventually become their leader by overthrowing the old one or just get cought and enslaved by them.

Instead of attracting new settlers with radio beacons you need to go out hunt and capture them, then force them to work your fields and use them for your pleasure.

So many badass items that could easily be imported to the building menu once the modding tool is out.

Much more reaslitic scenario then this minuteman bullshit anyway.

i would like to see a mod which displays all items in your Inventory as they look in world and not as a hologram. also waiting for a mod which adds weight to ammo.

Better settlement wall and object placing, and able to have larger settlements.  I understand, the PC version is cursed do to the console design.  But when you add little things in the settlement to decorate it like containers, lamps, TV's, etc.  Each time your size bar fills, leaving you with a very tiny settle well decorated with limited defenses, or a very large settlement with walls and buildings everywhere with almost no decorations and good defenses.  A terraform tool would be nice to have, because some settlements are extremely hilly, so adding defensive walls is almost impossible to place, with out objects floating in mid-air, or large gaps everywhere.  I can not count how many times I'd rage, when an object looks like it will fit perfectly in place, but you are still left with the red outline, telling you it can't be placed there.

Speaking of explosions...

This might not be possible but I would like to see a rework on how explosion damage is dealt/detected. Right now it seems explosion damage is only dealt by direct line of sight to the explosion point of origin. Which means no matter how close you are to the epicenter of a Fat Man explosion, any cover whatsoever blocks 100% of the blast damage.

Which is kinda nice if you're the target, but it's a special kind of frustrating to drop a Fat Man right at an enemies feet only to have them take no damage because the landscape geometry technically puts the crest of a little mound of dirt between your target and the explosion.

I'd like to see a minimum damage that is dealt to all targets within a blast radius regardless of cover, with the standard damage mechanics applied on top of that (with base damage values adjusted accordingly).

Yeah, that really bugged the hell out of me. Out of just general frustration and disdain for the game, I dropped a targeting beacon you get from that nuclear sub in the middle of Diamond City. I mean, I didn't really expect Bethesda to allow us to nuke Diamond City, but I just thought I'd try it and see. I actually smiled when I realized the missiles were incoming, but that brief glimmer of hope was dashed when this huge black "bullet bill" looking thing descended lazily and hit the roof of the chapel. The explosion was smaller than a mini-nuke, and even though it knocked a few non-static items off their shelves, nobody even took notice of what had happened. No aggro, no deaths, no comments. A few people kind of twitched, then right back to their AI patrols as if nothing had happened. I assume that's because what little damage the impact had was blocked by the roofs of the buildings it landed on top of.

I just shut it down and called it a night after that.

Personally, I'd get rid of all of the generic raiders altogether and completely re-do the way they work. Rather than having generic raiders who are basically the 3D equivalent of a pallet swap from a 1980's JRPG, I'd have several gangs of raiders each with their own unique identity, style of armor, base decorations, and preferred weapons. Kind of like that Gangs of the Wasteland mod for FO3, or how New Vegas handled the dynamic between the Vipers, Khans, and Fiends. Each raider gang should have their own territory, and should fight against each other on the borders where they meet. It would also be neat to have dynamic battles between them that the player can stumble into, or have them react to the player's actions. So for example, if you clear out a raider base on the way to a different objective - the next time you pass through that area, one of the neighboring raider tribes would have taken over the base and used it to expand their territory. You should even be able to forge alliances or non-aggression agreements with them. So, say you have a settlement deep in Raider Group A's territory - you can pay them a tithe to get them to leave it alone, and for safe passage for you and your caravans to pass through. Or, do a quest for them, pay them even more, wipe out a competing raider tribe's base, etc - and they'd actually help defend your settlements from super-mutants, feral ghouls, and other raiders.

It could have been really interesting and involving for the player, and added quite a bit of local flavor to the game. It's a shame Bethesda just reduced them to mindless generic blobs useful only as moving targets in a shooting gallery.

Anything to make this blasted game less politically proper....

This is a first fallout without a trace of either slaves or slavers - even if the first thing i thought of after hearing about building system was to run your own town where enslaved raiders would... pay for their crimes.

This is a first fallout where you cant get yourself a whore not to say about becoming one.

Junkies that would do anything to get high.

Casinos where one can have a lot of fun but your life would be in serious danger if you don't pay your debts.

Becoming a Brotherhood Knight is way too easy - seriously "My name is Elder Maxxon, you're a knight, get yourself a power armor"...

There is a lot of work in front of us modders.

PS And i want to wear my power armor all the time like i always was. Like t-45 remains on current battery system

While other armors would have their own nuclear reactors (as they should) but would also be a lot harder to get.

I'd like a mod where Piper actually acknowledges her sister when we return to Diamond City. It kinda breaks the immersion for me when she just follows me around like a puppy while ignoring her sister whom she hasn't seen for days. Especially since part of her dialog focuses on her relationship wither her sister.

A slimline female power armor that exposes the crotch and breasts when torso plating is removed, possibly separate plating for breasts and crotch to torso?

I'd like to see some workarounds for some areas of the plot, utilizing hidden voice lines already in the game.

Also, military background for my female PC.

Settlements I agree is the part of the game that needs the most work.

Other mods from skyrim I would like to see.

Racemenu/Body Slider - either one that lets you have more options when making a character.

Frostfall - Or something along those lines to make the environment a lot more dangerous.

ineeds - To add in sleep, eating, drinking as needs. and bathing mod.

Weapon/armor conditions so they wear out and need to be repaired. Forget the mod name off the top of my head.

Sextech - of course.

Defeat - For me it is a must have.

To name a few.

Oh, also all these.

Cait talks about being sold into slavery and having a collar put on her. You will also find

some prison cells with dead captives in them. Whether they were hostages or Sunday

dinner is up to question. The raiders dialog lines seem a bit sterile, although I did come

across a headless corpse hanging from it's arms and legs, actually gently swinging

from side to side; I was impressed. I think there are a lot of possibilities to create

erotic scenarios to suit any taste. You'll also find mention of a mental patient being

institutionalized for paraphilia (nymphomania, specifically) and itimations of non-

standard 'therapy' :D

So there are some juicy little tidbits, you just have to keep your eyes open.

Other than converting all the LL mods from FONV.

I would like to be able to place items on shelves and have them stay there.

I would also like to be able to send companions back to where I got them, like piper to the newspaper, and have them return to their non recruited routine.

They have one that lets you place items and have them not move. http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/4270/?

Two mods needed for sure, remove all the out in the open abandoned power armors like under a lake or near a crashed vertibird. I can't stand running into those and have to go back and dock my PA then come back and recover that shit. Leave any X-01 where they are lol or make them for sale in atom cats or BoS vendors or both. I like being able to unlock them from a military bunker but finding these things laying around in the open nobody cares yeah right! The mole rats alone are reason enough to wear PA at all.

A clean reflex sight texture for the assault rifle and some chrome here and there for the assault rifle too. I can't see a dam thing down those reflex sights for assault rifle they are so dirty and it makes fighting in dark areas or fighting at night more annoying.

There were some mods for sale from tinker tom for guns and from that guy at BoS back of the ship. Atom cats garage has their paint job mod for sale and power armor parts for sale.

With start of the game you have familiy at the end of the game you lost them all. Maybe new mods will be created to allow the pc to start a new one. After sextec is released :D

slavery mod would be good and locked behind the charisma perk where you can get enemies to give up.

Some changes will need to happen there also, ability to order to kneel down and put binds on for transport

I wanna bind and eventually bring to a trader on the ocean somewhere near a boat to sell off. higher caps for stronger enemies (or higher "caste"...a named character should be considerably more than some jethead raider).

Advanced wishes could also have minigames with said prisoners/slaves to either over time amp up their fighting skills to fetch a higher price (or eventually become a guard for your place once loyalty/fear reaches 100%) or...other skills (its LL, gotta have many plugins for many different types of slaves).

There already is a mechnaic to force someone to surrender. it is locked behind charisma perk. just point a gun on him/her and your level is higher he/she might surrender. So this part could be expanded for mods like defeat of skyrim.

- An immersive first person view (where you can see your character's body).

- A survival mod, where you need food and sleep.

- Poses and a way to get the old mfg commands working (modifier, phoneme and expression... Or something similar).
